14/03/2026: Super delicious food and good service - although a bit small to sit there

19/12/2025: My friend and I went to eat at frb restaurant and had a terrible experience. Extremely bad and tasteless sushi, probably the worst we have ever had. We enter the restaurant to a confused young female employee who does not seem very happy to work there. It is very dark at the tables and very small you sit squeezed in. The waiter has his hair down and when we are served our sushi her shirt hits our food which we do not choose to eat. Despite us telling that the food is not edible and that the chicken meatballs are still raw inside, she demands that we pay for extra sushi left behind. Stay far away from this restaurant!! If you could give 0 stars I would have. Bad service and bad food

02/01/2026: We walked with our child. 20 minutes and left.

02/01/2026: Seems like bad service and conditions. I'm in a wheelchair and had to wait 18 minutes for them to open some doors/gates so I could get through. When my children were with me, they didn't come in when they were supposed to, with an adult. They don't care at all. There were some older children who were so violent and they didn't do anything. Way too expensive and no service.

27/12/2025: The food tastes good, but the waiting time is far too long and rarely suits, and they often make mistakes and you get the wrong thing delivered. By the way, they could use a cleaning in the store and a renovation.

05/09/2025: The food we ordered was good and the beers excellent. The service could be improved; in my opinion, there shouldn't be any need to ask for cutlery and napkins; they should be brought with the order.

04/09/2025: Lived up to previous visits in every way. Bad ordering experience, slow, impersonal and unfriendly service - sick food. Sad that they take up so much space, in such a good location. Think it will be a few years before they see me again

29/08/2025: The restaurant opened for the weekend where they advertised that they had gotten hold of some super good Angus meat and therefore offered a 2-course menu. We booked a table for Friday evening at 7 pm. When we arrived we were told we could only order pizza…… Told why we were there and what they were advertising. She wanted to ask in the kitchen but never came back and just served other tables and we could then stand and stare. We therefore chose to leave. I can also see that the owner himself has made a 5-star review and lots of praise for his own restaurant on TripAdvisor 2 days ago!!!!!!

17/09/2025: Terrible quality product defrost donuts and a funny mango refresher with a taste of a bit tea and water for 55kr(8€) perfect place where they will rob your money

05/08/2025: We waited a really long time for 2 donuts together with another woman because they had forgotten our orders the other woman got 2 extra donuts for free as an apology and we didn't get anything which is fine but everyone should get the same service

02/11/2025: The coffee and atmosphere is still nice. Unfortunately, I miss the homeliness of the old menu with pancakes, soup and bolle med ost. In comparison with glyptoteket the new cafe has poor selection, smaller portions and higher prices. It has made me reconsider my yearly pass because I used to love visiting and having lunch afterwards 🥲

15/10/2025: Cant stand the thought that there is a graduated cook who came up with this menu I had the apple cake. While it definetly included apples i cant call it much of a cake, more like a bitter salad advertised as a pastry with what looks like rosemarin and sourcream on top. Shame for apple enthusiasts all around

11/03/2026: The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever tried in Denmark. A “gourmet” pizza with yellow cheese, grated ham, and sausages — it was simply awful.🤮🤮

15/09/2025: Great food, but be aware that this store charges a 4.25% surcharge if you use a non-EU card to pay - which they don't tell you about before ordering. Other cafés may not - so shop around!

15/09/2025: I love Lagkagehuset and am their #1 fan. But on Sunday the 14th my friend and I went there to get two lattes (small). I also showed my student card to get 20% off drinks, as I usually do. I should have paid 83 kr. (52 kr. * 2 kr. * 0.8 kr.), but the cashier charged 94 kr. So they charged me for the standard size latte, and it was small. 10 kr. is nothing, but it was very annoying, since Lagkagehuset is my favorite cafe in Copenhagen. Also, the day before, on Saturday, I had the best coffee of my life at the exact same place, with the exact same order. So yes, please start giving your employees breaks.

15/10/2025: I got a chicken gyros menu. The gyros was pretty boring. Dry chicken not a lot of flavor. Also I asked for no tomatoes which they added anyways.

18/08/2025: Boring food without much flavor. Got a gyro with lamb.

18/01/2026: Had 3 x salad with chicken and bacon this evening. 3 x 100,- for such dog food, chicken completely dry and almost inedible, dressing tasteless, boring salad. You must be setting higher standards for yourself when you demand 100,- for a portion that is equivalent to a tray with some fries and a fish fillet in it. Annoying to spend money on such bad food.

06/12/2025: The pizza was average, it was cold, and the driver got lost, and it was expensive.

13/04/2026: We were down and ordered a pork roast with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. When we got home the skins were completely limp, the mashed potatoes were cold. And I bought a large burger and it's inedible 👎 Will never go there again

22/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery. Called after 45 minutes to see how far they were. The answer was “right down the stairs”. After another 45 minutes I call again, to which they reply “the order wasn’t big enough for us to bother delivering it”. Terrible service
