06/04/2026: Okay food - but really dirty everywhere. The toilets were filthy - and the restaurant had a greasy floor and just dirty in every corner 😟 you lose your appetite a bit. And no hello or anything from the staff - so no service here.

29/03/2026: We visited the restaurant on Saturday night, but simply had to leave again. ✋️There was a nasty smell in the restaurant, 🤥 a bit like a garbage room. It was not inviting to have to eat there. 👋👎 We went next door.

20/01/2026: Good pizza at a decent price. One star off for the dirty tables and the chef’s attitude. When we placed our order, we were the only customers. After that, three more people came in and were served before us, so we had to wait. When my friend asked, “Hey, where’s our food? We’ve been waiting for quite some time,” the reply was, “Well, I’m hungry too.” I didn’t know they served customers preferentially.

28/11/2025: I loved their lasagna and tiramisu so much!! I ordered for to go and waited across the street. After 10 minutes, their staff went to where I was seated and handed me over my order. Great customer service experience. Their lasagna is so meaty and cheesy. Tiramisu was my favorite, the taste was different from any other tiramisu I’ve tried. Not sure if they used Rum on it but it tasted really good ❤️ Their staff speaks in English too for non-Danish speakers. If you’re in Aarhus, their place is a must visit. :)

26/03/2026: I am very positively surprised because even though the place doesn't look like much, they are very polite and their food is all fresh, and they don't skimp on it.

21/03/2026: It actually started out well, with a delicious starter, but apart from that there are not many words of praise. We had their two-course menu, where the main course was beef. The meat was so tough that we had to give up eating it. Unfortunately, this was not discovered by the staff, as we were completely ignored by the staff from the time we got the main course until we went down and paid. We even sat for over half an hour after we had finished eating, without them taking our plates.

01/02/2026: We hadn't booked a table, but got a table, I got 2 dishes that they have as an offer, it looked delicious and tasted really good, got a beer, good service and there is really good acoustics, could easily talk without hearing what the others were talking about, a really good experience

20/01/2026: The sushi pieces are, in my opinion, far too big, and the rice was very loose. The taste was generally boring and without any special character. The starters were okay, but the shrimp on skewers were downright miserable – dry and tasteless. I also don't understand why the shell wasn't removed, which is my personal preference anyway. The seaweed salad and their ginger option were nothing to shout about either. The service was almost non-existent; we were neither asked if we knew the concept, nor if everything was satisfactory. The tablets used for ordering were also in poor condition with a smashed screen. A strange detail is that you pay 49 kr. for a large 0.5 l soda, but it is served in a glass intended for 0.6 l, which is therefore not filled to the brim. It seems unnecessarily sloppy. Furthermore, I don't understand why the place calls itself a tapas place when the only thing on the entire menu that differs from other sushi restaurants is olives.

09/09/2025: A very nice restaurant with fabulous food. I've never eaten such good durum. The homemade durum bread is fantastic. Big compliments.

10/08/2025: I tried to get some info about the menu and was charged for the very expensive buffet at 165dkk which was different than what I wanted. I was given a plate for the buffet and saw there was barely anything left and they never refilled the buffet. No cheese, no bread, basically just a couple of boring salads. At least the hummus and dips were good but for the price that was disappointing. I visited on June 14.

15/04/2026: I prefer Sunset to all sorts of other fast food restaurants if I just need something quick and easy.

05/11/2025: I don't think the previous reviews are justified. The lavish lunch buffet was incredibly delicious, with plenty of choice. Service was very friendly. Large drinks really mean large, 0.75 liters... so the higher price is acceptable.
