23/07/2025: Stay away if you don't want the worst food you can imagine!!! An evening with a 70th birthday was ruined by Pakhuset Svaneke and their totally indifferent petty “chef” and his inedible food!!! My mother turned 70 and what was supposed to be an unforgettable evening, with good food and coziness was completely and utterly RUINED by the chef at Pakhuset Svaneke. Our food was RUINED!!! We ordered, among other things, Ribeye steak with bearnaise sauce, fried medium red, - but which was so ruined and cooked through, and the sauce was foamy and without tarragon. Seriously I (we) have NEVER had such a bad “food experience” ever in my (our) life. The steak was overcooked and completely ruined, and the fries were cold and soft, and the gravy was foamy and without tarragon - we complained about the quality, and the otherwise nice waiters tried to create a good atmosphere, but it didn't matter, because when we got our replacement steak, the quality was exactly the same. Even the replacement steak was also cold and completely overcooked (despite the request for medium rare) and the fries were even the same as before, which had only now become colder and indifferent, and despite another complaint about the steak and fries, and that we were missing the gravy, there was never a new gravy, - which was also unnecessary, since several from our party chose to go out of town and find another place to eat…. Thanks to Pakhuset Svaneke for completely ruining a 70th birthday! Unless you are starving or planning to serve the food to your dog (if it wants to eat it), do not eat at Svaneke Pakhus. To top off the experience, a visit from one of the guests to the toilet was the highlight of the experience, as the toilets are damp and unclean, with wet floors from God knows what, no toilet paper, and clear signs of mold and lack of cleaning. Eat from the toilet or from a trash can - all things being equal, it is a better and more rewarding "experience" than at Pakhus Svaneke.

20/07/2025: The food was a disaster. Two years ago, the salad buffet was included in the price. Now it costs an extra €4. The ribs, which were available back then and actually always were, were removed from the menu. I then opted for a hamburger, but I couldn't get that rubbery patty down. A real disgrace for the price of €30!

01/09/2025: I have a nostalgic soft spot for Vivaldi's as my band dined here while we were on tour in 2023. So when my family came to Copenhagen recently I insisted we came back. Wonderful ambience, and extremely attentive staff give this place 5* by the time you are seated. Great menu, and food came out v promptly. Food is actually amazing. Only gripe... (as a Brit) it is expensive. It was our only proper meal out in the city, so was worth it. Would recommend 100%.

31/08/2025: Worst staff ever. In a nearly empty restaurant, they were too lazy to even take orders. Or to be helpful at all.

21/11/2025: Always delicious and lovely to sit at Ordrupgaard café. A little extra care with the dishes, this time roast beef, also the right tempered red wine, I like that. Delicious dessert with apples 😃

24/10/2025: The short version - MISERABLE, TASTELESS AND INSUFFICIENT. The slightly longer version - Arriving around 7:30 PM on a Friday night, the place was almost full, which is usually a good sign! Unfortunately, the staff had almost no intention of refilling the almost empty buffet. The sushi was dry, the rice was hard and the fish tasted far from fresh. The hot dishes tasted either of chilli and soy or nothing at all, in addition, the majority of the meat content was very hard and dry. Everything had an aftertaste of deep-frying and the individual deep-fried items I tasted consisted of about 80% batter and oil. Their bbq was below "fairly average" the selection here was also almost empty. The desserts would probably have been acceptable in a brander. In addition, the staff had no interest in knowing how the experience had been NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN

24/09/2025: Good service and very friendly staff. I think the food tasted good, but my recommendation would be to add more shawarma and less salad to the durum rolls.

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, this is the second time that your employees don't know what gluten is. First they started guessing which flavors contain gluten, and then they offered me a lemon ice cream that clearly had wafers in it. I know that we are a very small number with celiac disease, but such ignorance is really disappointing. I would therefore strongly recommend that employees receive basic training in allergies and intolerances, so that similar situations can be avoided in the future.

27/08/2025: Probably some of the worst fast food we've ever had. Their "snack basket" is a study in the most tacky frozen foods, so far from their own website description of wanting to "tease your senses". The pizza with chicken, pepperoni and bacon (called "Ferroperm") was incredibly boring and uninspiring. If the pizza dough and tomato sauce are from a 30 year old family recipe, we would really consider starting a new tradition! The harbor is a beautiful place with atmosphere and good energy - what a shame that this place doesn't contribute to this!

23/08/2025: The food is not worth coming for. The service is really nice though. Fast and friendly. We got an ordinary burger and a chicken burger. The chicken was definitely frozen. The cheese had just come out of the plastic (bad processed cheese). The fries tasted of absolutely nothing unless we dipped them in the chili mayo which by the way cost 10 kr more than the Alm mayo. Grimbergen beer was thin as if water had been poured in. We will not come here again. They think they can serve bad food just because they are in a sought after location.

29/07/2025: Service was okay, ambiance took some getting used to. No water offered. Pizza was okay.

13/07/2025: Really long wait. We waited 45 for a kebab.

10/10/2025: Wow, I'm just saying you guys can cook good food. I'll never try another Sunset Boulevard than the one here. :) Service is just great 10/10 Food 10/10 Greetings from Jutland

19/08/2025: It takes a little too long to get food from here. And then the concept dies a little with "fast food," if it takes more than 15 minutes each time. I want to give all the praise to those who are behind the counter and work hard to make it run, but DEAR RESTAURANT CHEF, please get a few more people to work at a time. This is the third time you have been understaffed. Then the management needs to pay more. It's mean to both customers and employees.

09/07/2025: Le doy a este restaurante un 3. 5 de 5 . Fue muy bonito, pero la mitad de las bebidas eran alcohólicas, lo que no era muy bueno para los niños. Aparte de eso, tuvimos una gran experiencia.

09/05/2025: Increíble en todos los sentidos. Reservamos en línea el mismo día, y sabíamos que sería un asiento en el área del bar. ¡No dejes que eso te desanime! El ambiente era genial, y el servicio fue literalmente el mejor que hemos tenido. En cuanto a la comida - no puedo esperar para volver. Decidí pedir a la carta, tenía 9 platos para que los 2 compartiéramos y cada uno estaba delicioso. El camarero era brillante y explicó que la mejor manera de comer era con unos pocos platos servidos a la vez, así que sugirió los platos fríos primero, que funcionaba muy bien. Gran consejo, él era tan servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente comer en este restaurante. Volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje!
