07/11/2025: I would give 0 stars if I could. They are simply not to be relied upon. We wanted to be sure we had the rooms so we booked 6 rooms a little over a year ago. We could easily do that. When we wanted to double check that we had the rooms, they had booked them out to others. We could get two rooms instead.... not quite enough. I have not tried to stay at the hotel, so I do not know anything about the food or rooms. But judging from how unprofessional they have been from our point of view, I doubt it can be very good. I would not book anything from there again Just do yourself a favor and google who owns the place. Our experience of them fully lives up to the image you have of them when you read up on them.

07/11/2025: Unfortunately I can't recommend that. The double bed was very soft and only 140 cm wide and the room wasn't much bigger. Dark and small, and there were missing light bulbs in several of the lamps. Only the breakfast was good.

13/10/2025: Looks permanently closed. What a pity.

26/09/2025: We came at opening time at 12:00 and the toilet was dirty. Waited a long time for service from a NOT smiling man and we chose sparklers, which from the picture were two large fish fillets with fresh green asparagus and leaves. We got one fish fillet, which filled half a toast bread and there were two asparagus from a can. When I mention it to the owner, his answer is "it's not my fault" and says that the pictures at McDonald's don't match either. He was numbingly indifferent that what we got and the picture they had of the menu didn't match. We won't come again and won't recommend it to others.

28/12/2025: First I came to pay, only credit card and cash, and had to use a card, so the mobile phone could not be used. The pizza was the wrong size, the dough seemed more like bread dough, the filling did not taste of much and I have never experienced such poor service. I will never go there again. Stay away

11/11/2025: Just a simple delicious pizza at a great price. Not overcrowded. Not super greasy. But light and edible. The best pizza in Lystrup.

10/08/2025: I ordered two baked pizzas for me and my sister, they didn't taste like they were baked through unfortunately

19/07/2025: Nice staff. The food was a little less good though. Ordered a House burger where the steak was pink. And the pizzas were soft. The filling was also only at a minimum.

25/07/2025: Unbelievable that a place with pictures of Dirch Passer, Johnny Madsen and Kim Larsen has such incredibly bad taste in music. Have some self-respect and put on some decent music instead of Ed Sheeran and LMFAO. Three out of ten, only points due to smoking area and outdoor seating.

29/03/2025: Apart from having to pay double to drop off my jacket at the cloakroom, it's a great place. The staff is very nice and they know how to make their money.

24/12/2025: The first time I was there was for a lecture, with food. Extra bread, you had to wait 5 minutes for it, there was not enough boiled eggs. Then there was only herring left (unfortunately I don't eat herring). Stood at the bar for 10 minutes to order drinks, there was no staff. With that service and food, I don't know if I'll go there again

17/10/2025: Good place to shop, lots of options, good prices, quiet place, workers are nice, parking spaces are plentiful, recommend to those who have not been to IKEA

23/11/2025: Delivery A year ago it was good. Now it's boring, tasteless and my favorite pizza has been removed from the menu. Soft bottoms, chewy, unchewable crust, just a terrible experience.

16/11/2025: I ordered a kids burger without lettuce and tomato, but got it with lettuce and tomato. I also ordered 3 roll kebab + chili and garlic with extra dressing. There I got the rolls with extra extra garlic and no dressing. But it's probably also hard to concentrate when a child runs between the legs of someone behind the counter. It's not a place I would recommend!

21/08/2025: Delivers pizza over 30min late and will not compensate or take responsibility. Have experienced several times that Alanya pizza is unpredictable regarding their delivery time. We have shopped here for the last time when regular customers are treated that way.
