10/06/2025: I was disappointed that they only had buns and drinks. . Had looked at the menu online. And it's sad when they have nothing but buns and drinks. Water only cost 14 kr. That gave one star.

26/10/2025: Super delicious food with few but very tasty dishes of high quality. Good atmosphere and nice surroundings. All in all a really good experience - however the price is on the high end compared to similar concepts.

13/09/2025: Exciting concept. We had a food/drinks for 2 hours. We had champagne/white wine/red wine and tap cocktail red grape with alcohol/soda/coffee/water with the book delivery soda. The starter was served, you pick the main yourself, the selection is 3 vegetables/3 garnish/3 roasts. Dessert is also something you pick yourself, othello apple pie with cream/mousse.

15/10/2025: Generally speaking, the pizza was good. This might sound strange, but there was too much topping in relation to the crust, so it was simply too much. The Margarita was good, but the others, as mentioned, had too much of each topping.

14/12/2025: When we arrived we were greeted by a grumpy lady and she apparently had time off at 3pm because at exactly that time she left even though it said someone was checking in.

03/12/2025: We had a nice weekend experience at Nilles Kro when we were visiting our daughter at Hadsten Højskole. The room was OK - clean and neat, and there was TV2 so we could watch the national team, which was a big plus! In the restaurant we had a 3-course menu on Friday and Saturday, served by friendly and service-minded staff. It was "country food", but it was well-prepared with good ingredients and tasty. The breakfast buffet was adequate, I would say - without being flashy.

14/10/2025: Would not recommend anyone to eat pizza here, didn't think it was possible to make such a bad and expensive pizza at the same time, feel cheated, the place is not clean and tidy, dusty and smells like it is not cleaned properly, got a pizza and a soda, had to take the chicken off, it looked like sausages, everything was strange about that pizza

23/12/2025: Delicious food, beautifully presented and of good quality. Absolutely fair prices. Furthermore, very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and will gladly return.

12/09/2025: A small, nice and cozy place that had good deals and a varied salad bar. The service was great, and we would choose the place again. The only thing we wanted to improve was the marked taste in the food, which we don't think can be demanded for the price. Overall, a really nice place, service and food for the price.

16/12/2025: It took an incredibly long time before we got our food. The steak was half cold and couldn't melt the butter which was frozen. We had booked a table, so the party of 10 people should have been expected.

23/11/2025: Be sure to make a reservation as there are limited seats here. The usual time given to dine at restaurants was about 3 hours but because many boat owners would come back in the evening and have meals here, the time is limited to about 1 hr 15 minutes due to the higher turnover. We eventually spent about 1.5 hours here and thankfully, the staff didn’t chase us out or anything like that 😅 One of the main reason why we came to dine at Havne Bistroen was because of the Bøfsandwich – a beef sandwich that is laden with a generous amount of gravy and topped with crisp onions and diced beetroot... 15/09/2025: Perfect for takeout. For a comfortable meal in a restaurant, you seem to be dependent on the service's mood on the day; in our case, they were rather unenthusiastic and irritating. 😵‍💫

02/12/2025: Quite excellent food for the price. Unfortunately, there was a very long wait for both drinks and food. So many customers came and picked up food from the house that the door to the street was almost more open than closed. And people standing and waiting for their take-out in a restaurant that is already very small and intimate is really a bad idea. So all in all, it will be a tame affair with over an hour's wait for 6 tacos. Unfortunately, not worth the experience.

24/09/2025: Ordered through wolt. Dunno the atmosphere so I'm just defaulting to 5/5 Food arrived barely warm but that's what we expected - we do live a fair distance away and we don't mind as much. However, the food itself was kinda bland and the meat in my meal tasted... unspiced? Like it had just been thrown into the pan without salt, pepper or spices. Just fried meat. Nice enough but not what i want in my chimichanga. Rice was decent. My fiancee ordered a burrito, which she didn't like. I'm usually one to take her word for it when she doesn't like something but she encouraged me to taste it and make sure she wasn't going crazy. ... it wasn't good. It was *very* salty but lacked other spice. She's not exactly a spice hound but this was too lacking in spice even for her. Churros and margherita were aight, tho, but not worth the cash we paid.

30/11/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a really nice cocktail bar with a great collection of cocktails. I really loved the atmosphere, and we tried a range of drinks both with and without alcohol. I was impressed with how much love and consideration went into the alcohol-free options. I had the Not a Pornstar Martini, which tasted really good with the egg white, passion fruit and the bit of sparkles that made it fun. My friends also got some delicious cocktails, both alcoholic and alcohol-free. I really like that the alcohol-free options feel like real cocktails instead of something close to lemonade. I would definitely recommend this place and will come again.

06/11/2025: We were here as a business group and it was an absolute disaster. We had to wait forever for the courses, and the food was cold when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly tasty. Neither the appetizer, nor the soup, nor the dessert were good. The tables and chairs are old. The chairs wobble and are worn out. The cocktails weren't anything special either. The dessert was at least quite tasty, hence the two stars. I've been to Aarhus for work for many years and have eaten at many local restaurants. This was by far the worst.
