27/08/2025: The food is almost always good and what you order. Only once out of maybe 20 where they forgot something in the order. It was quickly corrected. Service and atmosphere mediocre, but there are also limits to what you can expect from a food court.

You can feel the attention to detail, both in the main course and the dessert. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

05/07/2026: The worst experience I have had at a pizzeria. The staff were very rude and treated us disrespectfully. The service was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.

06/03/2026: First time at Vivah yesterday. For the price it's impressively good. All you can eat and drink for 200 kr (I assume it's a Ramada campaign). The food was brought to the table very quickly, and they kept refilling it, the waiters were super attentive and available. Not all dishes were equally tasty, but there was something for everyone. The rice was good, the bread was OK. The owner (I assume) was really friendly and even offered extra drinks on the way out. I can definitely recommend this place

08/03/2026: Prolly the only J&the J that has normal music volume, not deafening like all the others. Their sandwiches are still the best, although pricey. The strawberry juice with vanilla milk is lush!

24/01/2026: Ordered via Wolt from your store in Christianshavn, the drink I received tasted far from anything that should be consumed, I have otherwise had the drink many times before, when I complained about Wolt, our courier could not get in touch with you. I order a lot from Wolt and am very disappointed, but this is definitely the last time I have ordered from your chain, especially when you allow yourself to charge 90+ kr for a smoothie. As I also told the courier, I was not interested in the money back but just a new one but never got through to you and now the result is just that I will not come again, oops.

22/06/2026: The place is very nice , but the food is nothing special and i dont understand why put kids to work when they dont know, so bad service ,more than bad is they dont wanna work

28/05/2026: Nice staff works there in general However, the products are not the best quality compared with high prices and other brands. I have ordered a cake for my son birthday and paid half price in advance and when i collect it they told me that i have to pay extra due to wrong order measures!. 2nd time a week ago i bought ( Syrian betefour) and the test is not 10% close to it. 😞😞😞😞

25/03/2026: Here on the site it says you open at 9am, but today I was there at 10:15am and you were closed, I think you should stop with all your advertising crap online and focus on your opening hours, even on your door there are no opening hours, it shows how serious a company you are,

03/07/2026: Very disappointed in how many vegetarian options are disappearing. Now you can’t even find a hummus sallad and the only thing that is left is the sad avokado sandwich. The staff is very lovely however.
