13/03/2025: Øl udvalget er ikke imponerende, men dog er der en acceptabel minimumsstandard. Lokalet har bar-sjæl midt i konceptet. Personligt håber jeg at disse irske og engelske oplever et euxit (forlader det europæiske fastland)

03/04/2025: AWESOME WINES - EXCELLENT SERVICE I dropped by for a glass of of wine in early APR 2025. The wine bar was well visited but I was able to get a table right away. A few other tables were available also. I got the menu - and it offers really some nice wine selections - as well as some good food offerings - snacks, charcuterie etc. The bar tender / wine server was real knowledgeable. Tell him what you like and he’ll find you a good glad of wine to your liking. A real pleasant visit here. Definitely a place to visit if in Herning.

09/11/2024: Service: 11/10 Food : 10/10 Wine menu : 10/10 A mixture of good food, a fantastic choice of wine and a pleasant atmosphere, among other things. because of a waiter who is friendly, committed and has an impressive amount of knowledge about wine makes it one of the most superb restaurants in Herning.

20/04/2025: Jeg besøgte Kjøbstaden med to venner, vi fik 3-retters menu med vin og portvin - hele aftenen var fremragende. Specielt må torsken med blanquette sauce fremhæves - den var helt i særklasse. Dog må bearnaise saucen til oksefilten også nævnes - den var cremet, syrlig og med masser af estragon. Men alle retter fortjener stor ros og kokken anerkendelse. Vinkortet er velvalgt med flere gode flasker i forskellige prisklasser. Betjeningen på Kjøbstaden er både kompetent og jovial. Personalet er opmærksomt og vidende, og de formår at skabe en atmosfære, hvor man som gæst føler sig værdsat og i godt selskab. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Kjøbstaden er værd at køre efter.

14/04/2025: Stemning, betjening, kvalitet, alt er i top! Vi afholdte en generalforsamling, med efterfølgende fest, for 50 mennesker. Der var styr på tingene og de unge gutter gjorde et fremragende arbejde, med at servicere os. Der var tændt op i pejsen og hygget med stearinlys, og da klokken slog fest kom der gang i disco lyset og musikken spillede! Der var en god kommunikation op til. Mads og Dennis var nogle stjerner til, at imødekomme vores ønsker! Stor anbefaling her fra!

10/09/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Zenshi Sushi and I must say it was an experience that really stands out. Something that really impressed was the freshness and quality of the sushi. It tastes incredibly fresh and the ingredients are of high quality. The creative presentation of the dishes was also a feast for the eyes. When it comes to taste, the flavors were in perfect balance. Acidity and sweetness were combined in a way that gave an authentic experience. The quality of the rice must also be emphasized; it was perfectly cooked and had just the right texture, which is important in good sushi. The menu was varied and exciting with something for every taste. In addition, the service was excellent, the staff were always friendly and welcoming and you felt really welcome from start to finish. All in all, it was a great experience that I highly recommend to any sushi lover.

21/02/2025: We spent a Sunday dinner at brunch in Restaurant Classique. A different experience that had potential for improvement. - The 2 very young girls at the entrance seemed confused. The system was rigged so that they had printed lists with names and markers to cross off. - Coffee was included in the price, but it was far from all tables where they had remembered to put a pot on the tables. - Throughout our brunch (we were there for over 2 hours) it was difficult to find an employee, because there were far too few. However, there was always someone at the entrance, but she just made the finest doodles and marker drawings on our name lists with alcohol marker. - Plates were often missing at the serving tables. But if you looked around, there was a lot of dirty crockery on the tables that they didn't collect. A cart for washing up would probably have been a good idea, even if it hadn't been pretty. - No staff came past the tables and asked about the food if we were missing anything or if we needed drinks. We had to run around ourselves and find an employee each time. - There was actually a gentleman at the next table who asked another "Is there an adult present?". We missed staff and overview. We were not particularly impressed and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others. We really hope they improve the experience, as it was very disappointing for the price. We paid DKK 712 for 2 people for brunch including drinks.
