08/09/2025: Run-down castle hotel, very confusing communication (got 3 different prices and am sure I paid too much). Difficult to get in touch with. The room was of the expected standard, a soft but comfortable one, however disappointing that there is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower when you pay 1200kr for an overnight stay. The soap was - I would say - cheap hand soap that left the skin dry. Their customer service both by phone and by email is not far below standard. The staff was welcoming, but the food in the restaurant was an underwhelming experience with both a lack of volume and salt. Went to bed hungry, unfortunately. The breakfast was nice, but there was not enough.

04/09/2025: Ordered a beef tenderloin that was supposed to be cooked medium, after about an hour it was ready. It was cooked through. Got a new one half an hour later after the rest of the family had finished eating. It was very salty. Can't recommend the food in any way.

23/08/2025: It seemed that Jensens Bøfhus' heyday was over. Small portions of food and the salad bar was nothing to shout about, not as varied and exciting as before.

17/07/2025: Really nice Kylling & Co. It's not the best food in some places, but I eat there often anyway. The only downside is that you often have to wait a long time for your food, even if you have ordered online or over the phone and have been given a time when the food should be ready

13/07/2025: Noise in the store and staff shouting at each other. But the food is good and when you ask nicely if it can be reached within x minutes they are efficient 👍

26/07/2025: Never experienced anything like it. 5 rolls for 40 kr. An offer on top. We are 2 adults and a small child, so 5 is the right number for us. Asked for 4 rolls and a tea bun. But no no, the tea bun is not included in that offer. It is more expensive per piece than the rolls. So had to buy the tea bun next to it. Should have brought the kid, it was free. But it wasn't even a bun. It was a flatbread. I think they should go down to Galten Bagerhus. The rolls are 50 times better, for almost half the price. The tea buns are fluffy as they should be, and are included in their morning offer. Too bad they are closed during the summer holidays, but it reminds us how nice it is that they are there the rest of the year, so you don't have to go to the cake shop. Pampers and cheaters who can't tell the difference between dirt and cinnamon.

04/09/2025: Great little restaurant with a nice older gentleman who speaks a bit of German. The plaice was also very good 😋

25/08/2025: Was at the restaurant Perlen Samsø. Ordered 2 bottles of Tuborg, got them delivered unopened and without glasses, had to pay 50.00 kr per bottle. might as well buy them in Brugsen, they also deliver them with a cap on. Went in with the beers again and asked if it would be okay to pay 50.00 kr for two bottles of beer, he replied that this was a restaurant, I then asked for my money back, he seemed very angry but I got them back and with the message that we should not show up at his place again. Never experienced such a rude experience before. Never experienced being given beer with a cap on and without a glass at a restaurant. In every other restaurant you can buy a green Tuborg for 35.00 kr and then the cork is removed and there is a glass included. I was told I shouldn't come there anymore, he can be sure I'll never come there again and I'm sure the nice ladies sitting at the table next to me won't either, they had to pay 40.00 kr for a small cup of coffee. If you want to lose customers, this is the right way to do it.

12/07/2025: Viborg Pizzeria is a true gem! Their pizza is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients and perfect crusts every time. The place is always clean and nice, and the service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!"

09/07/2025: I order some food for delivery. They approve it at 2:49 PM. My food arrives at 3:30 PM.. I called them at 3:12 PM where I was told the food was on its way.. when they brought the food I was told I can't order from them again.. because I live so far away (12 minutes from town).. while he tells me this several times he drops some of my food.. which I have already paid for.. my pizza was completely wet and in no way delicious.. my fries were completely cold as if they had been out overnight.. stop being a disappointment. But don't worry I won't order from there again.

01/08/2025: Really rude staff, bad service and super boring food. The food is very dry, and incredibly tasteless. I was charged 55kr for a single dip next to a china box. Something that is free in other places or max costs 10-20kr if you order it next to it. When I of course refused to pay 55kr for a serving of sauce (I paid before I ate, so I politely said no when I was charged for what amounts to an extra small box.) Then what I assume is the manager started arguing with me because she had wasted the cardboard box by pouring the sauce in, and I didn't want to pay for it anyway. - By the way, it didn't say anywhere that it cost 55kr for dipping next to it. All in all, really unprofessional staff, and a really bad experience. I will never come back, and I won't recommend it to others.

19/07/2025: This is an easy place to get a quick meal when you are in Randers Storcenter - they have both a buffet and box-to-go. The buffet has a selection of different dishes and a salad bar, I will be honest and say that the quality of the dishes varies a lot the times I have eaten here. They have a customer toilet but it doesn't seem like they are cleaned very often.

19/08/2025: Recently the staff has been replaced, perhaps new owners. The menu is not entirely accurate, and there seems to be a bottleneck problem from the kitchen to the tables. This results in the food being served relatively lukewarm. Which was confirmed by the conversation at most of the tables. The kitchen does not seem to know what is on the menu. And the waitstaff and the chef pointed at each other when it was necessary to explain why there was such a big difference between what was served and what was advised.

16/08/2025: The worst dining experience I have ever had. There were eight of us who ordered kebab rolls, and while we were waiting we could see into the kitchen. Here we observed that the kebab was handled without gloves or washing hands, and there was a cold chicken on top of the fries. Another employee continued to prepare our food without washing his hands. The result was that 6-7 of us subsequently got stomach problems. Added to that was a waiting time of about 45 minutes, which made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and would encourage others to find an alternative.

15/08/2025: We often stop here after we work nearby. The food is good, the portions are surprisingly big. The baked pizza was the size of a small bread loaf and I ate it for two days 😂 People who work there are always nice and welcoming. After reading previous reviews, I think they work on the mistakes they made, because there was nothing wrong with the food. The kebab is rolled well in paper and foil, a lot of ingredients that are fresh, enough sauce. Today we got a lot of meat in the kebab. The pizza was well baked and had a lot of toppings.
