01/01/2026: I can't recommend choosing the pita. The bread was apparently just frozen so the whole kebab was cold and the bread was hard to bite through.

17/01/2026: We just had a 3 day stay at Hotel Mayfair and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My partner has recently had to start using a wheelchair (after our booking was made) so while the Hotel is not designed with wheel chair access in mind as it is an old building the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, helping with our bags or my helping my partner from the wheelchair to tackle steps. The staff were also fine with me taking breakfast up to my partner in the room so that she didn't have to come down when she was in too much pain which was really appreciated. On the topic of breakfast they have a great selection, with the sausages, bacon and pastries being particular highlights. The room was clean and a good size, and like the rest of the hotel the funky, colourful Scandinavian decor was really enjoyable. The hotel is located in a great spot a short walk away from the station, Tivoli Gardens (unfortunately it was closed when we went) and the city centre. There are also other aneminties nearby like a super market, 7-Eleven and a lovely little bakery called Better Bakery who does lovely Brown Sugar Cakes. Overall we loved our time in Copenhagen and hope we can return soon. And if we do we'll definitely try to get a room at Hotel Mayfair again. Forgot to mention that the staff were also able to provide sewing kits for my partner and a couple of plug adaptors for us (neither of us have travelled abroad in years and we didn't even think to bring our own) which was a great help. Overall the staff were amazing!!

14/12/2025: Opposite of train station, but further nothing to do nor any bar or restaurant (beside a good but small grill store) in the neighborhood on waking distance. Hotel comes with wellness and conference facilities. Rooms without complementary water. Hotel restaurant pretence to offer fancy food; at least it is pricy. But very good breakfast buffet.

22/11/2025: The most amazing taste experience 🤩 The food was incredibly delicious and the place had a really authentic and cool atmosphere. Their cheesecake is the best I've ever tasted 🙌🙌 I can definitely recommend everyone to eat here 🙌🤩

26/12/2025: Dining at AOC in Copenhagen last October was a very pleasant surprise. Despite being located underground, the space feels airy and refined, with beautifully designed vaulted ceilings that create a calm, intimate atmosphere rather than anything enclosed. Service was warm, attentive, and polished throughout the evening—The team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after without ever being intrusive. Many of the dishes stood out for both flavor and presentation. The food was elegant, precise, and visually striking—clearly crafted with care and confidence. I personally selected one bottle of Champagne and one bottle of red wine to pair with the menu, and the combination worked very well, adding to an already enjoyable experience. Overall, Thoughtful cooking, beautiful plating, and professional service made for a memorable evening.

17/01/2026: I only had a cocktail (espresso martini) so can't comment on the food. But it was well made and tasted as it should. Nice decor, nice and clean, hotel vibe. Friendly, welcoming English-speaking staff. There was plenty of space both inside and outside and heat lamps so you didn't freeze outside. Perfect place to sit and watch the people passing by and enjoy a cocktail.

11/01/2026: Decent choice of beer. We sat outside and used the online ordering 'app'. Or drinks were with us 2 minutes later!

16/12/2025: Lovely restaurant. Great location with a view of the Øresund. Neat, bright rooms and very nice waiters. The food was top notch. We enjoyed it very much and are already looking forward to the next time.

17/09/2025: I don't understand that I have to share food with others - when we have ordered, for example, three pieces of open sandwiches with eggs and shrimp, it comes in a bowl instead of each separately - it's a shame - it was the same with chicken salad. Small slices of rye bread - 100 kroner per piece. It could be done better. I have to ask for my own plate with what I have ordered

26/09/2025: The place is beautiful and they have outdoor seating. The service is great. The food is delicious. It's best to make a reservation before you go so you don't get late.

25/09/2025: The place is very cute and well-kept. The food and drinks are quality. The fresh flowers on the table are a very welcome touch, but be careful of the midges, especially during this time of year. Be careful to protect your drinks! Prices are average. The fries are particularly tasty; I recommend trying them! Great place for a quick aperitif or even a more formal coffee!

13/10/2025: Best feel good flækesteg sandwich in Copenhagen. I’ve bought many around this city and man… this is the stuff! UPDATE! I also heard this place may be closing. Dudes in the area, if you love the best flæskesteg sandwich in Copenhagen … then GO HERE! PLEASE!

14/12/2025: The pricing automatically creates expectations and at 95 kroner I don't think ham from a package of cold cuts is okay. Apart from that the pizza was good but I regret my choice of pizza.
