09/07/2025: Really bad experience We arrive at the restaurant expecting to have something on their menu, which was described as “innkeepers recommend”. To that we are told that they do not have that today??? They do have fried pork for 189,- ad libitum. They were of no use, because we did not feel like it… We order something else instead - there are 4 of us at the table, 2 of us order a starter and a main course, while the other 2 get a main course and dessert. 2 of us who order a starter ask for a shrimp cocktail. However, the waiter could not exactly promise that there would be enough shrimp for a shrimp cocktail??? They did, after she had checked with the kitchen. We would like it to be convenient, so that we get our meals at the same time. After 2 starters and 2 main courses, 2 from our party are told that they couldn't serve pancakes - because they didn't "work? 😳", because they had been closed for 1.5 weeks??? We get a little worried, because what chef can't mix up pancake batter? In addition, they couldn't serve strawberry cold soup, which one from our party would have liked instead. Well, they saved the dessert, but here our main course was still waiting: A minced steak that made our mouths absurdly dry despite the fact that we had just drunk all our beer during the wait. Potatoes that were completely soggy from being cooked for too long. On top of that, either a sauce that had separated or a tasteless oil spilled onto my plate (see picture) The onions and beets were very good though - definitely not good enough to make up for everything else that was wrong. All the while we were sitting in a room with such poor acoustics that we said “What” more than “this is simply ridiculous” (unfortunately next to a party of 12 people, and of course there is nothing to be done about that)

26/06/2025: We were here last summer (2024) and it was sooooo delicious 😋. We came here for a late breakfast and an early lunch. I had found the café online beforehand, and the reviews weren't exaggerating. The food was fantastic; I ordered Brunch No. 2 (vegan) and it was sooo delicious. We visited this café twice. The second time, the flavor was a bit off. But still, 5 stars for the food, as it's still of a very high standard. I'm just saying that's nitpicking at a high level.

27/05/2025: Bagel was dry and had very little meat in it. I definitely think it's too expensive for what you get.

09/01/2025: A red bearded boy, whose name I think is Emil. He was a bad guy, as he never came to take our drinks when they were empty. But Christoffer was a damn good DJ.

03/08/2025: Saturday night during the summer holidays was very crowded and noisy, many families with children. Everyone was having a good time, we sat in peace.

28/07/2025: Really bad experience today, and many other times. I've waited 20 minutes for the food, only to get cold fries. It's almost always something wrong or missing from the order.

20/07/2025: Cozy, quiet campsite. Fair prices.

15/07/2025: If you are into water, it is perfectly located, we only had to walk 3-500 m and we were at the water and could enjoy a dip or catch crappie Great view We only used the place itself as an overnight stay, but there was a playground, restaurant, etc. It is close to both Lemvig and Struer We thought it was an ok place and I could easily come back

29/05/2025: Half-cold burger, limp, lukewarm fries and no toilet in the cafeteria, only the one in Bruuns where it costs 5 kr. To urinate. I don't need to try that again.

02/03/2025: The food itself was great, it was freshly prepared and you could watch it. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Okay, it was full and the store is very popular. But the fact that part of the order comes to the table and the rest of the same order only a good 30 minutes later is not okay. The place was extremely cold and we ate with our jackets on. We had ordered a jug of water, which was taken from a tap at the sink where hands were washed and dishes were washed. The highlight, however, in my opinion, was that one of the women preparing the sushi wiped off the excess rice that was stuck to the knife in the trash can and then continued to use the knife without rinsing it. Very unprofessional and unsavory. Our table was pushed right next to the counter so that the person sitting opposite me was constantly exposed to the cold draft when the door opened. We felt like we were in the penalty box. We definitely won't be coming back.

23/05/2025: We had a hamburger and it was delicious. The service was pleasant.

03/05/2025: Very bad place. The food is boring and of very low quality. Service is very bad.

13/04/2025: We experienced good service and the food was delivered quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the sushi did not live up to our expectations. The rolls were loose and not very mouth-watering, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. There is room for improvement in the quality of the sushi itself.

06/03/2025: Absolutely no fizz in their soft drinks – you might as well order water. If you ask for more fizz in your soda, you just get a new soda with exactly the same amount of fizz. The food, on the other hand, is delicious!

08/06/2025: Got a kebab for 70,- and asked if I can have onion in. 10,- for a bit of onion. A bit far fetched! Kebab meat I think is the frozen style. Not sure but they took and reheat it on a hot plate stove. Dry. I know it's not fine dining but ..yeah. Inside is not that clean. Everything seems like "half finished", dust, hairs, Christmas lights still in the window.

05/07/2025: WOAH! The quality became better. I visit Aarhus 3x a year and today I felt it was the best hot chocolate I took from Normal. It tasted like a better proper hot chocolate than usual, so well done!

14/04/2025: I visited Rønde Restaurant & Pizza for the first time today. The food tasted super good – Got a pizza that was both crispy and tasty! The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the service was quick and efficient. You feel welcome immediately, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed. All in all, a really good experience, and I'm already looking forward to coming again. Highly recommended if you are in the area and want good food in nice surroundings!
