09/12/2025: The head waiter was rude and had an unpleasant attitude telling a woman in our group to “be quiet” in a clearly demeaning way. The restaurant also seems slightly understaffed which trickles down to the other staff members as well. The food is just okay.

22/11/2025: I have to say I don't understand the other reviews at all. The staff was smiling and welcoming and only came down to us after 5 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We got the pizzas only 10 minutes later (and we saw the other tables doing the same). The pizzas were amazing! You got the feeling of sitting down in Italy, so 165 kroner for us was super nice, especially because the restaurant is also inside Tivoli. The atmosphere was great (especially when it's dark outside). I asked for some oil and I was actually given options. Then we had to pay and the waiter was so professional and stood nicely away until we had paid. We will come again! Really good experience.

22/12/2025: I had a most pleasant, and peaceful experience at this beautiful Cafe San Remo in Helsingor / Elsinor. I found this lovely, and cozzy cafe as I walked in the Old Town. I had a delicious fried eggs, with bacon and potatoes. The food was super yummie! The servers were very proper, courteous, with a grand genuine smile, and a lovely disposition. It all fill me up with optimism, and with joy. I will return. It is a very easy train ride from Copenhagen. Kudos to Cafe San Remo, the Chef, and all the beautiful ladies that work there. BRAVO ZULU! 30/11/2025: We went in a little skeptical – the name San Remo Café sounds more Italian than Danish – but the posters advertising traditional food tempted us, and we took the chance. We don’t regret it! The place was completely full and there was a good, lively atmosphere. We were greeted by a friendly waiter and quickly got a table. You order at the counter, and the menu was a bit worn, but easy to understand with pictures of all the dishes. We ordered roast pork with parsley sauce and biksemad with fried egg. The food came after about 15 minutes and was rustic and nicely served. The roast pork was crispy and generous, and the parsley sauce was delicious. The biksemad tasted homemade – just as it should be – but the portion could have been a little larger. The service was warm and pleasant, as you would hope for in Denmark. We noticed that some dishes were heated in a microwave, and that’s a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, the overall experience was so good that we’d love to come back.

31/07/2025: Great little takeaway shop (though they do have a couple of tables if you want to eat here). We tried four things, and all were terrific. Plus the kid behind the counter was really nice.

05/07/2025: I would give 0 stars to the food if I could. I ordered Tom Kha, Satay and Pad Thai. Let’s just park the fact that I ordered additional white rice for the chicken Satay, and the Tom Kha should come with rice by default (it was specified in the menu), NEITHER of them came with rice! Ok, I thought, no panic, the Tom Kha should be creamy enough to eat it alone. Well, it wasn’t, and I wish it was the only bad thing about it. It wasn’t acidic and didn’t taste like spices at all! It was like broth with floating stuff in it. Then the satay, oh my god, it supposed to be a peanut sauce. Where are the peanuts? How can it be a liquid sauce instead of a cream that does not stick on the chicken? Have you ever tried peanut butter? And last, the pad thai. I ordered it with shrimps, it came with chicken (it’s cheaper, we could say I got scammed since I paid for the shrimps). And it was mid, at best. Just AVOID this place, or check your food bag before leaving

09/07/2025: I ordered a Pizza and fry to take out. I went there on time to collect the food. But The food was not ready. I waited for 25 minutes and then I decided to go without food as I have some other things to do. I request him for a refund and he got furious. He replied me in a bad way which I didn't like. And then we had some hot conversation and left the place with a promise not to going there anymore.

04/02/2026: I have eaten a very tasty pizza and a sandwich that was delicious. The new owner is very friendly.

12/12/2025: Piv miserably ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, the bread fell apart while we were eating, far too much chili and far too little chicken - it was so cold you would think it came from Skagen - Not a rated place and cannot be recommended for a value of 75kr

03/10/2025: Personally I had a bad experience. The food was not good, the toilets smelled really bad and you couldn't understand what the staff was saying. The atmosphere was ok. You could talk to each other, but it was still quite loud in there. All in all a disappointing experience.

03/10/2025: the worst place ever. I went in and as soon as I entered the stench hit my nose, my little boy of five cried when he tasted their cheese pizza. He had to go to the toilet quickly, when we entered the sink was yellow and it smelled of pee. Their large cup of soda cost 60kr and the same for a small cup.

29/10/2025: I have visited Espresso House in Rødovre on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the visit. However, on October 16 this year, we were seated at the entrance to the kitchen. There is a ramp to the kitchen for the staff to drive their carts in. I sat in a corner near the kitchen. When I got up to go and buy more drinks, I tripped with my left foot on this ramp, which you have to step over to get out and it hurt like hell. I later asked them to block that seat so that no one else would have to trip on the ramp. I am unsure whether the staff has taken my complaint further. My left foot turned both blue and yellow and now today it is red. I had to see a doctor, get a bandage and take painkillers. Luckily, it was not a fracture. I live in Stockholm and go to Espresso House here in Stockholm almost daily.

27/08/2025: The coffee is like the coffee in Espresso House. No complaints. But the place is severely understaffed - always. You can stand for a long time and wait in vain for service, while busy clerks make... coffee for online orders? Something else?

27/08/2025: The food is almost always good and what you order. Only once out of maybe 20 where they forgot something in the order. It was quickly corrected. Service and atmosphere mediocre, but there are also limits to what you can expect from a food court.

13/05/2025: Super delicious pulled pork and fresh greens. The workers are super sweet and a super delicious place to choose if you want a delicious salad. The coffee is also 10/10.

01/01/2026: The peace of mind is priceless. I no longer have to rush home from work or nervously watch my security camera. For expensive items or time sensitive gifts, this service is an absolute game, changer. It turns the most unreliable part of online shopping into the most dependable.

31/07/2025: Der Wein war gar nicht nach unserem Geschmack und dafür wirklich hochpreisig, aber das Interieur und die Stimmung sind top. Am allerbesten ist der Koch. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Insbesondere der Blumenkohl und die Aubergine - sensationell. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Besuch.
