21/09/2025: The perfect Chinese restaurant! The food was delicious. The interior, lighting and atmosphere were impeccable. Not least, the service from the two ladies in the kitchen was great. <3

16/10/2025: A beautiful place with excellent food! Ribeye steak with homemade béarnaise sauce – a poem! You can see the ships moored at anchor, and especially at dusk, it's a beautiful and pleasant place to eat well and enjoy life!

13/09/2025: We chose the café over the restaurant, and it was a great experience: the fish and chips were excellent, the prawn dish (rajemad) superb, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was beautiful. Well done!

28/08/2025: A super nice place with excellent food and service. Rustic and very tasty. Honest food where thought was put into the food and wine. Some of the best we've had in a long time. A place that's a little hard to find (in a backyard) but definitely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back?

04/01/2026: Mediocre food and poor service. Fried kale was so salty it was inedible. Not the best atmosphere - white tablecloths on the tables covered with plastic placemats. For that price (250-300 per person) you should rather go to other similar restaurants in Aarhus.

15/02/2026: Budget hotel for business or traveling people. It is far from the center, but with convenient transportation to get there. The rooms are clean and warm, with minimal furnishings. Worn and cold corridors. The food in the restaurant is very good! Responsive staff.

16/12/2025: My wife and I visited the place towards Christmas. It was busy and there were many guests, but we still got fast, friendly and service-minded service. We ordered 2 lovely pieces of open sandwiches each. Fish fillet: Well fried, good breading.... the remoulade a little too coarse but tasted excellent. Pork roast: Good juicy and with all the right accessories. My wife chose risalamande for dessert, and unfortunately it was a sad affair. Far too few almonds and the cherry sauce was cold! Choose another dessert and have a good experience.

21/02/2026: Was there for their Chinese New Year event so it was of course full of people, which also meant that everything was missing all the time, but they were quick to fill up, the guests were just quicker to empty. The staff were of course super stressed and they should have had 4 more, waited 20 minutes for drinks. The food is what you would expect from a better Chinese buffet, most of it comes in the wishing well, their Chinese dishes had a nice taste, but very mild. Feels a bit like there was a lack of green selection for their Mongolian bbq. There was also supposed to be a raffle you could participate in, we weren't allowed to, I don't know why but disappointing. This doesn't affect my overall rating.

25/10/2025: Best vegetarian brunch and last time I also got something delicious. Fresh, good ingredients and great service. I had my mother with me who uses a walker and they were so helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended 🥰

23/10/2025: The relatively small portions lacked flavor to such an extent - a boring and therefore expensive experience. We had both the dish of the day, a vegetarian dish and dessert.

27/09/2025: Costa Smeralda – a hidden gem in the backyard Costa Smeralda is a really cozy pizzeria, tucked away in a small backyard, where the atmosphere immediately makes you feel welcome. The pizzas are authentic and made in the classic Italian way in a real stone oven, which gives them a crispy bottom and lots of flavor. The ingredients taste fresh and honest, and you can feel that there is love behind each pizza. A perfect place if you want to experience a real Italian atmosphere and a really good pizza experience

15/11/2025: Maybe ok for locals who like that type of thing but I really did not enjoy it. Wine selection zero, pretty much one of each colour. Plus you have to wait 15 mins in a queue for the toilet!!

09/11/2025: This is a great restaurant with good beer. During the summer months it is perfect to sit down on the excellent outdoor seating and enjoy one of the house's excellent beers. The selection of draft beers is varied and good. On a hot summer day an Erdinger Weißbier is just perfect. Sørens is definitely worth a stop on your trip to Copenhagen.

22/10/2025: The food was average, the staff was very angry, the atmosphere was sad, they could do with smiling at the guests a little, after all, they are the ones who pay their salaries

07/11/2025: I have to revise the previous review that I leave anyway below. Good pizza, but shockingly rude service I went there tonight with a friend. We arrived at 7:55 PM, placed our order, paid, and were told we could sit down, but that the restaurant would close at 8:30 PM. Our pizzas arrived (a bit burnt on the bottom, but tasty overall). At 8:27 PM, while we were eating the very last slice, the waitress came over and told us we had to leave. We said we just needed two more minutes to finish, but she handed us a takeaway box and literally kicked us out, so we ended up finishing our pizza outside on the street. I understand if they wanted to close early (maybe because of J-dag), but you don’t throw customers out with a slice of pizza still on their plate. The pizzas are good, but with service this rude and unprofessional, I’ll never go back. ⸻ The five stars for the food are for the “antico napoli” pizza (it should be anticA Napoli). The other “danish” style pizza I have no idea. We have been there on a Friday night, rainy, with lots of people waiting for their to go pizza and some wolts. It was hectic so our pizza was delayed but we got a free dessert and the waitress was so kind. That means: it’s 100%worth the visit, avoid rush-hours and enjoy one of the more authentic pizza
