29/11/2025: We had the food delivered for this year's Christmas lunch at Haven in Frederiksberg here from Bjørnekælderen. It was poor to say the least! The worst Christmas meal we have ever experienced

18/04/2026: Ordered a burger through Wolt. The steak was dry and tasted like it had been thawed and then put back in the freezer - unfortunately!

27/03/2026: Their burgers are good BUT they say 'organic' on their sign - yet their employees have no idea WHAT on the menu is organic. I was once told that their chicken was organic - but I highly doubt it. So that's a bit misleading. But otherwise I love their sesame buns.

09/11/2025: We bought a rum ball, which was okay but still quite anonymous in taste, the consistency was fine. We also bought two brownies, which were downright inedible, the topping had a very strange aftertaste that can only be described as something you shouldn't eat. The brownie cake/base itself was VERY dry, you can imagine that it probably wasn't baked the same day it was sold.

23/09/2025: Mediocre. There are several places where it looks permanently empty. Okay cakes. Not bad, but not good either. The price in relation to the quality is a little above what you would expect for the price. Nice staff. Not a super clean place, but it's not stuffy and dirty either.

12/10/2025: The first impression was rather mixed. The restaurant is quite small, and the buffet is unusually small for a Mongolian restaurant. The layout also seems impractical – a central location would have been much more pleasant. The collection point for dishes was just a table placed in the corner, which, although emptied regularly, looked unappealing. Only one of the service staff seemed to speak English. The selection of food and drinks was limited, but the sushi selection was surprisingly diverse and fresh. The Peking soup, unfortunately, was not very tasty. Overall, we were full, but the experience was rather average. We would probably choose a different restaurant next time.

29/12/2025: I highly recommend their pizzas.

07/11/2025: I ordered two pizzas, which are also on their menu with a cola for 208 kr. When I called, I gave my address and order, but forgot to say the word “menu.” The delivery came without a cola – and at a higher price than the menu. Instead of showing some normal customer service and saying “you know, you can get it as a menu and save a little?”, they just choose to take the more expensive price without mentioning anything. It seems petty and frivolous, especially when you’re talking about a 30 kr. difference. I find it hard to believe that it was a coincidence – because honestly, who would voluntarily order the exact same thing, just more expensive and inferior? I’m left with the feeling that if my name or background had matched those I spoke to, the situation might have been handled differently. The pizza wasn’t hot either. In short: poor service, zero friendliness – and one less customer.

27/12/2025: So fun and very welcoming when we were there! The bouncer asked us if we were ready to dance and I proceeded to do just that for a few hours. Recommend

04/12/2025: Bad, horrible, and expensive. Whoever approves the DJ lineup seems to prioritize the genre over the music itself… A disaster every time I went… Out-of-sync music, bad transitions, terrible taste in music, sticky and dirty floor, smells like skunks, and the guy at the entrance was an arrogant sadist who seemed to enjoy knowing that whether or not you could get in depended on him(i didn’t feel welcome like hetero) really bad place…

09/12/2025: The head waiter was rude and had an unpleasant attitude telling a woman in our group to “be quiet” in a clearly demeaning way. The restaurant also seems slightly understaffed which trickles down to the other staff members as well. The food is just okay.

22/11/2025: I have to say I don't understand the other reviews at all. The staff was smiling and welcoming and only came down to us after 5 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We got the pizzas only 10 minutes later (and we saw the other tables doing the same). The pizzas were amazing! You got the feeling of sitting down in Italy, so 165 kroner for us was super nice, especially because the restaurant is also inside Tivoli. The atmosphere was great (especially when it's dark outside). I asked for some oil and I was actually given options. Then we had to pay and the waiter was so professional and stood nicely away until we had paid. We will come again! Really good experience.

22/12/2025: I had a most pleasant, and peaceful experience at this beautiful Cafe San Remo in Helsingor / Elsinor. I found this lovely, and cozzy cafe as I walked in the Old Town. I had a delicious fried eggs, with bacon and potatoes. The food was super yummie! The servers were very proper, courteous, with a grand genuine smile, and a lovely disposition. It all fill me up with optimism, and with joy. I will return. It is a very easy train ride from Copenhagen. Kudos to Cafe San Remo, the Chef, and all the beautiful ladies that work there. BRAVO ZULU! 30/11/2025: We went in a little skeptical – the name San Remo Café sounds more Italian than Danish – but the posters advertising traditional food tempted us, and we took the chance. We don’t regret it! The place was completely full and there was a good, lively atmosphere. We were greeted by a friendly waiter and quickly got a table. You order at the counter, and the menu was a bit worn, but easy to understand with pictures of all the dishes. We ordered roast pork with parsley sauce and biksemad with fried egg. The food came after about 15 minutes and was rustic and nicely served. The roast pork was crispy and generous, and the parsley sauce was delicious. The biksemad tasted homemade – just as it should be – but the portion could have been a little larger. The service was warm and pleasant, as you would hope for in Denmark. We noticed that some dishes were heated in a microwave, and that’s a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, the overall experience was so good that we’d love to come back.
