31/08/2025: Yes, you should expect a lot here. And it all started well. Until the food arrived. It must be said that there is probably plenty of other food that is good. But their schnitzel was like stepping on a rubber sole. And their spareribs were full of gristle. Of course, that ruined the experience. And that will therefore be the last time we eat there. 😩😩😩😩😩

21/08/2025: You shouldn't blame the young waiter who did his best, but was clearly not trained to provide service at the price level dictated by the menu. The food itself was better than bad, but for the price it was daylight robbery.

16/11/2025: Great restaurant with a view of the canal. You can sit inside or outside, even when it's colder. The seats are then heated with patio heaters. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

15/11/2025: We had to wait over an hour for our food, and all eight tables around us who arrived after us had already finished by the time we finally got ours. We didn't ask for mushrooms on our pizza and ended up eating them anyway. We even waited 15 minutes for the bill.

23/06/2025: Really bad food, tasteless, meat with tendons and cartilage, 'salad bar' was not fresh. It was very hot and stuffy, and when we got home our clothes stank of deep fryers. All in all a boring experience....

27/04/2025: I have tasted almost all Danish takes on a Berlin Döner and this one ranks up there where it is almost the best. The combination of bread, cabbage and meat is almost perfect. The bread is so crispy and the dressings are just right.

19/05/2025: We ordered takeaway, but when picking up the food, the Dankort machine was messing up, and we were asked to swipe the card twice, which unfortunately resulted in 2 charges on our account. We wrote to the store, but after a 2 month dialogue and fight to get our 342kr back, we finally gave up. Shahi Pakwaan simply wouldn't return the one charge. We will never buy here again.

07/09/2025: This place has definitely won over my bagel-loving stomach 😍🥯 There's just something special about their sandwiches – they're fresh, flavorful, and you never leave hungry. I especially love that you can mix your own fillings so it's always exactly how you want it. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the people behind the counter are always smiling and ready to help (even when you're in doubt about what to choose... which I often am 😅). If you're looking for a place that's both delicious, fast, and filling – this is the place. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: I highly recommend this bagel and sandwich shop! 🥯✨ Everything is super fresh, and you can clearly taste that good ingredients are used. The bread is delicious and crispy, the filling is always fresh and generous, and there are plenty of choices – both classic and more exciting combinations. The atmosphere in the shop is cozy, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You always feel welcome, and the service is fast, even when it's busy. Perfect place for both a quick lunch and a little extra pampering in everyday life. I will definitely come back – many times! 🌟

06/08/2025: Bought 2 large, beautiful, delicious salmon sides today, they were just so fresh and nice. Sweet and friendly service. Fried salmon chops when I got home, yum. The rest in the freezer for steamed salmon, boiled salmon, and guests. Looking forward to it already.

18/11/2025: Violent doorman. Dont go here if you want good night life and cool place. The doorman is very provocative and violent. He provokes the guests and beats them if they say anything. Very unsympathetic man in his 40s wearing a cap and about 1,88 tall. average appearance. Sad that he and the bald bartender / doorman ruin the place.

09/11/2025: Worst bar experience of my life, the bouncer pushed me because I “didn’t want to pay” witch I never said and would never say and then the conversation ended in him saying “ you think I won’t push you because you are a girl” and then he went on to push me not once but twice and got up on my face so I can say that I would not recommend!

17/11/2025: You can't get 10 liters out of a 5 liter can. A slightly "dusty" older hotel. But it also has its charm. Located overlooking the waterfront, and it's quite nice.

21/09/2025: Worn out buildings both inside and out. Stuffy and bad smell in the room. Nice location close to the harbor. Good breakfast buffet.

21/11/2024: Have eaten there before for a period about three years ago, so I had high expectations - at that time they had very delicious burgers with high-quality special cheeses. Unfortunately, they have changed their menu drastically and it does not live up to the previous standard in terms of taste. Now you can't demand that much from a burger, you might think - but when they demand DKK 145 for it, it must taste like something. It was unfortunately very anonymous in taste, the taste of the cheese just wasn't there and I was really disappointed, precisely because they used to have blue cheese and goat's cheese on the menu. Now it's just boring for DKK 145. The room is cozy dark - a bit worn, but in a trendy way, however there was intrusive muzak, so you couldn't relax. The staff are dead and attentive to the customers. They came uninvited with salt and pepper so I could embellish the taste - it didn't help. They wanted to do it much better.

12/10/2025: We bought a cake that was supposed to be a muffin cake with blueberries and cream on top. The cake looked really delicious but when we later had to eat a piece it was a real experience. The cake was very dry and without any blueberry flavor. The next day the cake was so dry that it was inedible. Had expected better quality from Emmerys.

06/07/2025: When we use to live in Østerbro, Copenhagen we used to get our breakfast at this place. Coffee and Muslibrød med ost is what I always eat while my husband would eat the whole breakfast set with eggs. They sell organic food and you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the taste. I wish to go back to Copenhagen one day and eat at this place again. Brings back great memories. 🩷
