18/02/2026: Order a kebab plate with RICE, grilled tomatoes, peppers, etc. I get about 60g of kebab, with fries, no grilled tomatoes and 1 very small piece of red pepper. Cold kebab, bland fries that should have been rice. My little brother got a roll of kebab which is without a doubt the smallest roll of kebab I've seen anywhere in Randers. Sis used to be fantastic, with good portion sizes for the price they now give, but something has happened. No adult will be able to get enough of these portion sizes. But this is definitely the last time I'll ever order anything from here again.

23/07/2025: 60 kr (SIXTY) for 5 STALE rundstykker. If the bread was fresh and tasty, it would have been kind of ok. But charging so much for old bread that tastes like shoes should be illegal. Shame on you.

13/05/2025: Have ordered 2 cakes for delivery. I am in a wheelchair with oxygen and therefore cannot pick them up myself. I am not getting a response as to whether my order is in the house. 😩 When I try to cancel the order, I get a message to call the cake shop. Now I have “please wait” for 2 x 30 minutes! Do not recommend that anyone order from the cake shop Lilly Gyldenkildes Torv 😩

22/11/2025: Worst ramen I ever ate without getting diarrhoea. Was it really that bad? Yes: You can trust my judgment - I’m familiar with British cuisine, for example. The bowl rises like an abstract canvas, steam curling in soft strokes of umami and ambition. Its aroma drifts out, equal parts toasted seaweed and a faint whisper of regret. Never. Again. Not even for money.

02/09/2025: Well, I can't taste anything sour or anything else 😅 everything went really quickly even though others were ordering too 👌 I was completely happy, ate three bao buns and the ramen soup, very tasty 🤤

14/06/2025: The worst place to go out, very rude and discriminatory. My friend had a jacket stolen, and the security guards (apart from being drugged) only ignored the local girls because they spoke their language. Not at all recommended, and I would never set foot there again.

15/09/2025: It says they are open from 10am-10pm today, but the cafe is completely closed. It should be on the website and also outside the cafe when they will reopen. Poor service.

13/09/2025: Nice location but one of the most expensive and almost inedible burgers in many years. Overcooked meat that undoubtedly came from the freezer. Nice staff who just stood in the kitchen and talked. Didn't ask if everything was good since they didn't come by even once. They also didn't ask if you wanted more etc. No wonder the place was at most 10% occupied.

20/09/2025: Just got an order on Wolt, this is apparently what they think a pasta with meat sauce for 120 should look like. They must be going downstairs and home.

23/08/2025: Ordered two chicken sallads, they were great. Had two sparkling waters to go with that but there was some aftertaste of dishsoap, may have been the glasses weren't rinsed enough. The waitress was kind.

13/03/2026: Delivery took longer than expected. The food tasted good but seems to have given food poisoning.

12/02/2026: MISSING INGREDIENTS CRITICAL FOR ALLERGIC PEOPLE! My son ordered food for us today. I was supposed to have a pita and checked the ingredients listed as I have a food allergy. When the pita arrived it was stuffed with corn which I am allergic to. Corn is NOT listed under ingredients. Gerner's believes that it is a problem between me and Wolt, since according to them it is Wolt's fault. Here I otherwise thought that it was not Wolt who made either the menu or the food. Gerner's has now thrown the pipe at my head 2 times because they do not believe it is their responsibility. Hangry? Now I am! Never buy food there. They are rude, do not know the food laws and believe that it is both the customer's and the delivery person's fault that they do not have it.

27/09/2025: Probably not a place for me. The food was terrible. The wait to order was 20 minutes. And the food didn't taste good. No cheese in the burger, but there was burger dressing for the little bit of onion in the burger. Unpleasant combination.

13/09/2025: Went on a lunch break and only ordered a cheese burger. Went to føtex and came back and it was still not ready, so I told the guy behind the counter I would be back again. Went to matas, came back, and it was still not ready. I mentioned my lunch break was over in 5 minutes, and they started on the burger. Was standing there looking out the window when I hear the guy say "Here!, Here!" really rude, then I smile and say "tak for det", then "thank you" and all he did was scowl at me. I said thank you in two languages and the dude couldn't even fake a smile. Then I open the burger and it's the thinnest and most over cooked patty I've ever seen, with burnt bacon on top. Bad food and bad service. Avoid!

01/07/2025: Completely absurd prices. Mixed some salad and took a spoonful of the meat dishes. 110 kr!!! Asked if that could be right and if the plate was counted, but the clerk claimed it was. After me came a mother with two small children who had mixed some pasta, bread and strawberries on their plate. She was going to leave with 270 kr and they argued loudly whether it was really counted. The hot dish was cold and there was not much choice. A little watermelon, a little mushroom, a little strawberry and immediately you have too high an amount, as it weighs a lot. There should be a difference, so the price of salad is cheaper than the price of the meat dishes. All in all a really poor experience and eaten in 5 minutes.
