28/07/2025: Absolute delight to try a kebabpizza here. It is not as fast as a pita wrap, but it was so worth it for the unctuous crunch of the crust, the balanced sauces, flavorful kebab and fresh, crunchy lettuce. 10/10 must try

20/02/2026: The quality was even worse than at a gas station, both the hot beverages and the pastries. There was neither Wi-Fi nor toilets.

20/10/2025: I ordered a Stracciatella Bowl with the option of extra chicken via Wolt. You forgot the chicken, and of course that's what can happen. But what I don't think is fair is that in such a case, only a paltry 29 kroons is given as compensation. It's not fair, because I'm left with a dish without much protein, and I have to order another one to feel full. So I almost end up paying double the price because you're making a mistake that you don't want to correct in fairness. I've already spent thousands of kronor at Grød, but it's definitely over now.

06/05/2026: A practice round of takeaway which resulted in a stupid butt. The sushi also tasted a bit funny, so I suspect the ingredients have not been handled correctly or are too old. The rice was dry and the sushi pieces fell apart. The staff were very nice

13/04/2026: We were down and ordered a pork roast with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. When we got home the skins were completely limp, the mashed potatoes were cold. And I bought a large burger and it's inedible 👎 Will never go there again

22/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery. Called after 45 minutes to see how far they were. The answer was “right down the stairs”. After another 45 minutes I call again, to which they reply “the order wasn’t big enough for us to bother delivering it”. Terrible service

13/12/2025: Burned my hand on their coffee to go because they didn't attach the lid properly. Terrible service I bought coffee, a cinnamon bun and a skyr. The two first were okay, but the Skyr tasted awful.

12/02/2026: I visited AC Lounge at Bella Sky – and unexpectedly ended up in what felt like a very well-behaved taste festival. I (M) had a poké bowl with Faroese salmon, and let me just put it this way: this was a real poké bowl. Not a random bowl with rice and a little fish on top, but a well-thought-out combination where the flavors actually worked together. The silky salmon, the dried seaweed, the dressing and – I’m pretty sure – the pickled radishes played surprisingly perfectly together. Everything complimented each other, without anything trying to shout the loudest. And the portion size? Absolutely spot on. You leave feeling full – but not in a food coma. My son had a kids’ burger. And here comes the review’s most credible data point: he praised it. A lot. It happens about as often as a total solar eclipse. So when a normally very reserved burger reviewer suddenly hands out praise, you know something has been accomplished. And then an extra, but important point: a big compliment to the female waiter with short hair and English speaking – the service was simply sublime. Present, professional and pleasant in that rare way that you unfortunately don't experience so often in the industry anymore. All in all: AC Lounge at Bella Sky delivered both food and service in a class that feels better than what you actually expect in a lounge. I left there full, satisfied – and a little impressed.

14/03/2026: I have worked remotely from this cafe a few times as it is local for my kids’ schools. Service and coffee/food is ok but this place is very dirty and not well maintained. The floors and tables are not clean and the bathroom is filthy — plus scarily there was no water to wash hands in the bathroom on my last visit! This place needs management attention. It’s not up to standards of other Lagkagehusets.

12/12/2025: After leaving Astor disappointed we decided to turn to a place where we knew we would be fed well — an Amo’s pizzeria. And oh dear lord did we get served well.

23/10/2025: Absolutely insane driving from Farum Stations Pizza This place is a disgrace to the city. I've seen them drive around like crazy – with absolutely no respect for anyone or anything. They whizz through Farum like it was Le Mans, blowing on the right of way, and easily driving over 100 km/h in the middle of town. Today it got really bad. Their VW Up with the ugly stickers all over the car came driving up the sidewalk on Farum Hovedgade from the station, so I had to jump out into the road to avoid getting hit. Honestly – it's a miracle there hasn't been an accident yet. I don't know who gave them their driving license, but they should have it taken away immediately. This isn't "busyness" – it's pure idiocy. They act like they own the road and everyone else just needs to move. If you can't even drive properly, maybe you should give up the pizzas and start delivering them on foot. At least it would be safer for the rest of us.

16/06/2026: Super cozy place, good food and coffee and really good service 🫶🏻

09/06/2026: It was the worst experience. Do not go there at all. The staff took my order incorrectly. When I politely pointed out that the wrong food was served, they practically threw my change at me. I wasn't even expecting an apology. I was offended by their complete lack of basic service etiquette. I don't even know if the bread was tasty. Terrible service and mediocre taste; I absolutely do not recommend this place.

29/03/2026: This place looks very sweet and cute but don’t be fooled! First red flag: the menus dont have any prices and that’s always a bad sign that you’re about to get scammed (and you will🫶🏼🫶🏼). It’s such a weak and pathetic way of scamming your customers that I feel bad for whoever made this decision and how low they have to be. Second red flag: a TOAST is 75 kr. It was good but lets do an exercise together, take a deep breath and bring ourselves back to planet earth and realize that a 75kr toast the size of my palm is daylight robbery and this confirms that the decision making people are miserable and feel something only by scamming others

28/06/2026: The fish burger had same amount of grease batter as the fish itself, felt too heavy with fries combo but I guess that’s usually the case with fried food. Wouldnt order it again. Pretty place to sit by the harbour, live music gave an extra nice vibe :)

26/04/2026: It wasn't as good as last year, the fries were almost garbage and there was too much breading on the fish fillet and no mashed peas.

16/06/2026: We ordered take away, from the lunch special, where we ordered 3 salad pizzas, some of which were burnt on the bottom and missing both cucumber and tomato on top!! I understand 100% that it is a lunch special, but if you can't deliver something good, you shouldn't make an offer.
