03/03/2025: If you don't stop here because there are no hot dogs, it's your own fault.
We have never eaten such delicious and freshly prepared burgers. And the fries were delicious too!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. We ate outside with our dog in the beautiful weather today! We could have eaten inside with a dog.
The terrace is very clean and tidy.
All in all we will definitely come back!

06/03/2025: Got oysters, really delicious quality, but the vinegar dressing was too bitter and the rye bread chips had no function in the dish. And the legendary tartare was delicious, but they don't ask if it should be big or small, so got a giga potion, thought fries were a bad match - here you would have liked the rye bread chips. Good serving, service, knowledge of food and wine and super super delicious wine and cognac.

17/03/2025: Great experience here in Aarhus. Chic and charming restaurant just a few minutes from the station and the center, it is still in a nice walking spot. Well insulated from the cold outside, it also offers positions at the window where it is nice to watch the people walking outside. We were there for dinner and ordered the reduced menu. Prices are objectively much more expensive than in Italy unfortunately. The quality is very high. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It was a relaxing dinner, I recommend it!
08/03/2025: Delicious dishes. The main course not up to par with the other courses, however. Maybe just not my taste.

08/04/2025: Just good food. And super service. I had expected more spice, but think that the food is prepared for Denmark. I ordered a soup at the end, but the owner advised against it as I just wanted to overeat. She was right, but wanted to taste her soup. So a thoroughly real and good restaurant that should be visited when you are in town

This time we got a menu consisting of a sharing platter of fried starters and then 2 courses. There was plenty of food so there was also a doggy bag to take home with leftovers 😊

24/03/2025: This gem of a Vietnamese restaurant can be found in the center of Aarhus. We had very tasty, fresh and authentic Vietnamese pho soups here, as well as summer rolls as a starter.
The food was prepared super quickly. You can even look into the half-open kitchen and watch the preparation. The service is friendly and attentive.
However, you should either make a reservation in advance or be aware that you have about an hour to eat (unannounced) until the table should be vacated again. The demand is enormously high given the quality.

17/02/2025: Super Pita KEBAB. The size is huge! Prepares quickly! The owner is sociable and open-minded and knows a few words in Russian. Gave me a discount when I came in for pizza a second time.

27/03/2025: After many visits to Røgeriet over many years, today was our last. Waiter is Norwegian and cannot answer orders. The hot food was cold and the accompanying bread was inedible.

25/03/2025: It was our first Michelin starred restaurant experience and will go down as one of our most cherished memory
The attention to detail from plating to drink pairings, while the staff explains to you how, where and why the ingredients were sourced, they almost envisualise for you a journey of the food until it hits your palate.
This is fine dining at its best, and if you want to experience masters of their craft, this is where you go.
My hat tip to the entire staff and chef, keep up the good stuff
19/03/2025: IT WAS INCREDIBLE ✨ 10/10 cuisine with the room service which follows perfectly as well as the wines which go wonderfully with the dishes! I will come back for sure!
