01/01/2025: Terrible customer service, came here from Herning on New Year's Eve, the clerk at the entrance wouldn't give me the code for my jacket, when I left I was told I couldn't get my jacket and it was my fault when I tried to show them, that my jacket was hanging from the edge, I was simply kicked out. I left 2000 DKK at the establishment, and went without a jacket in terrible weather, all I heard from the employees was that no one could help me. Terrible place!!!!!

30/12/2024: Their food is damn delicious. BUT! Their hygiene is poor, they only wear one glove, which is pointless when the whole other hand touches just as much of the food. Plus they touch their hair with that hand, cough into it, etc. It's a bit of a shame. Nails on the girls are also half-length, which I didn't think you were allowed to have when you were in the food business

30/03/2025: GOOD COFFEE I dropped by here MAR 2025 for a cup of coffee with my grownup daughter. As we entered the cafe no one did or said anything. So we approached the person behind the service bar. But before we got a chance to say anything another waitress approached us and asked what we wanted. We asked for a table for a cup of coffee. She politely told us to be out by an hour because of a large group booking - which was fine. She seated us and gave us menues. After a while we were still ready to order and nothing happened. So I walked to the service bar and ordered - and I guess that is how you do it here…. So why not tell us when seating us?? Anyway, the “bartender” was nice and professional and made us some good coffee that was brought to the table. So a bit of a strange experience - maybe management should shape up on procedures on receiving people - a little sign stating to seat yourself and order at the bar could do it. We did not try their food options - but they did have a nice menu. The cafe itself is quite cozy with a relaxing atmosphere.

12/01/2025: Take care. I'm in bed with food poisoning today, after a visit to café Fry in the pedestrian street last night. I got a burger with potatoes and a flat soda. Furthermore, the service we received was incredibly poor. The servants mostly resembled some flabby and lazy teenagers who would rather stand looking at their phones than look after their jobs. Can't recommend this place at all.

18/04/2025: Terrible service and teenager who has not learned how to make ice cream. Microscopic balls but at a mega overpriced price. We will not come again

14/02/2025: We had ordered a table by a window for 2, when we arrive we are told that it is first come, first served at such a table and that it was for 4 people. There were empty tables, we could see, so what do they really mean by first come, first serve? Fortunately, we got a good table at Flammen, where it is not first come, first serve....

23/03/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting Viborg Pizzaria, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. But it's the food that really steals the show - the pizzas are crispy, tasty and made with fresh ingredients that really make a difference! Their No. 19 in particular was absolutely unbeatable. Whether you want to eat there or take the food home, Viborg is a place I can highly recommend. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

15/04/2025: Piss boring pizzas. Nothing telling. Animals. The staff stood and discussed with me after they had made a mistake, had to leave with a half finished boring pizza. Will not buy again.

25/11/2024: Never have we had such oily/wet pizza. It was the first time we ordered from there and we hope we were just unlucky, but you don't really dare take the chance again. If the pizzas were not bathed in oil, the taste would probably have been good, but the oil took over everything, made them soft and wet, the pizzas and trays were shiny with oil, Ew... we were very disappointed.

03/04/2025: It took 30 min more than what they said, the food was cold. Now just go to Trøjborg instead. The girl behind the counter was inept (fair hair)

29/03/2025: Got a voucher after a wrong delivery. Used it today! Super delicious food and nice young people who served us. Mega service minded place.

14/02/2025: The food was cold, the meat dry or almost raw. So overall a poor experience. The atmosphere is tame, but the older gentleman who cut the meat was very hospitable and good/fun for the children. That's why service gets 4 stars and it's ONLY his merit.

24/12/2024: When you walk in the door expecting an American themed eatery, you are bound to be sorely disappointed. No decoration, no soul, no noteworthy service. As a customer, you become, as according to Mr. Krabbe's outlook on life perceived as money and not as a guest. No waiter checked on my table at any point. The food was ok delicious but very mediocre. Really nice salads, a little dry meat, cold/small potatoes. The veal fillet was almost rotten and smelled bad. When it was mentioned to a waiter, it was passed on to the chef, but as little was done about it as Mette Frederiksen is doing about climate change in Denmark. The bad veal fillet was left behind and so was my disappointment. There was a sign outside preaching about the lunch buffet for DKK 139, but it "no longer applied" according to a waiter (very misleading). DKK 179 too dry, spoiled meat and cold potatoes. Owsasa for a bad round! If you collected coleslaw, fries and spareribs from the buffet, you could have an okay meal, but I was generally more disappointed than a child opening woolen socks in the package on Christmas Eve. Won't be coming back. - Unengaged staff - Indifference in relation to complaint of paying customers - Too expensive compared to quality - Boring atmosphere - Half-hearted country songs on the facility - Good company 2/5

02/02/2025: There is not much atmosphere in the small room with only 3 tables with room for 4 each. The food is good. The price reasonable

04/01/2025: I won't shop with you again because I wasn't allowed to buy a coke inside you when everyone else is allowed to buy a coke it's so disrespectful I won't shop with you again
