25/07/2025: Unbelievable that a place with pictures of Dirch Passer, Johnny Madsen and Kim Larsen has such incredibly bad taste in music. Have some self-respect and put on some decent music instead of Ed Sheeran and LMFAO. Three out of ten, only points due to smoking area and outdoor seating.

29/03/2025: Apart from having to pay double to drop off my jacket at the cloakroom, it's a great place. The staff is very nice and they know how to make their money.

13/03/2026: Very few ingredients on pizza, the dough was very thin and dry, the pizza was missing ingredients for which I paid extra. I was expecting more, idk why it have soo much star

19/12/2025: We ordered delivery for 7:00 PM, but the delivery time was subsequently moved to 7:15 PM. We received the entire order at 7:40 PM and arrived home shortly after (we live about five minutes away). Upon arrival, the food was only slightly warm. Some of our food was also cooked and placed on an oven, while the rest of the order was prepared. The food was fine, it was easy to eat, but nothing to shout hooray for. The service in the restaurant was generally satisfactory, although there was some confusion among the employees. It was clearly busy, and the staff apologized for the situation to all customers.

26/02/2026: Way too expensive, just paid 133 for a medium plastic box. The food is ok

15/02/2026: the food is quite good, it must be said, but the atmosphere and service leaves much to be desired, and in general today I was there, I wanted to have dinner, it was somewhere around 18:20 when I paid for my order and ate to eat but to To my great regret, literally in a few minutes I was asked to leave because they apparently close, although judging by the mode of operation and information in Google, they should have worked until 19:00. In general, I had to turn everything around and leave, I felt, to put it mildly, not very well.😏

15/08/2025: The food was superb. We ordered a variety of dishes. My Stjerneskud was truly delicious. The fish and chips for our children were a bit too much and a bit greasy. Perhaps they could swap the beer-battered cod for a plaice fillet. Otherwise, it was still very tasty. My wife really enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara. It also seemed to contain real pancetta. The boneless chicken was very well seasoned and crispy, but unfortunately a bit dry. Fortunately, there was plenty of sauce served with it. The flank steak was also really great. I don't really understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps something has changed in the kitchen, too. The service was excellent. The children were entertained with coloring pages. The only thing was that the cutlery was unfortunately forgotten, but that's overlooked. We had a lovely last evening of our vacation at Værftet Mad & Spisehus and would gladly come back.

07/11/2025: I would give 0 stars if I could. They are simply not to be relied upon. We wanted to be sure we had the rooms so we booked 6 rooms a little over a year ago. We could easily do that. When we wanted to double check that we had the rooms, they had booked them out to others. We could get two rooms instead.... not quite enough. I have not tried to stay at the hotel, so I do not know anything about the food or rooms. But judging from how unprofessional they have been from our point of view, I doubt it can be very good. I would not book anything from there again Just do yourself a favor and google who owns the place. Our experience of them fully lives up to the image you have of them when you read up on them.

07/11/2025: Unfortunately I can't recommend that. The double bed was very soft and only 140 cm wide and the room wasn't much bigger. Dark and small, and there were missing light bulbs in several of the lamps. Only the breakfast was good.

01/11/2025: The pizzas were in the oven a bit too long, but they were still edible.

16/10/2025: We got 2 pitas they were extremely soggy and almost unbaked with lots of dressing a little kebab and a little salad. We couldn't eat them. Called and told them it was our taste that was the problem. We will never do it again

02/04/2026: A real far cry from the gourmet pizza that the restaurant prides itself on. Not worth the money.

01/04/2026: The owner is actually a nice man, but has lost his grip after a long illness. The cafe is well located, with a terrace overlooking a cozy pedestrian street and the sun on its side. Unfortunately, several years of neglect, illness and age have left their mark on the cafe and the number of guests. Great potential... missing a Proactive COO to power the city's best pizza and wine cafe...

15/02/2026: Slightly dry duck in a very simple bun with spinach, cheese and pickled onions. Ok, but for 95 kroner you could expect more.

24/11/2025: It's been a year since I last tried Duck It and was disappointed, but wanted to give it another shot, which turned out to be the last time! Ordered a round of fries with duck, but AGAIN you had to look for duck on top of the fries. I think it must be Denmark's most expensive fries 😔 85 kr for a relatively small fries, and with a little "shredded" duck on top. I don't know if I should illustrate how little duck there was, but there was almost nothing. As mentioned, you should have another chance, but you won't be visiting me in the future.

27/02/2026: Edited 26 February 2026. From a strong 4* down to a 1* Have they changed ownership?? The good customer service which kept me coming back has disappeared. Such a rude person on the end of the phone. I rang and ordered for a delivery. It was taken and a rough time was given. All good. 2 mins later I get a call from the shop " we don't have mobile pay. Only cash accepted" CRUD!!! I didn't even know if we had 2kr in the house never mind the little over 200kr for our order. I went into panic and said wait let me check. My voice may have sounded stressed, cause I was. I am rummaging through a backpack for a purse to check if we had it. I am trying to explain this ,and he is stressing only cash and how much, I say put the order on hold, I will ring back and either confirm or cancel. He says it will be there in about 20 to 30. Which was half the time from the time given with the first employee. I shout " put the order on hold and I will ring back in 5 mins" because at this point I hadn't confirmed we had enough money in the house. Before I had even finished he shouted " we can't deliver to you." CLICK. I have worked in the service industry and know how to talk to people who speak with a strong accent, I know how to tell them to take it easy and get to a result. And I expect that same level of understanding. I know I have an accent and understand that I can be even more difficult to understand when I get stressed. And what delivery service doesn't have mobile pay in these times? . . I can't give a 5 star rating,but they deserve more than 4, I would happilygive it 9 out of 10. I have been a customer for roughly 3 years. I have had 2 problems in that time. One of them tonight...they ran out of chicken for the pizzas 😱😭😅 still ended up with a well prepared Hawaiian, to the time I ordered and it tasted great. The first time the problems warranted a complaint but the sort of complaint that could wait until I went in next time. I still enjoyed the food on that occasion. When I went in to complain,I left the shop happy, felt like I had been heard and understood. I can recommend talking to the owner. You may be surprised. I know I was. 😉🤣🤣

18/02/2026: Super good pizzas and fantastic service have been a customer for several years

01/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas at 17:52, due to many orders they write that it will arrive within 50-60 minutes. All good. They update it to 19:04 at the latest. At 19:16 I call and ask about my order and I am told that it is on its way and will arrive soon. At 19:38 I call again and they inform me that the order has not been made yet but will be with me within half an hour. I call again at 20:15 and here they threaten me that they will not deliver if I continue to complain. At the time of writing I still have not received my order. Therefore I CANNOT recommend the burger bob to others.

06/12/2025: 2 hours, 22 minutes and 11 calls later we got our 7 lukewarm pizzas
