07/10/2025: We visited the Pas Normal Studios shop in Copenhagen yesterday – and it was simply fantastic! The team was extremely friendly and gave us competent, unobtrusive advice. After our shopping, we were even invited for a coffee (delicious!) and some typical Danish Hindbærsnitter. 23/09/2025: Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

22/11/2025: Good latte and pain au chocolat, but not enought sitting place.

10/08/2025: The coffee is good and all the baked goods delicious. My son loved their hot chocolate. The staff however can be shockingly rude - not all were thankfully. One young miss in particular rolled her eyes and behaved like an unbecoming adolescent over something quite minor. Another - again young - male was effortful in his frosty attitude towards us. It was such a pity as it was just ugly and highly off putting. Whilst the more grown members of staff were perfectly nice and helpful.

17/08/2025: Portions aren’t the biggest for the price, but we really loved the fish frikadelles! The fish n chips was okay. Fries were very tasty. Beautiful sitting area, service was very nice. We had a good time.

03/12/2025: This is the café I frequent because Nørreport is a popular meeting place. I don't have any particular issues with the pastries and sandwiches; they're good and fresh in my opinion. I'm addicted to their cinnamon/sugar brioche. By the way, I used to get a chai latte, but I'm going to stop because it gets too sweet. It must depend on the amount of powder used. As for the service, it's true that some of the waitresses could be friendlier, especially with tourists. I've experienced this here once and at other places as well. It's a shame!

11/11/2025: Delicious pastries. Excellent organic coffee. The place is very spacious and comfortable – you can linger over a cup of coffee and enjoy its flavor. It's worth stopping by and taking a breather.

12/01/2026: I've had raw fries in my taco for the 4th time in a row. So disgusting, the people who work there don't care what they serve. Stay away

16/10/2025: Terrible service! I picked up an order at the restaurant, and the person who attended me was very rude and impolite. He refused to give me another bag to carry the sodas. The food is bad — I don’t recommend this restaurante.

05/08/2025: The bread is ice cold when you buy it in the morning at 6:30. Bakery bread should be warm and freshly baked early in the morning. I'm tired of paying full price for bread that is clearly from yesterday. I'm tired of coming home with stale bread in the morning. The cake shop can't be known for sticking the customer with stale bread when they expect freshly baked bread.

13/02/2026: Nice man in the store, good service, but not worth 70kr of kebab box, the meat was boring and not very appetizing salad, looked old, the tomatoes were yellow

09/11/2025: Here are some pros and cons of the place and a rating at the end, so you can judge for yourself. I ordered durum with chicken and the price is 70 bops Pros 👍: - Nice selection of pizza, burger and durum. - The chicken meat in my chicken durum from there was tender and hot. - Friendly worker at the counter - Clean little room where you ordered and where you could eat (I took my durum home). - The salad in my durum was crispy - You get lots of dressing in your durum - They stay open until late at night, they should be credited for that Cons 👎: - The bread was a bit dry and had been in the freezer for a few days too long - Small size durum if you compare it to other places at the same price - For 5-10 bops more you can go to kebabistan on Nordre Frihavnsgade and get a durum that is miles better than this one. - The room could have been nicer but that's a nitpick so it only slightly reduces the score - They run the radiator with the curtains closed, they could turn down the heat in the room. Overall score: a little below average which is = (45/100) Conclusion and last words: Ok place for an evening or night-durum for that matter, where they make excellent but rather small durum for an overpriced price. Only go there if you're going to have a late night snack and you're rock hard and just need something to eat with that win. If this is not the case, then head to kebabistan on Nordre Frihavnsgade where they offer you a luxury durum with everything for 75. They make their own pita bread and the service is nice and pleasant. So short and simple: go to kebabistan, I promise you and your stomach will be delighted.

21/03/2026: It's pathetic to accept an order and then reject it after 30 minutes because of a comment. They could have easily called and said that's how it works and that they can't take the comment into account. I even wrote "if possible", so it wasn't a requirement - but maybe they didn't understand that. Annoying, especially when you're busy. So I'll just have to stick to my local sushi vendors instead of trying something new. You just missed out on a new potential customer.

31/08/2025: We had a reservation for a larger group and were SO SATISFIED!! It was a super cozy place with wonderful service and food. Special thanks to the stars Aske and Khalid for all the help we received (good luck in the future!). Highly recommend!

18/11/2025: Unfortunately there is WAY too much oil in the chili dressing - the durum gets soaked and the oil runs out through the bottom. 65 kr. is on the high side when it's without drinks.

18/10/2025: Was so disappointed, I have the best memories of Starbucks in the US. The place was dirty, the tables were full of used dishes. The employee behind the delivery counter was unmotivated, almost unfriendly, when I wanted the coffee exchanged because it was lukewarm, almost cold! I got the answer "It will take 5 minutes!" Never coming back!

11/11/2025: +5% tip on bill as standard!!! JUST A HUGE NO! Glad I discovered that and pressed no to tip. Read the other reviews for an understanding of the food.

19/10/2025: We were 4 adults who were supposed to have one steak each, as per the menu, but each got 3 pieces of steak cut off. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was also good.
