27/07/2025: Went there and they said they didn't have "the capacity to clear tables at the moment", they had no line in the bar and several tables that were abandoned with dirty glasses and stuff left behind. Me and 1 friend cleared one of those tables in 1 min while their bartenders slacked off.

16/08/2025: The worst dining experience I have ever had. There were eight of us who ordered kebab rolls, and while we were waiting we could see into the kitchen. Here we observed that the kebab was handled without gloves or washing hands, and there was a cold chicken on top of the fries. Another employee continued to prepare our food without washing his hands. The result was that 6-7 of us subsequently got stomach problems.
Added to that was a waiting time of about 45 minutes, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and would encourage others to find an alternative.
15/08/2025: We often stop here after we work nearby. The food is good, the portions are surprisingly big. The baked pizza was the size of a small bread loaf and I ate it for two days 😂 People who work there are always nice and welcoming. After reading previous reviews, I think they work on the mistakes they made, because there was nothing wrong with the food. The kebab is rolled well in paper and foil, a lot of ingredients that are fresh, enough sauce. Today we got a lot of meat in the kebab. The pizza was well baked and had a lot of toppings.

Deep pan Most promise with extra cheese, dry, boring and made with double dough that is not baked enough. Dry even with extra cheese.

10/08/2025: We ordered from here because they promised delivery within 25-35min. After 1 hour we called and were told they would be here in 20min. After 1.5h they still hadn't arrived. Called again and was told he had left now and we could get a soda, but no discount or rejection even though it took 3x the time they promised.

15/09/2025: Really bad service, and even worse food.
Sat and waited 1 hour for the food, should have been cooked through but was completely red, they wanted to make a new one, but no thanks. Really really bad food. The bowl of fries wasn't even refilled. Will never come back again. So disappointed. The clerk was completely indifferent and cold.
11/09/2025: If you are heading onto the ferry to Sweden, this hotel / restaurant is a great way to spend some time before your sailing. 5 mins walk from the port. The meals are amazing. Great service; slightly expensive, but the quality is excellent.

25/07/2025: Unbelievable that a place with pictures of Dirch Passer, Johnny Madsen and Kim Larsen has such incredibly bad taste in music. Have some self-respect and put on some decent music instead of Ed Sheeran and LMFAO.
Three out of ten, only points due to smoking area and outdoor seating.
29/03/2025: Apart from having to pay double to drop off my jacket at the cloakroom, it's a great place. The staff is very nice and they know how to make their money.

11/09/2025: Terrible service. We order sandwiches for pick up. Walk all the way down and meet a young employee who just says “is it for (my name)”. I say yes and then she says “yes, it’s cancelled, it’s sold out” and then she turns her back and starts all sorts of things.
No. It wasn’t cancelled on your part and wow what a service. No alternative solution, no apologies, nothing. Totally indifferent. Thanks for the experience - fantastic
22/08/2025: The products are good, but the service is terrible. There is a lack of management that can create consistently good service. They have just thrown a lot of young people behind the counter.
You have to draw a number, but half the time they use it and the other half they take the ones closest without using numbers.
And it is impossible to figure out when they follow their own system.
They often have a lot of people behind the counter, but they do not take advantage of that at all to get many customers through when there is a long queue, if there is someone arranging some buns they cannot leave it for 5 minutes.
I come to the cake shop less and less often, it is too frustrating.

09/07/2025: I order some food for delivery. They approve it at 2:49 PM. My food arrives at 3:30 PM.. I called them at 3:12 PM where I was told the food was on its way.. when they brought the food I was told I can't order from them again.. because I live so far away (12 minutes from town).. while he tells me this several times he drops some of my food.. which I have already paid for.. my pizza was completely wet and in no way delicious.. my fries were completely cold as if they had been out overnight.. stop being a disappointment. But don't worry I won't order from there again.
