27/06/2025: highly recommend for people who love bad service, rude waiters and no respect! We were passing by and wanted to stop for lunch, the waitress made it clear that we were not welcome there, she did not want to work, she pushed the menu through my hand at the table as if I was not there, we ordered two lunches and one drink because my boyfriend did not want to drink, she said that she would not serve us unless we ordered two, we can find another place if we are not satisfied, so we left because we are not satisfied with this kind of behavior

02/08/2025: Very friendly and open, with a beautiful interior and respectful service. A good vegan selection.

02/08/2025: The sandwich was big and good. The coffee was quite bitter. The staff could be a bit friendlier and more efficient. The restaurant was quite dirty (tables and seats were not clean and there was no intention from employes to clean them unless they were specifically asked to do so.) Bathroom was very clean but had too strong a smell of the heavy cleaning utensils.

22/07/2025: Super cozy place and great staff. Beautiful view and lots of good seating. They know how to make people feel comfortable. The food is super delicious and well worth the price.

09/07/2025: really nice employees, but unfortunately they are a bit stingy with their ice cream scoops. Very small ice cream scoops for the price... We paid 35 kr for a scoop in a cup and the amount of ice cream was about the size of a small tablespoon.

29/05/2025: We had ordered from a previous menu, so we got three completely random pizzas. Fortunately, the three matched our tastes almost perfectly! The pizzas were really good! Can't wait to try "my real pizza" from them! Nice place - rarely have I met such good pizza bakers. They also have stamp cards in their menu cards 👏🏻 Already visited again - and it was definitely good the second time too :) only minus is their chili, which is dry flakes. I think that's a shame.

02/05/2025: Really delicious Poke Bowl! We couldn't decide between flambéed or salmon, and they were kind enough to make us mixed ones. The employees were SO nice and we even got a lollipop on the way out. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the food, as it was so delicious that it was eaten a little too quickly. But really good portion and they put lots of fish in too! Definitely not the last time I order from here.

30/05/2025: I'm usually greeted with terrible service, and also given student bread that was thrown into a bag, which these kinds of cakes are not suitable for.

14/04/2025: Sad rolls and breakfast cake. I don't know if it says anything about the level of bake-off or of the bakery here that the 2 can be compared very easily.

21/07/2025: Their return service is expensive and cumbersome. Where other companies provide either free return service or you can buy a label for 35-40 kr, you have to buy it yourself via Postnord or GLS for over 60 kr.

19/06/2025: I had a very positive experience with this company. I had an issue with the part that is broken and I ordered it and contacted them and told them that I need it urgently. If possible please could they ship it out the same day I understand that they have a lot of orders and I was helped and they shipped it out or at least prepared it for shipping within 30 minutes and Michael sent me the tracking number and then it was shipped out that evening by GLS once GLS received it it was delivered the next day I can’t stay no more how powerful this response is. Customer service is very important in today’s day and age, considering a lot of companies have very bad reviews regarding this matter, but Berry & Bean have proven otherwise. I wish them all the success and I will be shopping with them until the future.
