22/02/2025: There is little way even a buffet for DKK 17 per 100g, it can quickly become an expensive plate.
There is not much taste in the food.
There is plenty of space inside.
In the summer there is the possibility to sit outside.
Nice fast food for the road.

16/12/2024: Top spot in Aarhus. They been around as long as I can remember and their chicken bacon on ciabatta is nice. Also I've yet to ever see a male or anyone older than 25 work here Peak feminism 💪🏽🦍
18/11/2024: I got a chicken bacon sandwich. With a whole piece of bacon, in return it was plenty of salad.

28/01/2025: My favorite brown pub. Always a good atmosphere and you always feel welcome. If 'strangers' come in from the street, they are welcomed with open arms and genuine curiosity about their journey. Nice billiard room, where there is almost always someone who wants a game. It is nice and clean and the service is perfect at the top.

04/06/2025: Vi har igen afholdt fødselsdags fest med ca 50 gæster til brunch i Den gamle stald.
Gjorde det samme for 5 år siden.
Vi har været yderst tilfredse begge gange.
Bestilling, planlægning og samarbejde fungerede upåklageligt.
Lokalet var meget fint og hyggeligt med dækkede runde borde - maden indbydende anrettet - drikkevarer ligeså.
Alt smagte godt, der var variationer til alle.
Og efterfølgende dejlige fadøl og jordbærkage med kaffe.
Vi havde tilkøbt adgang til slottet, museerne og parken - og sammen med fint vejr, gav det plads til frihed, indtryk, hygge og dejligt samvær.
Vi kan kun anbefale Den gamle stald!

05/07/2024: Disappointing. Does not comply with the opening hours, according to Google and the place itself opens every day from 11 am, however today Friday being 12:25 the place is still not open, a waste of time and fuel to get there.

21/11/2024: We will definitely come again. The service could not be better! We had tapas, it was great with a nice selection, the atmosphere is set, but there are no other guests, it's a shame, because the place definitely lives up to what they offer. Affordable cafe food, cozy atmosphere and a regular selection of draft and bottled beer.
21/10/2024: We had a birthday brunch and it was really delicious🇩🇰The staff is top notch 🥂😘

Their burgers look better, but don't know if you want to stop by again..
Hole in the plastic that was supposed to represent a tablecloth..

05/06/2025: Have been to Angel many times - both for the food and the atmosphere. Today I was somewhat of a disappointment. Ordered the classic croque monsieur, because it has always been really good!
Today I got two slices of toast bread, with something that looked like the cheap sliced cheese from Rema. It was dry and without any flavor from anything other than the mustard I got. It mostly reminded me of a regular toast that I could have made myself, with a simple salad.
I waited a bit for the waiter to come by, because I wanted to mention it to them. But after giving us the food, he completely disappeared.

10/05/2025: Biggest scammers I've experienced in a long time. On the screen, they show images of the various menus. For example, 3 pieces of sperrips, a salad and fries and a daimkage for about NOK 130
When it finally arrives, there are only 2 pieces of meat with bones the size of 2 kr 5 coins and no daimkage.
13/04/2025: Shockingly bad!
Dropped by by chance and needed to buy a few small things and got hungry at 11 o'clock when their "hot kitchen" opened.
Ordered a mince steak with peas and fries for DKK 75, I guess it couldn't go wrong.
The steak tasted like tinned meat, the fries were uncrispy and the yellow tinge, which was supposed to represent bernaise, I don't know how they had constructed it, but the lukewarm (frozen) green peas were ok.
Stay far away from this cafeteria unless you are used to this kind of thing and love it!

18/05/2025: Average sushi, and disinterested service. You have to be careful when shopping with them as they use all sorts of tricks to mislead consumers (discount schemes that require special conditions, active opt-out of newsletters with "poorly" worded descriptions, etc.).
03/05/2025: I bought sushi at SushiArt yesterday. I made it clear that I cannot tolerate gluten. The two young employees were helpful and checked a chart of allergens many times. A few of the rolls the chef made without the ingredients that contained gluten. However, I got sick before I finished the meal. It occurred to me that EVERYTHING had been prepared on the same cutting board, with the same utensils. They therefore have no control over cross-contamination, and I recommend others with allergies or celiac disease to avoid the place. I'm still sick of it today. Super boring.

31/05/2025: The cheeseburgers and tops were freezing cold and they forgot to give us our 2x carrots, extra cheese in the wrap and a straw. Just enough trifles to make it not seem random.
26/05/2025: Order two sundaes, ask for one with caramel and one with chocolate. Get two with caramel. I know it's a small thing, but still a bit annoying. Don't feel like driving back. Good style if you can compensate in some way.
