25/10/2025: Disgraceful behavior from the staff that ruined an otherwise really good evening

25/10/2025: Unpleasant and harassing behavior from the bar staff. I will not come here again.

16/04/2025: There were 30 people who had booked a table in advance. We placed the orders when we arrived (the food and drinks) Felt welcome, good menu, quick order, but then the service let up. (just like last time) Had to wait 1 hour for the food, drinks we then had to wait another 15-20.

25/11/2025: Have ordered food from Kylling & Co. both yesterday and today. Yesterday we ordered Panang and a crispy chicken wrap. There was a little confusion as the wrap was supposed to be without tomato and cucumber. But the staff took the order nicely and the food was ready quite quickly. The Panang was really delicious and full of flavor. The wrap turned out to be made with falafel instead of the ordered crispy chicken. But the taste was delicious so not a big problem. In any case, I thought it tasted so good that we wanted food from there again today. Unfortunately, a bit of a different experience. Ordered 2x chicken box + side dishes (fries and overcooked potatoes) and butter sauce. The potatoes were burnt, hard and completely inedible. Both chickens were so tough that it was impossible to get the meat off the bone. But like the day before, the taste seemed top notch. The skin (which was pretty much the only thing that could be eaten) was seasoned perfectly and the butter sauce was really delicious. Chickens and potatoes went into the trash can. However, the fries and sauce were eaten with great satisfaction, along with the “emergency pizza” from the local pizzeria. I think we will dare to order food from Kylling & Co. another time. But we will probably stay away from chicken and overcooked potatoes 😆

15/11/2025: Kommer der for salaten og kyllingespyd - hvilke er rigtig gode! Resten af menukortet er som så meget andet "fastfood" ikke noget, som skiller sig ud fra mængden.

24/11/2025: The food is good but there are too many mistakes in the orders and when food has to be taken home by car, the food is not very hot after 5 minutes.

28/08/2025: The previous owners (about six months ago) made the best pizzas I've ever had in Denmark. The new owners make possibly the worst pizza in the Skive area... It's edible, but it doesn't live up to the previous owners' standards at all.

29/12/2025: Subject: Recurring problems with online ordering – Lagkagehuset Silkeborg Hello Lagkagehuset Silkeborg I am writing to draw attention to a recurring problem with your online orders, which I have gradually found very unsatisfactory. When you order and pay for goods via your online system and receive a receipt stating that the order has been completed, you naturally assume that the goods are put aside and are ready for collection. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced that when I show up at the store to pick up completely ordinary goods such as rye bread and French bread, you have not put them aside. This is not an isolated error — it has happened 5-6 times over the past year. Each time I am told that I can choose other types of bread instead. But when you have ordered certain goods, it is precisely because those are the ones you want — not a random alternative. As a customer, I experience this as: •    Lack of consistency between your online system and the store's practices •    Waste of my time •    And a very poor customer experience compared to a brand like Lagkagehuset If your system is not robust enough to ensure that online orders are actually handled correctly in the store, then it should either be improved or not offered — because the way it works now, it only creates irritation and dissatisfied customers. 18/12/2025: Hair in the food and unprofessional handling afterwards My wife and I ordered sushi from Sushi Art Viby on December 4th at 6pm from Viby Torv. We have previously been satisfied customers, which made this experience extra disappointing. During dinner, my wife discovered a hair in one of the sushi boxes. We were sitting with a group, and she therefore chose not to say anything right away so as not to ruin the appetite of the rest. However, that does not change the seriousness of the matter - hair in the food is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about hygiene. We have documentation in the form of pictures. However, we were told by the owner that you have to call before you have eaten the food to have it exchanged. During the conversation, it was also suggested several times that we might be trying to cheat ourselves out of free food. We found this to be both unpleasant and very unprofessional. Although the incident took place on December 4th, we still have not heard from the restaurant manager. The explanation was that he was busy leading up to the New Year, which we find difficult to accept when it comes to a serious complaint regarding hygiene and customer service. Based on this experience, we have decided that we will not eat at Sushi Art in the future. We have also shared the way the matter has been handled with friends, family and colleagues. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing and has left a bad impression, despite previous good experiences.

06/12/2025: So I finally got myself together to try 🍣 takeaway at Sushi Mania. It turned out to be 10 pieces. maki rolls with both crab, salmon or rice. Wasabi was good strong. The rolls were a little larger than the ones I'm used to and I was well full of 10 pieces. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be back. See my profile for more tips about Aarhus or other places

16/11/2025: Always delicious bread and interesting cakes. Maybe a little too expensive. Boring selection on Sunday morning at 8:00. No sourdough bread. Veggie rolls.

30/12/2025: Lovely restaurant. It is difficult to find the restaurant by car, and there are not many parking spaces.

31/12/2025: Review of Plantorama in Tilst As is tradition, I visited Plantorama in Tilst the day before New Year's Eve with my daughter and my two grandchildren, aged 4 and 6. Every year the children look forward to seeing and taking home the last of the beautiful Christmas decorations – it has always been a pleasant experience ❤️ For several years we have also been allowed to take discarded Christmas decorations such as balls, pine cones, etc. that had already been thrown into the bins inside the store. We have done this based on a sustainability principle and to teach the children that you can reuse and create art from things that would otherwise be thrown away. But this year we were given a clear no. Everything had to be thrown away, and we were told that this was the store's principle – and that what we had been allowed to do in previous years had been a mistake. It was both disappointing and difficult to explain to the children, who sincerely did not understand why you were not allowed to use things that had already been thrown away. In addition, I must unfortunately say that the level of service has been poor the last few times. Several young employees seemed more interested in chatting and chatting among themselves than being helpful. The tables in the café were dirty, and the overall impression was just not very inviting. All in all, a disappointing experience – especially when it is usually a nice family tradition. Next year we will go to Plantorama in Egå and hope for better service and a more welcoming experience. Even the children managed to ask the staff why they were not allowed to take what had already been thrown away and make art out of it – and that in itself may say something.

23/10/2025: Large Plamtorama, with a large selection, both plants and pets. There is an Espresso House on the second floor, perhaps the largest in Aarhus. There is also a playroom for the little ones.

26/12/2025: Too much salt in the pizza dough (and oil?).

16/12/2025: ***updated end 2025 with new owners*** They have immediately raised the prices considerably on rolls and pizzas, and we experience that there is also less filling on the pizzas. An otherwise legendary place in Silkeborg, which has now become mediocre. —————————— This must be Silkeborg's best pizza, or at least lunch pizza. Good price and even better service you get at this humble eatery. Worth a visit 🤌🏻

07/10/2025: One of the best hotel restaurants in the area. I love their beef tartar. The chicken Cesar salad is good too. The bartenders are always nice
