17/11/2024: The pizzeria opens at 5 p.m I called yesterday around 5.30pm to order a pizza and after it has rung a number of times it goes to the answering machine where the opening hours are announced... (so from 5pm to 8.30pm) so I think why is it closed? a while later an unknown mobile number calls me that I don't know, so I don't pick it up I try and call again, it rings and goes to the answering machine, so we choose to find a menu at Marco Polo in Rønde and find out what pizzas we should have there. Then the unknown mobile no. rings again, I pick it up and it's from Knebel Vig Pizza He says "you've had the call" I say "well, I was actually about to call somewhere else, we have called twice where it goes on the answering machine and it says the opening hours, so I thought you had closed" He says "we're busy but I'll call you back now" No point in saying I'm sorry or sorry so I get a little puffy and say "... uh okay ... maybe you should get someone else to pick up the phone or open something sooner" Then he raises his voice on the other end of the phone and says "So you're using my time, do you need something or something I say "don't use that tone" and hang up😡 So we ordered in Rønde even though it is 20 min. driving It's perfectly fine to be stressed and busy, but it's the CUSTOMERS you make a living from, so you talk to them nicely. I have shopped there many times, but unfortunately that doesn't happen anymore

07/08/2024: Really nice pizza, but way too salty. In addition, I felt pretty bad after the visit, so unfortunately no recommendation from here.

07/09/2024: The choux for the éclair was too bready and lacks the proper texture. But the ice cream was good.

04/08/2024: Nice place to eat ice cream and pastries. The éclair and the pistachio cheesecake were excellent!

08/11/2024: Ordered for 19:10 (several hours in advance) delivered at 20:20 - cold. Tasted ok.

31/10/2024: Good pizza and pide for the price - Especially if you order via their website

20/10/2024: Slice if you are only a little hungry, you must have more than one slice or you can take the rest home, buy a whole pizza. Slice is the same size as half a pizza but has the absolute minimum filling and is not freshly made, it is reheated it should not cost the same as freshly made.

21/09/2024: Bad service, they didn't bother bringing food out even though I was only 2 km away, bad atmosphere over the phone, rude tone.

20/10/2024: Very smiling and service minded staff.

01/11/2024: There were eight of us there. After about 25 minutes our order was taken. Three of eight drinks were missing. These were immediately reordered. After about 10 minutes, two out of three arrived. We didn't order the last one again. The appetizer and the meal for two of the four kids (chicken nuggets with fries) came quite quickly. The remaining dishes (5 pizzas) took another 20 minutes to arrive. A children's pizza was also forgotten here. We then reordered these. Unfortunately she didn't arrive until everyone else had finished eating. The timing and service was just bad. We had the impression that only one waitress really knew her way around. The others messed everything up. Apparently there was also a buffet, but that wasn't offered to us. The prices are normal for DK, but the drinks were very expensive. The three stars were only given because the food was really good. Too bad...

28/09/2024: One of the best Lagkagehusets. Very polite staff, good location and a drive trhu option.

04/09/2024: Boring vacuum potatoes that were half raw. The staff seemed stressed. Coffee with a little sweetness and a small one, the small one for the coffee came when most people had finished their coffee.

18/08/2024: D. 18/8-24. Got a Kurdish pizza with kebab, the pizza base was mediocre, the kebab tasted like something that had been frozen and last but not least, the salad was definitely not fresh. Not a place I would recommend unfortunately.

23/07/2024: Cozy and cheap pub. Karaoke on Fridays. Worth a visit.

23/11/2024: The food actually tasted good enough. But felt bad afterwards. So I will not visit the place again or order.

28/10/2024: Good pizzas - we have bought from them for the last 5 years and experience good quality - crispy base not too thick and suitable filling...

17/06/2024: Really good pizzas. Crispy bottoms and tasty filling. Extremely good and polite service.

16/06/2024: My Hawaii had almost no pineapple.... there were only 8 and it cost DKK 75 :(
