26/07/2025: Staff were lovely The Great Danish was really good and flavourful!! Saw comments complaining about the bun but I found it really nice and fluffy. 4 stars as it was slightly expensive coming in at £30.55 for 2 hotdogs and 2 drinks.

21/07/2025: I decided to stop by TheDogHouse and get the Danish Dog because it looked like a wild mix of local flavors I’d never tried before. I’m so glad I did. The combination of toppings and sausages was totally unique, with traditional Danish havarti, pickles, crispy fried onions, and remoulade all stacked into a warm, fresh bun. What I really loved was that this wasn’t just a novelty hot dog; it was genuinely delicious and super satisfying. You could tell a lot of thought went into putting together something that represented Copenhagen’s food scene but was also just an excellent bite on its own. I’d put it up there as one of the food highlights of our trip—and that’s saying something given how much good food there is in this city.

20/10/2025: There were 4 of us on a Saturday evening during the autumn holidays. We hadn't booked a table, so there was a bit of a wait before we got a table. The food was really good at a reasonable price. 199kr for a wiener schnitzel. The atmosphere was also good, even though they were busy. Which meant we had to wait a bit long to pay. Only 4 stars for that.

19/10/2025: If you value your soul and taste buds, don't go here. You'll end up looking like a lifeless soul without taste buds to the other customers and staff. It's not worth your money.

11/02/2026: ‼️CHECK THE WEIGHT CAREFULLY⚖️‼️ I was overcharged for smoked fish that turned out to be almost 100 g lighter than the weight I paid for. I only noticed because the price was suspiciously high and I checked it myself on another scale. When I returned, the staff confirmed the incorrect weight and refunded the difference — without even saying sorry. If I hadn't checked, the overcharge would have gone unnoticed… Very disappointing and untrustworthy‼️

30/12/2025: I got sick from crayfish tail salad that I ate for two days and it tasted fine but 🤮🤮🤮and my stomach hurt

26/08/2025: Fillings in sandwiches are non-existent at their countrywide. Ate at their place in Fields about 1 year ago where I got a sandwich with almost no filling. Will give them a chance, now at Fisketorvet and buy a bagel for 77 kr. Looks nice and it is freshly made but when I open it there are 6 small pieces of avocado. Goes up with it and here is the answer is that everything looks according to their guidelines.

07/01/2026: Dear reader, this is my first review in my life, but I thought I should share my experience with Kong Kebab. When I enter the store, the owner and his employees are sitting with their heads buried in their phones, which is probably okay if you don't have a sense of service. The only problem is that they are very likely sitting with the same phone when they are sitting on the barrel, and the same hands are used to open and hold the pita bread they serve to the customers. Why it takes one person to put meat in the bread, and another to put salad in the same arrangement, is a mystery to me, now that they are standing shoulder to shoulder. But it's probably the same puzzle that's at play when one shawarma gets red cabbage, iceberg, tomato and cucumber, and the other only iceberg lettuce, when two "with everything" were asked for. I have a craft background, so taking measurements is a piece of cake - I would estimate that there was around 3-4 mm of meat, laid so nicely in the south-facing part of the bread, the rest (of one shawarma) was 95% iceberg lettuce and the part of the tomato that the stem is on which you usually put in the trash. I was the only customer in the store, so I can only interpret the service level as high and would therefore not recommend others to throw money at kong kebab.

21/10/2025: I was waiting for at least 30 minutes at the bar. There was a blond lady not so young and when I finally got attended she said she doesn’t want to attend in English (in English)

23/09/2025: Björk and Theo are solid bartenders, they always know what you might want, no matter how indecisive you are.

29/11/2025: Ordered a durum falafel and pepperoni. The pepperoni was ok but the falafel was just vegetables with very small pieces.

13/08/2025: I have often shopped at Botan, it is an ok average pizzaria. My last order had a mistake, these things happen, so I stopped by so we could talk about it. Had to argue with the owner that there had been a mistake (it was clear when I showed him the order confirmation), then it was my fault because I didn't call (the number on the order confirmation is out of service). If you have made a mistake, you correct it instead of blaming the customer. Last time I shop at Botan.

07/10/2025: Excellent bread for the price. A bit annoying when the bread I want is sold out.

23/12/2025: The meat was so burnt it tasted like charcoal, and the rest of the pizza just felt like punishment disguised as dinner...Charred meat, inedible pizza. Never again.🤮🤮😡😡

23/10/2025: A café right on Vang's harbor. It has a large terrace in the summer. It's also one of the few cafés that stays open after the Danish fall break. The owner is very friendly, and this was our fifth visit since 2020.

08/10/2025: Can't understand the negative reviews. Very friendly service, good cold beer, and delicious salmon sandwiches. Yes, it's expensive, but if you can't afford it, just stay home or make yourself a cheese sandwich. :-)

29/09/2025: A completely miserable general manager (the older one). Witnessed her scolding a customer and going completely crazy. Everyone came up to the customer and then asked if she was OK. She has the worst and most primitive attitude. She should not be employed somewhere that deals with people.

22/03/2026: Best Kebab, Kofta, Shish, Lamb, with chay free, pita bread so far in Denmark. Recommend 100 per cent. #Kebab #Ballerup #Skovlunde.
