19/08/2025: Deep pan pizza...no it's not. Won't buy there again. Very boring "deep pan" pizza Deep pan Most promise with extra cheese, dry, boring and made with double dough that is not baked enough. Dry even with extra cheese.

19/07/2025: Really good pizzas. Every time they deliver, in addition to the delivery fee (OK!), I have to pay 5 kr for a bag that my pizza can't fit in! Last time they delivered the bag. It was made of paper - which is not taxed!

07/03/2025: I ordered 5 Crispy Chicken they were completely black on the outside but raw inside and 5 hot wings I didn't get them but instead got 5 chicken tenders which were so dry that my dog didn't want to eat them the fries were completely cold there was no salt or anything on them so a meal for over 200 kr went straight into the bin

30/12/2024: Well we were very hungry and thought of ordering two sausage mix without onions and 2 cocio. Not only that they did not remove the onions as we clearly asked for. Then they charged 405kr for the meal which was soggy fries and completely soggy. We called to complain and said we thought it was outrageous to pay 405kr for something we did not eat. Well we got a rude reply “the prices have become a bit high happy new year” well what do you think? You have made a mistake.. you need to fix it.. instead they just talk around and slam it. Last time I spend any money here.

24/05/2025: I was able to get in with my wheelchair. The food was excellent, service and friendliness were top notch.. This won't be the last time we eat from here when we are in the area.

23/08/2025: We had ordered 2 bowls as so many times before. The size of the bowl obviously changes a lot from time to time. This time, however, was too bad and not something I think is worth 98 kr for this bowl. It must be said that this order even has extra meat, and minus red cabbage which I think should be supplemented with something else when you still pay full price. We tried to drive down to KC and tell about the experience where nothing was done to improve their customer service. We were told that everything was measured and weighed and there was not much they could do. This is a shame because we could clearly see the difference from the other times we have ordered, and a clear difference from the picture they themselves put up with their bowl, versus what they actually give their customers. This was unfortunately the last time I ordered from there. As a final touch, the order was also missing lime as originally described Picture 1 shows the expected bowl which is their own picture, picture 2 shows the portion that was received - the bowl received even has extra meat but minus the red cabbage

25/07/2025: Ordered food online. I think they forgot to check the extras on the order because the extra I ordered was missing. The pizzas generally lacked flavor and had a really dry and thin bottom. Would not recommend this pizzaria to others.

28/06/2025: Voldbygrillen – A fantastic experience We came in as a family with two children and were immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming people. A great first impression! I ordered a Voldby Burger without any high expectations – but was really pleasantly surprised. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the whole burger was sitting right in the cupboard. The kids got fish fillet with fries, which is now their new favorite dish. Big kudos to the staff – they really deserve positive feedback. We will definitely be back!

01/08/2025: The chicken roll I got is truly the best I've had in all of Djursland and I've tasted most of them, but my sister got a Thorsager burger where the steak was raw in the middle, so 4 stars.

04/03/2025: Me and the boys had a nice evening when we suddenly got a good idea to order from Thorsager Grill & Pizza. And that was the biggest mistake we made that night. We ordered our food with a little note for the driver to bring change as that was the only way I could pay. When the driver came 45 min later there was no change the food was cold and tasteless. 3/4 of me and my friends were dissatisfied. I ordered their steak sandwich and 80% of it was red onion and pickles. But that is the least worrying thing about this place. I worked there and it was the most unsafe I have ever felt in my life. My boss always yelled at me. Always gave me early leave as punishment if I made a mistake. (mistakes as small as opening a pizza tray too slowly even though it wasn't busy) every time I went to work I had a bad stomach feeling. Believe me, as soon as you customers leave the store, they start yelling and cursing again.

04/07/2025: The coffee is terrible, the food isn’t much better. It is not immediately apparent that you are supposed to take a number, since people que-up anyway and the number machine is small. If you don’t know to take a number, the staff won’t inform you, instead they ignore you and look right through you as if you were a ghost.

24/05/2025: Here is the updated version with this added: ⸻ My bad experience at the bakery Lagekagehuset – Grenåvej Today I was driving in my car and was hungry, so I thought I would stop by Lagekagehuset on Grenåvej. It is my local bakery and I like their food. I drove through the drive-in and ordered a loaf of bread. The employee gave me a loaf of bread that was mashed on top, wet on the bottom, and with marks as if someone had stepped on it – there were clear traces of mud. I drove back and asked her nicely to exchange it. I even made a little joke and said: “I ordered a new loaf of bread, but you gave me a used one.” Her reaction was shocking. She aggressively snatched the loaf out of my hand, didn’t say a word and slammed the window – without giving me a new loaf or explaining anything. I parked the car and went into the store. I asked for either a new loaf of bread or my money back. She suddenly started shouting, and I asked her to speak to me respectfully. Her response was to call the police and tell them that “there was a man who attacked the store” – even though she was smiling provocatively. Her colleague refunded my money via the till while she continued to complain. I went outside and waited for the police. I drove away for a bit and came back, but they still hadn’t come. So I went home and waited there. An officer showed up later, and luckily he was very kind and understanding. I told him what had happened and he told me not to contact them again – and he told them the same thing. The most disappointing thing was that the store manager decided to ban me from the store in the future – instead of looking at the security cameras and finding out that it was the employee who had acted wrongly. So my question is: Where are my rights as a customer? Why is bad behavior rewarded? Why is the employee not held accountable? There are cameras showing everything. If anyone from the store wants to contradict me, open the footage and let's see who is right. I behaved properly from start to finish - even when I was joking, it was with respect. They should actually apologize to me. This is not okay. Where is the customer service? Where is the professionalism? Where is the transparency?

24/07/2025: Ordered online fam.pizza and chicken mix. Both were cold and bland. Luckily the pizza could be heated at home in an air fryer. Zero stars from here. Bad style and taste. Buy your food elsewhere.
