11/12/2024: El restaurante está en el corazón de Silkeborg, muy céntrico y fácil de entrar. El restaurante es pequeño, pero muy agradable para entrar. El anfitrión era muy amable y agradable, ella recomendó tonkotsu ramen y compré el ramen y gyosa frita. ¡Estuvo delicioso! Servicio rápido y amable. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

17/02/2025: Hair in the food. We visited the restaurant on Saturday 15 February. When I was served the main course, I noticed a hair in my food and brought it to the chef's attention. Unfortunately, he chose to simply remove it with his fingers directly into my plate without offering a new portion or an apology, which I found very unhygienic and unprofessional. It would have been a nice gesture to offer some extra bread on the side as the portions are very small. But then again, it's really disgusting to have hair in the food, and the chef removes it in front of me with his fingers into my plate. All in all a disappointing experience which did not live up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this calibre.

27/02/2025: One of my absolute favorite places in Aarhus. Always a good place to come, never disappointed, only that sometimes it can be hard to find a seat, but that just shows their popularity.

05/02/2025: *update: I have been told, in the reply, that it is not my style to come back and reconsider. It usually would be. But since the answerer clearly ignores how I have been treated and at the same time again (although this time a bit 'lightly') "goes after the man", it really just proves the original point about what you think is normal behavior towards guests on the premises. * Piv unpleasant owner, him Andreas. Staff (or maybe former staff) are allowed to make personal attacks on people who may not agree that it is the best sports bar in town without otherwise saying anything bad about the place. In fact, he supports it. But when we have come here anyway, where the true meaning has to come out, it has become expensive, dark and rarely looks properly cleaned, with loads on tables etc.

16/03/2025: Hotel Villa Provence in Aarhus is a charming and atmospheric hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of the city. With plenty of good restaurants and shops just around the corner. The room was nice and cosy, and the hotel's French-inspired style provided a complete and authentic experience. Especially in the summer, the hotel will come into its own when the beautiful courtyard can be enjoyed to the fullest. The service was also welcoming and polite. A nice detail was the "newspaper" i.a. with the hotel's history. However, there are small things that can be improved. The breakfast area can feel a bit cramped and the temperature of the bath water was not always stable. The room was cold on arrival, and small practical details such as a too short cable for the kettle could be optimised. Another small thing is that not all guests like to mix drinks themselves - here it could be an advantage to point out that the staff are happy to help when they have time. All in all, Villa Provence is a wonderful experience, especially for those who value charm, personal atmosphere and good location.

02/03/2025: Great, informative museum! We learned a lot about Herning and its textile industry. There were some audios where you could listen to short interviews with different people. The information boards were limited to the most important things so that you didn't lose interest. It's good to know that all information is only available in English and Danish and not in German. But that wasn't a problem for us. We spent almost 3 hours in the museum and definitely recommend it.

22/01/2025: Great exhibitions. in beautiful historical settings the gl. Clothing factory. Here you can see why Herning-Ikast has become big cities in just a few decades - out of "nothing" Herning is today the 12th largest city in Denmark - bigger than the medieval city (and royal city) Viborg.
