20/06/2026: Their sandwiches are pretty much the worst for the money.

24/04/2026: The waiters are good enough. But their drinks are very bad, especially their Matcha, it puts all too much sweet substances/sugar, it is almost not drinkable, have tried 3 different kinds of matcha, but it is always the same, too much sweet. A recommendation, do not order their matcha, unless you like to drink matcha/coffee with a lot of sugar.

16/07/2026: Noodles are usually good. But bought them yesterday and they tasted really bad. We called down and said so, the woman we spoke to was not very nice or welcoming. She seems really angry all the time. But we got new noodles which also tasted bad. But the baked chicken and rice and sweet and sour is okay

04/08/2025: I ordered a nachos for 90kr from leziz konya with chicken kebab. The nachos are completely soft and the chicken smells and tastes strange, like bad meat smells. Really a disgusting taste experience. I call them in a friendly way to make them aware that we have just been to pick up food and that the nachos were soft and the meat was not good. They answer that the nachos are soft because it is made in a microwave (have often ordered nachos that are not soft), and have never been served such chicken with my nachos, smells like old meat and tastes accordingly. In general, a flabby and incomprehensible way to meet their customers. I would never dream of calling them and making them aware of this if it were not true or simply because I did not like the food. 02/06/2026: Freshly made avocado and hummus, very tasty. Americano served in a glass, but delicious. Cheese rolls were good. They also have a selection of pastries and a restroom. Better to take it to go and sit by the water.

11/07/2026: First time ordering from you. The food was ok we ordered a pizza for 90 kroner and a durum roll for 75 kroner = 165 kroner, delivery was 50 kroner = should have been 215 kroner. We were charged 231.90 kroner What is the last 16.90 kroner for? There was no bag or receipt.

13/06/2026: Smoothies are delicious and fresh. On the more expensive side. I would never in my life give 9€ for a smoothie if not my girlfriend, but I would make an exception for this one. 🥤 I didn’t like the cold approach from the staff and the tight small sitting space. The local looks nice, but the atmosphere is way off for me. Cramped space makes it a very loud environment as well. 🗣️ If you are looking for a delicious smoothie and you don’t mind paying a bit more, this is the place for you. I just recommend buying take away and not sitting down. 👍

23/07/2025: Stay away if you don't want the worst food you can imagine!!! An evening with a 70th birthday was ruined by Pakhuset Svaneke and their totally indifferent petty “chef” and his inedible food!!! My mother turned 70 and what was supposed to be an unforgettable evening, with good food and coziness was completely and utterly RUINED by the chef at Pakhuset Svaneke. Our food was RUINED!!! We ordered, among other things, Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce, fried medium red, - but which was so ruined and cooked through, and the sauce was foamy and without tarragon. Seriously I (we) have NEVER had such a bad “food experience” ever in my (our) life. The steak was overcooked and completely ruined, and the fries were cold and soft, and the gravy was foamy and without tarragon - we complained about the quality, and the otherwise nice waiters tried to create a good atmosphere, but it didn't matter, because when we got our replacement steak, the quality was exactly the same. Even the replacement steak was also cold and completely overcooked (despite the request for medium rare) and the fries were even the same as before, which had only now become colder and indifferent, and despite another complaint about the steak and fries, and that we were missing the gravy, there was never a new gravy, - which was also unnecessary, since several from our party chose to go out of town and find another place to eat…. Thanks to Pakhuset Svaneke for completely ruining a 70th birthday! Unless you are starving or planning to serve the food to your dog (if it wants to eat it), do not eat at Svaneke Pakhus. To top off the experience, a visit from one of the guests to the toilet was the highlight of the experience, as the toilets are damp and unclean, with wet floors from God knows what, no toilet paper, and clear signs of mold and lack of cleaning. Eat from the toilet or from a trash can - all things being equal, it is a better and more rewarding "experience" than at Pakhus Svaneke.

20/07/2025: The food was a disaster. Two years ago, the salad buffet was included in the price. Now it costs an extra €4. The ribs, which were available back then and actually always were, were removed from the menu. I then opted for a hamburger, but I couldn't get that rubbery patty down. A real disgrace for the price of €30!

12/05/2026: I bought a chicken box but that was not gud as expected and the half of chicken was burn. Moreover, it was way too expensive chicken box.

15/04/2026: Super delicious food. We arrived late, 8:30 PM so there was only the last meat left on the skewer but it still tasted amazing and was really juicy. Definitely recommended!

26/12/2025: How the mighty have fallen. If this is the level McDonalds is delivering, their future is bleak. Food is abysmal, service is slow and inattentive, not clean, piles of boxes in the kitchen, food was packed by a three year old (or so it seemed). Stay as far away as you can.

01/07/2026: Bad service. I often buy my rye bread and coffee at the cake shop in Magasin, and I love it. However, I often experience that tourists and older people are dissatisfied and leave the place without buying anything because they do not understand that you have to draw a number to be served. They think that the staff skips them on purpose when it is their turn according to the normal queue system. Sometimes I tell the tourists that they have to draw a number, other times I have tried to explain to the staff that I can see that there are people standing there who do not understand the system (they do not seem aware of the queue situation) and are frustrated, but the staff has replied a few times that "they usually discover it when we have called out numbers a few times". What I see, however, is not that customers go and draw a number when they have been "skipped", but that many still do not understand it afterwards, and just choose to leave without buying anything. I have observed the same thing happening several times at the cake shop in Illum. I think that the cake shop, for their own sake, should better advertise their "draw a number" system, especially in locations where many customers are tourists, to avoid losing so many customers in the store. Alternatively, the store manager should train his employees to be aware of the problem, and of course help those people who do not understand the system. It is very easy to see who does not understand it and just say "remember to draw a number". Greetings to a customer who gets completely stressed out about witnessing dissatisfied customers and that the system does not work. It also ruins my experience a bit.

04/05/2026: I have always liked the Beef Teriyaki salad at Kcal. But when we bought it again yesterday, the quality was unfortunately far from what we are usually used to. The meat was served in square pieces and had a completely different consistency than usual. Several of the pieces contained cartilage, had a rubbery consistency and the meat was generally unappetizing and close to inedible. We ended up throwing all the meat out at home because it simply wasn't nice to eat. Very disappointing experience, especially when you have previously had good experiences with the salad.
