08/11/2025: Hospitality is paramount here. The hostess speaks fluent Danish, German, English, and French. Since she shares dinner and breakfast with the guests, a very welcoming atmosphere develops, and everyone quickly strikes up conversations. The small café is incredibly cozy. Dinner is freshly cooked, and everything is organic, healthy, and above all, delicious. Breakfast was also very plentiful and tasty. We will definitely be back! This is a must-visit!

30/10/2025: This was one of our most memorable experiences in Denmark. Beautiful setting, great food prepared with much love, and the most gracious and lovely hosts who accommodated our late request for dinner, which is served family-style for those staying with them or by reservation (or for stragglers like us). Very worth seeking out.

25/10/2025: We visited on the birthday night of our weekend trip of Copenhagen, and much like the city it sits in - El Goldie was simply delightful. Cocktails were fantastic, guacamole and salsa wetting the appetite before some truly awesome tacos. Beef and Shrimp were our choice, coupled with some spicy margaritas. The staff were friendly, attentive and forthcoming with suggestions. The candle in the corn cake for my birthday was a cute touch, followed by a house shot with the owner. Credit to her for what she has done with the place.

01/12/2025: They made us sit at a table with other people, asking us to move if more people arrived. It was crowded, and they forced us to order bottled water, not tap water. A shocking rudeness.

28/11/2025: Nice bar in the centre of the city. Apparently favoured by the creative set but one thing is certain- very popular. Definitely worth a visit . Friendly service. 116 kroner (£13.70 GBP) for a large Tuborg beer and a glass of Primitivo red wine so decent prices for this city.

15/09/2025: We were recommended to go to Vesterlauget on our girlfriend's trip to Aarhus. From now on, we will recommend it to everyone. Great service, cozy atmosphere, lovely food and good beer.

25/10/2025: A relatively inexpensive restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. However, you should be fluent in English, as only the chef speaks German. The food, especially the pizzas, has always been very tasty. The only downside is the ambiance: it's just a pizzeria, nothing special. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside.

22/10/2025: We were taking a lovely motorcycle ride around the Limfjord and deliberately stopped here to try the mussels. Well, what can I say... They were incredibly delicious, just like the unconventional shooting star. If you're nearby and want to eat something delicious, feel free to stop here.
