05/12/2025: Well hidden little sign on the door. Open only 2 times a week. Small nice selection, excellent bread and pastries. Reasonable prices. Recommended.

03/10/2025: We've been coming here for ice cream over the past few years. Unfortunately, the quality of the ice cream has deteriorated. We ordered scoops of ice cream with GUF. They also cut back on the GUF. We were disappointed.

07/04/2026: Had to ask for cutlery twice as the buffet was empty. Several things were missing from the dessert buffet. There was a bit of trash on tables that were not being used. Food as expected and good atmosphere - but a bit poor buffet service and a bit inattentive table service.

10/04/2026: The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful, albeit a little on the smaller side. Unfortunately, the bearnaise sauce disappointed, as it tasted like a store-bought bearnaise and lacked the richness and freshness that you would expect. A good experience, but the sauce let it down.

17/04/2026: Afternoon coffee with much more than we could drink. It was incredibly delicious! Fantastic friendly service and beautiful surroundings. This is my second time here and I can especially recommend the hot cocoa. We were offered it the first time and it tasted wonderful.

30/12/2025: The smallest durum roll with kebab I've ever had. Also the "best" kebab in Herning, but the standard in Herning is already extremely low, so it's very easy to win. The roll tastes mostly of the red onions that are put in and nothing else. The homemade dressing unfortunately didn't suit the roll. The red onion simply drowns out everything else. You can only taste red onion with undertones of the mild-tasting meat. The extra chili corresponds to very mild chili strength for everyone other than Jutlanders (probably makes sense due to the location). The atmosphere is a bit special. The kebab is cut by a robotic arm. You serve yourself with an iPad. It feels a bit off. The owner is really nice though. If they were going to get more stars, they should aim for the taste and size of a durum from, for example, Vejle or Slagelse (universally good in most places in these cities). I don't understand Casper's dream rating. It must have been a previous owner back then, maybe?

02/12/2025: Disappointing experience, ordered extra of everything, in my durum, but got nothing extra, on the contrary it seemed like they had run out of EVERYTHING. Usually or always, to be super satisfied.

11/02/2026: The room is very cozy, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is good quality. There is no restaurant serving breakfast. It is delivered to the room the night before (a plate of cheese, butter, jam, cold cuts, and fruit is placed in the refrigerator), along with fresh bread, tea, coffee, and fruit juice. The road next door is very busy, especially in the morning, but for a short stay, it's not a problem. The only slightly unsettling aspect was that the location is isolated, and the bedroom door opens directly outside. This door is made of glass and closes with a simple bolt, which wasn't very reassuring. Nevertheless, I liked the place.

22/11/2025: Really cozy place, nice room/apartment. The breakfast concept is not exactly my thing, but it's a matter of taste. Super good bed and nice that you can make yourself a cup of coffee. All in all, a place I would like to return to.
