10/08/2026: We received excellent service here. The food was good and, above all, plentiful. If someone doesn't leave full after eating here, I don't know what to say. We were a large group, and they even managed to ensure everyone ate together. A solid performance for a snack bar.

29/07/2026: We chose to eat here based on the many good reviews, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations at all. We were greeted with an unfriendly and arrogant attitude from the employee who took our order. We ordered two pizzas and a portion of French fries with salt. Since the French fries were not on the menu, I asked about the price, which seemed to be an irritation. When I wanted a soda, I was charged 30 kr. for a can, even though the menu showed a soda for 20 kr. The explanation was that the employee did not bother to use the soda machine. At the same time, I had to get a glass myself because he was busy cooking. When the food arrived, we were disappointed. The kebab pizza had very little filling – there were only a few pieces of kebab – and the pizza was the same size as a children's pizza, which cost 30 kr. less. The French fries were also covered in spices, even though we had specifically ordered them with salt. When we pointed this out, we were met with a discussion that they “always” make them like this. Nowhere on the menu did it say that they were served with spice. The employee even thought that we would have to pay for a new portion without spice ourselves. Fortunately, another, much more professional colleague stepped in and resolved the situation. Overall, we experienced very poor service, an unnecessarily rude tone and a noisy environment. It is possible that the place is celebrating its 34th anniversary, but our experience was unfortunately so bad that we will not be coming back and find it difficult to understand the many positive reviews.

12/08/2026: We went in to see what they had to eat and the young girl said we should go out to a table and order but we just had to see if there was anything interesting, so we took a table and she rushed in and out and sorted things out for someone who had eaten and now needed coffee, and one had to be replaced, it was lukewarm and we just sat, after a while when she didn't show up we left.

03/08/2026: We wanted to eat at this restaurant, but it was fully booked. Then we tried to make a reservation for the next day, but the woman there didn't ask for our last name, and the woman at the cash register was very rude.

27/07/2026: The restaurant looks good at first glance, the food is delicious. But the staff is not hospitable, the plates are not cleared until they are piled high on the table. The restaurant is hot, the air conditioning does not work, we were sweating and wet. They say they have a room for children - it's just a shame. A small room with a low table stuffed with dirty Lego for toddlers, one!!! chair, all painted and worn, looks terrible, there is not even a carpet on the floor. There is nothing for a small child or an older child to do there, it is just disgusting. It seems that the restaurant works in a way so that people get out of there as quickly as possible, whether because of the bad service, the heat or disgust. And it is also very noisy, even though there is no music, the atmosphere is not festive.

16/07/2026: I've always liked going to Hantwerk, but the last time I was there, the service wasn't very good. Two waiters were running around while the other two stood around talking and looking at the long line of people. It's also a shame that the kitchen closes so early for orders. But otherwise I always give Hantwerk high stars, just the service on Saturday was just a bit disappointing.

17/07/2026: Amazing pizza, with very friendly personell, also offers other kinds of foods such as pasta and salad. For bigger groups the family pizzas are a grat choice

10/08/2026: A really nice little café! The pasta is excellent and the burger is amazing. Friendly staff, a lovely atmosphere, and very generous portion sizes. I highly recommend it!

24/07/2026: A very nice spot to get your bread. We are not used to this concept and the friendly employee gave us excellent advice. She also pointed us to a very nice place to eat our bread. The sandwiches were generously filled and tasted fantastic. So, definitely recommended!

23/07/2026: Fantastic experience at Byens Smørrebrød & Sandwich! I had a really good experience, where both the food and the service were top notch. The food was fresh, delicious and tasty, and the staff was incredibly friendly, smiling and accommodating. It is clear that they care about quality and good customer service. I can highly recommend the place to anyone who wants a delicious meal.

17/07/2026: The food was really good. Service was a little hesitant this time. It was really (unusually) important to us that the food was ready within the promised 20 minutes. Unfortunately it was later. So better give us a more accurate estimate from the start so we can decide if it's right for us this time. It can mean more than you think.

16/07/2026: We had a really good pizza, and the place had a lovely, cozy atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. The owner was incredibly service-minded and made sure we had a really good experience from start to finish. A place we can highly recommend.

08/06/2026: Always greeted with a smile and warmth. The service is good and competent. The prices are reasonable. I would describe the atmosphere as very pub-like. A definite plus for me.

21/08/2026: We ordered two of their burgers, which consisted of half a lettuce leaf, a thick slice of tomato, a steak and a bun. It wasn't exactly a delicious restaurant experience, but more like a burger you could have made at home from leftovers. We also ordered chicken popcorn, which we honestly doubted was freshly made. On the other hand, the drinks were super delicious. The icing on the cake were the lights, which hung way too low and were also very bright and annoying.

14/08/2026: Had booked a table on Constitution Day, when we arrive we are informed that the wait for food is at least an hour, but that we are welcome to wait, or go for a walk and come back. We found another place - brunch turned into lunch but it was a success. Thanks to Brasserie Marbella for a delicious lunch. Backhouse - we won't see you. Now I don't know if it's common for employees to run around and assault people. My son was lucky and escaped but had to go to the emergency room. It's a shame because I actually like Backhouse but I don't set foot in a place where an assaulter works
