23/08/2025: Everything is expensive - here too... but it's good stuff.

17/04/2025: Lousy service. Was going to pick up package 3 behind the counter. 1 served a customer in the bakery the other 2 arranged bread. 2 stood and waited to pick up packages. And the 2 then continued to prepare bread, when one was finished she went and served me, when I had received my package I wanted to buy 2 buns, she couldn't take it and called her at the bakery department.... it seems too bad to have to wait for a package when there are 2 who could dispatch 😡

04/09/2025: Large buffet with many dishes. There is also sushi and a good selection of beer and wine.

13/07/2025: A super cozy place with friendly and professional service. Can definitely be recommended for a cozy evening. The food has good taste. However, I thought it was a shame that a Cordon Bleu is fried hard, there is more flavor left if it is fried gently. In addition, the salad is as salad probably was about 40 years ago when the restaurant opened, but today you expect a salad not to be as boring as it was back then. The pizzas are quite ok

22/02/2026: Cozy wine bar with a good atmosphere. We tried the Mystery Wine concept, where we were given a glass without knowing the wine in advance and had to guess it. If you guess correctly, you don't pay for the wine. It made for a lot of funny comments at the table.

21/10/2025: Happy to walk through the door on a Thursday at 2215 (open until 2300, see website). The bar was closed! Oops! The day before (Wednesday) we came at the same time. No problems. Last call was 2245. But it must be good, right?

06/08/2025: Highly priced, but the baked goods are of excellent quality! The dough is everything. At "Det Gyldne Brød" ("The Golden Bread"), the ingredients, recipe, and technology are all just right. A clear recommendation! 👌🏻

19/07/2025: Super delicious food, we were recommended to choose a menu, and chose menu 2. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We had iced coffee for dessert, it was fantastic.

12/03/2026: One of the worst places to eat in Aarhus. Food was quite bad. The worst were the waitresses, very rude, all of them. I understand you are busy, but a smile doesn't cost money, neither does to speak nicely to your customers. Not even a thank you was said after we paid, almost like they were doing a favour to us, super ridiculous. A place I will never ever go back.

17/04/2026: What Bones was known for, namely spareribs, has become far too expensive, just as the option for all i can eat is gone. The last time I visited Bones, Jen got a "route 66" which has also become quite expensive. But on the other hand, the chicken was not cooked enough and how else could it be done, the beef tenderloin was fried in pieces. The legs were really good but the portion was far too small. Soft ice cream has also taken a step down from the quality shop so it is now some vegetable junk, which after a few minutes became quite a watery slush. I have been there for the last time....
