16/10/2026: A fantastic evening at MellemRum – DiningWeek at its best! We had the pleasure of visiting MellemRum in connection with DiningWeek, and it was an experience that deserves the warmest recommendations. From the first moment there was a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and not least a waiter who made the evening very special. The menu was put together with great creativity and attention to detail. We started with pani puri with smoked crème fraîche and tapioca, followed by salted and smoked almonds and marinated olives with parsley and lemon. Small, delicate snacks that set expectations high. The starter with crab bisque on Danish shore crabs, served with cod foam, burnt leek oil and saltwort, was a real pleasure. An elegant dish with lots of flavour and fine nuances. The main course with tuna tartare, avocado cream, marinated apples and mild ginger sauce was fresh, well-balanced and really delicious. Both flavour and composition were thought out here. The main course with roast veal and tender veal breast, cauliflower puree, marinated cauliflower in tarragon and red wine sauce was a highlight. The meat was delicious, and the side dishes played beautifully with the sauce. A dish that was both refined and full of flavor. The dessert with crème brûlée, chocolate mousse and white chocolate was the perfect end to a lovely dinner. A sweet finale that put the finishing touch. But a fantastic restaurant experience is not just about the food. Our waiter also deserves special praise. The service was welcoming, attentive and professional, and we felt really welcome. It is clear when a waiter is passionate about his work and manages to make guests feel safe and comfortable. The good service lifted the whole experience and made the evening even more memorable. All in all, a wonderful DiningWeek experience with exciting gastronomy, beautiful flavor combinations and first-class service. MellemRum manages to create a dinner where both food and people are at the center. A restaurant we can highly recommend – and which we would love to visit again!

09/09/2026: We arrived a little late in Silkeborg from Copenhagen on a Thursday evening, 5 minutes after closing time. But Bell's Mad-& Vinbar invited us in as the only ones anyway and kept the kitchen open and served incredibly delicious food and wonderful wine. Sweet people and a very cozy atmosphere. THANK YOU for that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will be happy to come back.

Many of us were sad when you sold to Lagkagehuset, which is terrible quality compared to your baked goods. So it's a huge pleasure to buy your delicious little pastries, truffle bars😋and bread from you when I'm around. And not least your service and good service! Everything about you is missed. 15/05/2026: A super cozy hangout place for the adult crowd. Regardless of whether it's a big or small party, Roxy creates a great atmosphere. The selection is large, good and the price is good - among other things, they have 4 cl of spirits in their drinks as standard, against the most common norm of 2 cl. Definitely one - no many! - worth a visit :-)
