19/05/2025: Friendly service, but the steaks are pre-fried in a water bath and that affects the taste, more salt and stock in the water they are in should be a given, so the steaks taste good in their drive-in but for people who eat there they could be freshly fried, and the dining area could be made cozier

03/05/2025: Yes, it says it's open until 9pm, but they screw it up because if you get in a bit, you can no longer see how to cook .. it's downright bad service, so write that x time before closing time you can no longer figure out how to cook

24/05/2025: We are staying in room 430 - a lovely super room. Very large, very nice and well-maintained. The staff everywhere are very friendly and pleasant. We had a fun dish: 3 pizzas "to share" one day. We cut the pizza with special pizza scissors. Great idea and tasty as a bar dish. Super. MÆÆÆN: Another day we chose fish and chips in the bar. - the pizzas were sold out. - A Saturday?... Scandic in Horsens makes the worst fries we have EVER had. Hard and black and burnt at the ends. PHEW. When complaining to the girl at the bar we got this message: A couple of fries are dark at the ends. I will let it go on, so that it will be fixed... She has not been properly instructed in how to handle a complaint. Black and burnt is also bacon in cubes for breakfast. Watermelon has no water content. Dry as a plastic dish. The breakfast is also quite excellent. Five stars for the hotel and the staff. Thebirkes for the week with crosses and snakes. We deduct two stars for poor bar service, bar food, and burnt bacon. - This should not happen in a modern hotel. Will we come again? Yes, if you haven't gotten angry.

19/01/2025: Usually good food for the price at Jensen's, but this restaurant in Aarhus was a bad experience on a Friday at 17.30 - Virtually empty salad bar, no pepper sauce, meat filled with tendons for DKK. 675,-

19/05/2025: A delicious hamburger and a soft drink was the food. And that was eaten in a quiet tent. Where also a lot was taken away. Service and food was excellent. Only the floor was very slippery.

19/02/2025: They should change the names of their drinks as they are confusing mocktails with cocktails. I was very upset when I found out I had drunk half a drink with alcohol in it, as I have not drunk alcohol proven for several years. I even specifically stated in my order the name of my "mocktail" and confirmed that it was the one without alcohol. Fortunately, I am neither allergic nor pregnant. There was no apology and it was not possible to get the money back, after I otherwise asked very nicely and was not angry at the moment as it is human to make mistakes. Instead, I got a "beer ticket" as compensation... I unfortunately had to leave crying :'( Actually it's not my first bad experience there, before this incident I had booked a table to celebrate my birthday there, where the waiter kept trying to pressure me to drink saying I was boring for not drinking on my birthday. It must be said that all my friends drink and I therefore think it was nice to go there and into the city. :( I haven't been there since.

29/05/2025: Cool burger joint with delicious burgers. The service is attentive and responsive to customer requests. The burgers taste significantly better than those at the well-known, large burger chains. I'd definitely go back.

05/06/2025: That was the last time we ate there. Bad pizza and bad atmosphere. A poor waiter runs around trying to get around everyone but it can't be done. We saw customers leaving again because there was no service. Unfortunately the waiter had an accident at our table she dropped our drinks. Too bad for her. There were broken glass wine and beer flying all over the table and up off us. After a while she came back with a dry cloth for us to wipe ourselves with as well as a broom and dustpan. She just started quietly sweeping up some of the wet and broken glass while she was occasionally taking care of customers. No one came to help her but just stood there watching even the manager went and stood in the middle of the wine and beer to talk to another customer. It was never finished, or washed only swept, it was still wet and sticky After a while we got our food but we hadn't yet received new drinks so we had to sit and wait. A really bad experience to see how a waiter tries his best to make everyone comfortable but where other employees and maybe the boss himself just stand and watch without coming to the rescue. (Maybe not without reason that they are often looking for new staff.) but that it is us customers who have to help her it is really too bad and a shame for the poor waiter. Again I can only say that the pizza is the worst I have tasted in a long time. I had probably hoped that when we had to pay that the boss would at least have apologized for the accident but no no no hint of anything from that side. Maybe a little course in staff care could be good.

28/05/2025: It's bad when the crust is the best part of your pizza. My boyfriend and I were visiting Silkeborg on 19/5-25, and I call ahead and get confirmation that they offer a vegan pizza. My boyfriend orders a carbonara - it's absolutely delicious. I ask again and am told by the waiter that I can order pizza no. 52, so I do so. The waiter comes back with drinks; Faxe Kondi for the husband and water for me. I then get soda. I explain to the waiter that I asked for water, but he wants to discuss it, because he thinks I should also have soda. Not very professional. Fortunately, I end up getting some water. The carbonara arrives, and 5-7 minutes later my pizza arrives. It looks a bit suspicious, so I ask for the third time. The waiter obviously doesn't know that cheese made from cow's milk is not vegan. 🤦‍♀️ Furthermore, he wants to argue again, and insists that the pizza is vegan, but that the cheese is not - it is almost aggressive incompetence at this point. I insist that I can't eat the pizza, and I get relatively the same pizza back, but now without cheese. It is bread and vegetables without seasoning, so obviously tasteless. As the icing on the cake, we are allowed to pay 382 kr while the waiter is talking on the phone. If you don't serve vegan, be honest from the start. Train your staff or hire someone else - most teenagers could do a better job. A bag of vegan grated pizza topping costs around 15 kr in Netto, and can last for months - maybe it is worth investing in.

06/04/2025: We ordered and pay for 3 menus and a grill dish. We didn’t get all the food that we ordered and there was almost no meat in chicken pita. When we contacted the restaurant, they said that we did get all the food. And the amount of meat is always the same in the pita. So we would recommend eating somewhere else.

01/04/2025: Super cozy place, the only reason they didn't get 5 ***** was because the track was crooked 😅 but otherwise super cozy we got a glass of white wine and nuts/chips but no tapas. Would definitely recommend the place 😃

23/03/2025: The moment you walk through the door the vibes are immaculate. The DJ is spinning some fire all night, not a single mix misses. We spotted the rarest version of Abdi, wearing his suit because he meant business. His game was off, but the flat top was fresh to death.
