15/03/2026: Under all criticism. Stay far away from this amateur. My food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. According to the GPS, the pizzeria is 9 minutes away by car. My fries were cold and soggy and definitely not the “large” fries I ordered. The pita bread that was ordered without tomato came with tomato. And the salad pizza looked like something that had been sitting out for a few hours before they decided to deliver it. Save your money and buy a bag of dog food instead. The quality is the same

15/09/2025: Tired bartender(smashed glass on the table) Friendly waiter(super polite gentleman) Not possible to choose temperature on the beef burger, meat have to be killed twice :( Tried Halloumi burger. Simple, fast. Indre by is way better Was sited on the dirty table

22/03/2026: It was a big disappointment. The description of the burgers sounded good, but they didn't live up to it at all. Boring taste and soggy, cold burger buns

24/02/2026: We ate at Cocks & Cows Tivoli Food Hall, one of the stalls inside Tivoli Food Hall, a space with many small restaurants offering different types of food for eating in or taking away. We ordered two hamburgers, onion rings, and a bottle of water. Total: almost €70. Honestly, we felt the price was excessive for what we got. The fries were frozen, the meat also seemed frozen rather than fresh, and overall it had a very industrial feel. Furthermore, the meat was overcooked; we ordered it medium-rare, but it arrived more well-done than expected. The atmosphere at Tivoli Food Hall is pleasant and comfortable, but the value for money in this case is not worth it. For that price, you expect something with more care and better ingredients.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is the second time that your employees don't know what gluten is. First they started guessing which flavors contain gluten, and then they offered me a lemon ice cream that clearly had wafers in it. I know that we are a very small number with celiac disease, but such ignorance is really disappointing. I would therefore strongly recommend that employees receive basic training in allergies and intolerances, so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.

10/11/2025: I just bought a sandwich at Byens Bager on Fortvej. The kind where you choose what goes in it yourself. The bread was dry, I could tell when she cut the bun and had to use some effort to get through it, and the chicken too. Neither of them were fresh. I rarely go there and after this, I won't be back. The staff always seem bored, and you come at an inconvenient time.

20/07/2025: No more bakers in town. Still pitch black French bread. The rolls are crunchy and dry. Too bad, because the baker was really good, but he's far from it now.

26/08/2025: Add for that. Worst pizzas, and of the three pizzas ordered, only one was the right one that was ordered.

11/10/2025: I bought a large brownie cake on brownie day, and it was nothing short of miserable! The dough was dry and chewy, and the filling on top had a really weird consistency, with indefinable lumps in it. A really annoying treat to serve to your guests 😒 I'm speechless that you would be the one to know - it does fit in well with the fact that for Lagkagehuset, a high return is more important than the craftsmanship itself 🤷🏼‍♀️

09/10/2025: If anyone is planning to order here in advance — especially for events or cakes — I strongly recommend not to. Customer service = 0. This was my first time using Click & Collect, and it was honestly a disaster. I placed a Click & Collect order at Lagkagehuset for 17:30. When I arrived on time, my order wasn’t there — two girls seemed confused, said the item was sold out, and simply offered me “something else” from what was left (which, to put it mildly, was almost nothing). I didn’t receive any apology, explanation, or refund of the price difference. This is absolutely unacceptable for a prepaid order. Click & Collect loses its entire purpose if the order isn’t ready on time. The staff’s attitude left a very unpleasant impression.

13/11/2025: Never shop there again. Asked the girl behind the counter if it was regular bread, and she said yes. When I got home the bread was filled with cheese on top. Really poor explanation
