02/06/2025: Private dining from Restaurant Madværket. For my 50th birthday, Christian from Madværket provided us with a tasty and well-composed men's dinner. The menu was put together based on my wishes and for my birthday I could sit back and enjoy being with my friends while the food was prepared, portioned and served. The restaurant moves into your own kitchen and as in restaurants, you don't have to worry about washing up. A great solution that can be highly recommended from here.

16/04/2025: I bought a log, it was very hard and the texture and taste was like the snoffles from Bisca.

19/07/2025: Really good pizzas. Every time they deliver, in addition to the delivery fee (OK!), I have to pay 5 kr for a bag that my pizza can't fit in! Last time they delivered the bag. It was made of paper - which is not taxed!

28/07/2025: Fantastic place with top-notch service, especially if you are served by Aarhus' best waiter, Carl, I know, who possesses waiter skills beyond anyone's expectations! He had an eye for every detail from start to finish!

04/07/2025: The coffee is terrible, the food isn’t much better. It is not immediately apparent that you are supposed to take a number, since people que-up anyway and the number machine is small. If you don’t know to take a number, the staff won’t inform you, instead they ignore you and look right through you as if you were a ghost.

24/05/2025: Here is the updated version with this added: ⸻ My bad experience at the bakery Lagekagehuset – Grenåvej Today I was driving in my car and was hungry, so I thought I would stop by Lagekagehuset on Grenåvej. It is my local bakery and I like their food. I drove through the drive-in and ordered a loaf of bread. The employee gave me a loaf of bread that was mashed on top, wet on the bottom, and with marks as if someone had stepped on it – there were clear traces of mud. I drove back and asked her nicely to exchange it. I even made a little joke and said: “I ordered a new loaf of bread, but you gave me a used one.” Her reaction was shocking. She aggressively snatched the loaf out of my hand, didn’t say a word and slammed the window – without giving me a new loaf or explaining anything. I parked the car and went into the store. I asked for either a new loaf of bread or my money back. She suddenly started shouting, and I asked her to speak to me respectfully. Her response was to call the police and tell them that “there was a man who attacked the store” – even though she was smiling provocatively. Her colleague refunded my money via the till while she continued to complain. I went outside and waited for the police. I drove away for a bit and came back, but they still hadn’t come. So I went home and waited there. An officer showed up later, and luckily he was very kind and understanding. I told him what had happened and he told me not to contact them again – and he told them the same thing. The most disappointing thing was that the store manager decided to ban me from the store in the future – instead of looking at the security cameras and finding out that it was the employee who had acted wrongly. So my question is: Where are my rights as a customer? Why is bad behavior rewarded? Why is the employee not held accountable? There are cameras showing everything. If anyone from the store wants to contradict me, open the footage and let's see who is right. I behaved properly from start to finish - even when I was joking, it was with respect. They should actually apologize to me. This is not okay. Where is the customer service? Where is the professionalism? Where is the transparency?

03/07/2025: Normally I'm really happy with the place – also the branch in Overlund, where both the atmosphere and the quality are usually top notch. This time, however, the experience was a bit... salty. Unfortunately, the chicken had been salted so much that it could have been included in a winter weather contingency plan. Unfortunately, this affected the entire salad, which had to take a sad but quick trip to the trash. Of course, it's a small cosmetic flaw – we all have our days – and it doesn't change the fact that I'll definitely come back. But a little love and a little less salt in the future would make a big difference. Otherwise, everything as usual: friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

26/04/2025: Super delicious sandwiches and rich salad bar. Friendly service.

26/05/2025: Ordered 2 pizzas in good faith. There were no toppings we asked for. And one of the pizzas was so soft that you couldn't eat it with your fingers it just ran off. Really bad experience.

23/07/2025: Big disappointment. Trampolines don't have enough spring to jump properly. Several things don't work or aren't ready to use. The Slush Ice machine isn't ready 1 hour after they open either. It cost us 725 to get in + socks. The biggest disappointment, and not worth a visit.

17/07/2025: Completely unheard of price that four people have to pay 500kr when a large part of the place neither works, is cleaned, is safe. Several trampolines lack protection in the form of defective plastic surrounds, half of the playground is closed down with chairs, there are clearly old French fries and food leftovers all over the playground and the pictures were taken 15 minutes after the land opened. The football field is broken and you can see a lot of old dust and food leftovers all over. It is simply too disgusting. And the smell from when you walk in, earthy, damp, the smell of really bad conditions. I would have understood if the price was there after; but it is far from it. This will be the last time that I will invest in visiting the place until it is at least cleaned. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Plus, maybe you should be a little more hospitable and when guests come and ask for a refund after 5 minutes in the playland, you should take it upon yourself, because it's not optimal here. It was once!

04/08/2025: Super nice service, but the food was terrible 😞 - undercooked pasta, a very strong carbonara, and then we had to pay for water we hadn't asked for. So unfortunately a place I definitely won't be coming back to

24/07/2025: Ordered online fam.pizza and chicken mix. Both were cold and bland. Luckily the pizza could be heated at home in an air fryer. Zero stars from here. Bad style and taste. Buy your food elsewhere.

22/06/2025: I bought a Pizza online not paid but reserved I wrote no tomatoes I will come and pay I will come home there Tomatoes on Yes I can take them by hand but just read the note plus I also selected no tomatoes, The food was good
