06/12/2025: We came in here in a Sunday evening so much quieter than it was the night before when we passed. Kronenbourg Blanc for 80 DKK. Friendly service

22/11/2025: Came in there wanting to have a beer. There were plenty of empty chairs and tables but the waiter said there was no room. Very strange and really bad.

14/12/2025: This is a restaurant where you go for eating food and talking with your friends and family. But this was impossible because of the DJ playing way too loud music. And it was not music, not a single song was played, only dance grooves that is ok on the dance floor, but NOT on a restaurant.

13/12/2025: The pizza was amazing, probably the best one I've had in the city. The place is very cozy, and we were treated very nicely as well. Will definitely come back.

09/03/2026: Great pizza place if you are looking for something cheap but still tasty. No stone oven😔and a funky pizza choice. The employees were not the most talkative but we also arrived at the end of the shifts. -1 point for the neon lights

28/01/2026: Very simple, authentically stylish. The taste is amazing. Everything was great! The hostess probably cooked the dishes. We received Gyozo dumplings as a gift! It was very surprising and delightful.

What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. In short: Knuds Garage is not just a bar—it’s an experience. And Ulf? He’s the kind of owner every bar dreams of having. 21/10/2025: You can stop along the road at any time. I arrived at night, no one was there, and the lights were on. To register, go to the office. The door is in the photo. Ring the bell. The office is on the left, the restroom is on the right. They'll tell you to use the ramp, count from left to right, as you look at the office door after loading your documents. They didn't ask for your temperature.

17/07/2025: A normal company, I have a container loaded at 8:00, they started loading immediately.

06/11/2025: Very disappointing experience. My friend and I had ordered a “Too Good To Go” bag, which clearly stated that pick-up was at 9:25 PM. We arrived well in advance, around 9:15 PM, and waited until the agreed time. When it was 9:25 PM, we were told by the staff that we had to wait until everyone who had ordered had arrived. It wasn’t until around 9:35 PM that the door opened – and at that point all the food was almost immediately snatched away. In my opinion, if you arrive later than the agreed time, you unfortunately have to face the consequences. We arrived on time and shouldn’t be disadvantaged for that.

26/12/2025: I was part of a larger group and we all left the table hungry. The food was not freshly prepared (is our assessment) and although we all got the same, some people's dishes were lukewarm and others' dishes were refrigerator cold. A few people found hair in their food (which was pointed out). Unfortunately, it was both the first and last visit. The wait staff was nice and accommodating.

22/11/2025: If you want the game bodega experience then Den Gamle Skomager is definitely a good choice. We felt like we were stepping into 1990 with the music that suited the people who had probably also been sitting there since then. Well mixed with new young people who got too drunk and fell asleep at the table 😅. We experienced as unknown guests being really well received, except for Laila who apparently wasn't that keen on the male regulars wanting to talk to us. It was a bit more comical than uncomfortable and was completely in line with the 90s experience. We'd like to come back when the clothes have been washed of smoke and debate the difference between a Carlsberg pilsner and an Odense pilsner.

15/09/2025: The staff really work their hardest, they’re super friendly, and the food is delicious for the price. This is the place to go for lunch on campus.

08/09/2025: Delicious food! The price is also a bit spicy, but that's to be expected. There are good bench options, and it's a nice place to stop by between lessons.
