30/08/2025: Shop with lots of charm, good ice cream, good coffee... super

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is the second time that your employees don't know what gluten is. First they started guessing which flavors contain gluten, and then they offered me a lemon ice cream that clearly had wafers in it. I know that we are a very small number with celiac disease, but such ignorance is really disappointing. I would therefore strongly recommend that employees receive basic training in allergies and intolerances, so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.

12/06/2026: Used to be good but got a terrible phat thai. Super spicy, mainly red pepper (almost raw), noodles and tofu. Had to look for a long time to find a shrimp. Definitely not recommended.

31/03/2026: Delicious food. Amazing spring rolls. However, the coconut milk curry dish was very thick in the sauce. But all in all. Super delicious food.

09/04/2026: I have ordered there many times since I live nearby, sometimes the food is cold, sometimes delivery takes 60 minutes, other times 10 minutes, it's not to be expected

21/03/2026: It's pathetic to accept an order and then reject it after 30 minutes because of a comment. They could have easily called and said that's how it works and that they can't take the comment into account. I even wrote "if possible", so it wasn't a requirement - but maybe they didn't understand that. Annoying, especially when you're busy. So I'll just have to stick to my local sushi vendors instead of trying something new. You just missed out on a new potential customer.

20/02/2026: An evening at [Café Name] felt like a little piece of Danish magic. The place exuded coziness: the wooden tables, candles and the gentle hum of other guests created the perfect setting. The starter – a creamy asparagus soup with roasted almonds – was pure indulgence. The main course (duck with red cabbage and caramelised apples) was beautifully balanced: tender meat, a sweet and sour contrast and a sauce that made you close your eyes in pure enjoyment. The dessert, a classic rhubarb trifle, rounded it all off with freshness and crunch. The service was warm and professional, and the atmosphere was so intimate that the hours just disappeared. Thank you for an unforgettable dinner – you have hit the spot!

15/10/2025: I got a chicken gyros menu. The gyros was pretty boring. Dry chicken not a lot of flavor. Also I asked for no tomatoes which they added anyways.

21/06/2026: Really delicious food! Here you can eat delicious and tasty food for little money. We got away with 398 kr for 2 people. 2 times buffet and 2 between sodas.

29/05/2026: “Under all criticism” does not cover this experience at all. This was amateur class disguised as restaurant management. We physically show up 4 hours before pick-up and make one simple change: swap shrimp nigiri for tuna nigiri. It is confirmed face to face, we pay in advance, and everything should work out. Just to be on the safe side, I call about an hour before pick-up to confirm the order and that the change is in order. When we are about to pick up the order and ask about the change, you can immediately see the panic spreading. The clerk turns around, there is a murmur with a colleague, and they literally start rummaging around in the package in front of them. The result? No tuna nigiri. Not even close. They had decided that all nigiri should be salmon. It almost takes talent to get it so consistently wrong after several reminders and four hours of preparation. When we point out the mistake, we are met with the most lame standard response possible: “You can get some extra next time.” Next time? After that? It's like driving into someone and offering free windshield washer fluid at the next service. The only thing they had in mind was taking payment in advance. The rest was a breeze. If you can't handle a single change to a sushi order with hours' notice and two confirmations, maybe you should start mastering post-its before takeout.

24/07/2025: Small rooms, small very soft bed in the bad way. Could hear the elevator going up and down all night.

22/07/2025: The breakfast is good. But the rooms need to be looked after a little more. And then the cleaning staff should probably take a course, got a room with long hairs all over the floor. The shower had black grout until the hot water came on, then the dirt came out. I've been happy to stay here, but last time was a bad experience

02/10/2025: This place will make you very sick. Do not even consider going there. It’s one of the dirtiest takeaway places I’ve ever seen. Even the staff look like they’re lacking hygiene. The food is a gross confused mixture of Indian spices and frozen kebab meat. It’s just disgusting. I was throwing up and violently pooping for 24 hours after using this place. Never again.

07/06/2025: The food is okay, but damn it's disgusting they can't get a handle on people not wearing gloves, they even have gloves and alcohol on hand but NO ONE uses it. I'm from Rødovre myself and have eaten there a few times but will choose not to from now on as the hygiene is so bad. Hope they get a handle on it.

07/10/2025: We visited the Pas Normal Studios shop in Copenhagen yesterday – and it was simply fantastic! The team was extremely friendly and gave us competent, unobtrusive advice. After our shopping, we were even invited for a coffee (delicious!) and some typical Danish Hindbærsnitter. 23/09/2025: Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

05/07/2026: We all know SMK's Place in the Friheden center and know they also make kebabs over by the playground. I bought a Durum yesterday and their product is always fresh. This time it tasted strange and was really soft. Scooped into something that was wet, maybe the salad was oxidizing idk. But with that said, after 13 hours I'm in the hospital with food poisoning... not only that, I had to say what I was going to have 4 times before he registered it... You guys need to wake up!! This is not okay in any way and you should just be glad I haven't contacted the Danish Food Agency. Honestly, you don't go from super good quality of everything to having such poor quality that the products are about to expire. The salad that definitely comes out whole again both ways 🤮💩

27/06/2026: I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to order food from here. Not only do I order two sandwiches and pay extra for them to be large, but I get a sandwich that can be eaten in 3 bites. Then I get a sandwich with absolutely no meat filling in it. I've never had a sandwich with so little filling in it. When I spend almost 200 kr on a sandwich, I expect them to be properly filled. On top of that, they definitely think the sandwiches are as they should be. Truly crappy place to say the least🙃

29/10/2025: I have visited Espresso House in Rødovre on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the visit. However, on October 16 this year, we were seated at the entrance to the kitchen. There is a ramp to the kitchen for the staff to drive their carts in. I sat in a corner near the kitchen. When I got up to go and buy more drinks, I tripped with my left foot on this ramp, which you have to step over to get out and it hurt like hell. I later asked them to block that seat so that no one else would have to trip on the ramp. I am unsure whether the staff has taken my complaint further. My left foot turned both blue and yellow and now today it is red. I had to see a doctor, get a bandage and take painkillers. Luckily, it was not a fracture. I live in Stockholm and go to Espresso House here in Stockholm almost daily.

27/08/2025: The coffee is like the coffee in Espresso House. No complaints. But the place is severely understaffed - always. You can stand for a long time and wait in vain for service, while busy clerks make... coffee for online orders? Something else?

14/05/2026: My wife's food tasted of cinnamon and overall the food was tasteless. The corn was a little sour and the chicken was dry and bland

14/05/2026: Incredible for a quick lunch. You can choose all of the ingredients yourself and the employees are really friendly and always prepare your dish fresh on the spot. The sauces are great as well, so I can just recommend this place 10/10
