24/05/2025: Here is the updated version with this added: ⸻ My bad experience at the bakery Lagekagehuset – Grenåvej Today I was driving in my car and was hungry, so I thought I would stop by Lagekagehuset on Grenåvej. It is my local bakery and I like their food. I drove through the drive-in and ordered a loaf of bread. The employee gave me a loaf of bread that was mashed on top, wet on the bottom, and with marks as if someone had stepped on it – there were clear traces of mud. I drove back and asked her nicely to exchange it. I even made a little joke and said: “I ordered a new loaf of bread, but you gave me a used one.” Her reaction was shocking. She aggressively snatched the loaf out of my hand, didn’t say a word and slammed the window – without giving me a new loaf or explaining anything. I parked the car and went into the store. I asked for either a new loaf of bread or my money back. She suddenly started shouting, and I asked her to speak to me respectfully. Her response was to call the police and tell them that “there was a man who attacked the store” – even though she was smiling provocatively. Her colleague refunded my money via the till while she continued to complain. I went outside and waited for the police. I drove away for a bit and came back, but they still hadn’t come. So I went home and waited there. An officer showed up later, and luckily he was very kind and understanding. I told him what had happened and he told me not to contact them again – and he told them the same thing. The most disappointing thing was that the store manager decided to ban me from the store in the future – instead of looking at the security cameras and finding out that it was the employee who had acted wrongly. So my question is: Where are my rights as a customer? Why is bad behavior rewarded? Why is the employee not held accountable? There are cameras showing everything. If anyone from the store wants to contradict me, open the footage and let's see who is right. I behaved properly from start to finish - even when I was joking, it was with respect. They should actually apologize to me. This is not okay. Where is the customer service? Where is the professionalism? Where is the transparency?

25/05/2025: Sat in line in the car to order food, while we wait 3 cars come after us on the opposite side and then come before us... Where is the service and queue culture when you take people who come after others first. And then you make them aware of it because you just say. "Yes, but what can I help you with" and a stupid smile from the employee at the window...

17/05/2025: Pt. Their trampoline is broken and I often experience that there are children who enter the area with the trampoline and get hurt. Put up a permanent barrier, or close the playground. It has also been closed down so that you can no longer go on top, it's really annoying because it was usually quieter there

29/03/2025: Apart from having to pay double to drop off my jacket at the cloakroom, it's a great place. The staff is very nice and they know how to make their money.

07/02/2025: They steal your coat, have rude staff, and then make you pay for the coat. Simply don’t go, unless you want to have an argument. That said, good for an argument.

29/03/2025: I wasn't terribly impressed, stood in line way too long. Also, you can't lock the doors to the women's toilets, which I find quite problematic for such a large place with so many people.

09/03/2025: There is a good atmosphere and service, but the prices also reflect the location. For a bottle of beer for DKK 40, you have to look for a long time elsewhere, especially when you also take the entrance/wardrobe into account

31/01/2025: Really cozy place with lovely staff! We all got the four course menu (starter, double main and pancake with ice cream) and it tasted just wonderful and the portion sizes were perfect! Huge recommendation from here!!

25/01/2025: Elendig service. Vi havde bestilt bord til kl. 19, 4 dage i forvejen. Vi ankommer 5 min i 19. Vi bliver bedt om at vente 10 min. Efter 10 min var de stadig ikke klar til os, og sagde at de, at der nok ville gå yderligere 20-30 min. Det blev et pænt nej tak herfra.

07/03/2025: I ordered 5 Crispy Chicken they were completely black on the outside but raw on the inside and 5 hot wings I didn't get them but instead got 5 chicken tenders which were so dry that my dog ​​didn't want to eat them the fries were completely cold there was no salt or anything on them so a meal for over DKK 200 that went straight into the bin

30/12/2024: Well we were very hungry and thought of ordering two sausage mix without onions and 2 cocio. Not only that they did not remove the onions as we clearly asked for. Then they charged 405kr for the meal which was soggy fries and completely soggy. We called to complain and said we thought it was outrageous to pay 405kr for something we did not eat. Well we got a rude reply “the prices have become a bit high happy new year” well what do you think? You have made a mistake.. you need to fix it.. instead they just talk around and slam it. Last time I spend any money here.

13/05/2025: We were a group of people who had booked a table in advance for a specific time and it says on the website that you only pay in the evening when you book a table. They then choose that you have to pay which is fine, but suddenly it is first come first served with the times, even though we had booked well in advance for our time. We then rush to pay, but are told that we now have a table an hour earlier than the ones we had booked for. They do this with a few days' notice, when we had planned the evening to have more time and now had to change all our plans. They also refused to give us the time we had booked for

01/01/2025: Terrible customer service, came here from Herning on New Year's Eve, the clerk at the entrance wouldn't give me the code for my jacket, when I left I was told I couldn't get my jacket and it was my fault when I tried to show them, that my jacket was hanging from the edge, I was simply kicked out. I left 2000 DKK at the establishment, and went without a jacket in terrible weather, all I heard from the employees was that no one could help me. Terrible place!!!!!

01/05/2025: We buy 2 large bowls and 2 small ones and the young worker, who is all alone on an already busy day with many people in the city on 1 May (Workers' Day!) finds it difficult to keep up with the orders. She makes the large bowls with far too little food in and too little dressing in the one large bowl and in terms of portion size actually only corresponds to the contents of a small bowl, despite the fact that we pay for 2 large bowls and therefore do not get full, as when an experienced employee is at work. On a day like today with many events in the city, there should be at least 2 experienced employees at work, than to save on wages. We have otherwise been very satisfied with buying bowls from Miss Green before, but not this time and should train your new employees better in terms of sufficient quantity in small and large bowls so that there is a difference and so that the customers get what they pay for. If the portions are too uneven with too little food in them, you won't come back.

15/11/2024: Food is good. The fries are the best fries I have ever had! Don't know what they do with those fries but man I could eat an endless amount! Absolutely amazing. But they all use the same ingredients and quality of meat at the pizza places in Denmark. Nice friendly people and fast order time.

07/08/2024: Average ice cream bar, good ice cream but nothing special.

25/07/2024: Delicious ice cream, soft ice cream and milkshake. Price-performance ratio is right and the staff is friendly and speaks German.
