Good sourdough buns and buttermilk croissant… wow it was delicious, with lots of filling and just the weight you would think you had bought a whole cinnamon stick.
The prices are by no means expensive
In fact cheaper than the bad pastries they sell in Lagkagehuset
At Rørvig Kro you have no doubt that the ingredients are the best.

16/04/2026: I got a day off from high school and my friends bought me some food, but I had no money and only leftovers. I asked if they had a microwave, but they didn't, so I sat down hungry. Then the boss came over and gave me a free build-your-own sandwich and a drink.

30/12/2025: Long wait for 2 cups of coffee. Had to wait until everyone who came in and stood in line was dispatched before the coffee was made. We were 2 seconds away from leaving without the coffee. It can't be very good for the reputation that you don't make the coffee immediately when it is ordered, but have to wait for others to get delivered even if they came after you. We won't be back.
20/12/2025: This is a beautiful small gem with a great view of the harbor and Roskilde Fjord. The coffee and food is good quality and it’s a very cozy place with a nice atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the bun with cheese and whipped butter. They have their own mini bakery. The service is friendly, efficient and quick.

I have visited Sund Sandwich in Greve several times, and I am impressed every single time! It is without a doubt one of the best places I have ever eaten. Everything from the food to the service deserves top marks.
The sandwiches are fresh, delicious and full of flavour – you can clearly feel that good ingredients are used. The bread is crispy, the vegetables are fresh, and the meat is always tender and juicy. They also have many healthy and exciting options, so there is something for everyone – both for lunch and a quick dinner.
The staff are super friendly, accommodating and fast. You always feel welcome, and they really care about you having a good experience. The shop is also nice, clean and cosy – you can either take your food with you or sit and enjoy it there.
Overall: 5 stars out of 5 – actually 10/10!
If you haven't tried Sund Sandwich in Greve yet, do it – you won't regret it!

Visiting Dyrehøj Vingaard on the stunning Røsnæs peninsula was an absolute highlight. Even though it is the country's biggest wine producer, the dedication, engagement, and warmth of the team make you feel incredibly welcome.
We were lucky enough to chat with Luca from the wine cellar, which gave us a wonderful insight into their philosophy. The portfolio here is exceptionally versatile. Two things stood out as absolute highlights for us: their fantastic Reserve wines and a superb Méthode Traditionnelle Pinot Noir sparkling wine that spent 30 months on the lees: truly world-class cool-climate craftsmanship! 🥂✨
After the tasting, we had a delicious lunch at the attached café. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and they even serve great beer if you need a quick palate cleanser. 😉
If you are anywhere in the region, do not miss this place. Fantastic crew, outstanding wines, and a beautiful estate. A clear 5-star recommendation! 🏆☀️
