09/08/2026: We sat down for breakfast after an exhausting overnight flight. Everything was as it should be.
30/07/2026: I ordered a slice of cake with whipped cream as a single order, but the cashier forgot to include the whipped cream. On top of that, the cake was stale and literally falling apart.

01/07/2026: I ordered an iced chai and a kanelsnurre on the first floor, but when I tried to sit on the second floor, I was told the tables were for customers only even though I had literally just bought something there.
The food and atmosphere were nice, around 4 stars, but the service in this situation was very disappointing. Service: 1 star.
26/06/2026: Holm Bager og café was a real disappointment. Much of their food was sold out, the service was sometimes non-existent, but at least very slow. Their sandwiches are okay, but for the price, you can easily find something better nearby.

03/08/2026: The dining experience was unfortunately disappointing.
The fish, potatoes and vegetables all lacked flavour and were quite bland.
The staff were however very friendly and accommodating.
31/07/2026: Came for steaks and they only have pizza and a 200g fish which is listed as 500g on the menu.
Don't be shy about it to the staff

21/06/2026: Stingy with their fries at 45kr. I had to complain and it took over 25 minutes to get it served.
25/05/2026: New owners. Now called Cafe Melis.
Not satisfied. Loud music outside, smoking next to children on a playground. The ice cream is soggy and spills out of the waffle. Soft ice cream is not soft ice cream but some other ice cream that is difficult to assess what is.
Huge disappointment and a bit of a shoddy deal.

Good to know that there is good coffee and juice, a stone's throw from where I live.
16/06/2026: The two guys who were working this morning did a fantastic job. Both fast and good service, and a delicious coffee for the car ride through rush hour.

I ordered a burger
Bacon jam burger, and it tasted really bad.
The whole burger was mashed together and tasted of something I don't quite know what it was, the turkey bacon was tough to chew.
Mine and my daughter's poms were soft and cold.
I am so disappointed.

Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store

07/10/2025: We visited the Pas Normal Studios shop in Copenhagen yesterday – and it was simply fantastic! The team was extremely friendly and gave us competent, unobtrusive advice. After our shopping, we were even invited for a coffee (delicious!) and some typical Danish Hindbærsnitter.
A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience – we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Copenhagen! Best wishes from Switzerland🇨🇭

23/09/2025: Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over two weeks now.

26/08/2026: We found it very cozy there – since we were in Nyhavn on a rainy day, we sat inside. The service was quick and very friendly. The food (for us, smørrebrød and a herring platter) was also good. Of course, it wasn't exactly cheap, but hey – it's Nyhavn. I wouldn't say it's a tourist trap.
26/08/2026: Avoid the Lobster soup and everything would be fine

08/05/2026: Not being able to make a pita kebab with KEBAB is a mystery to me… 2 pizzas and 1 “vegan” pizza sandwich were delivered. Luckily for me I didn’t end up on the barrel all night, as I didn’t get a kebab in my… Thanks Wolt for the money again…
