19/08/2026: Yes, but it was especially two very sweet young girls, I think their names were Mia and Caroline, they were just so smiling and you could just tell that they wanted to be at work and the food was fantastic.

10/09/2026: We were greeted at the door by the chef. Marco was incredible at serving and explaining the 6 course meal. Food was exquisitely curated in a perfect sequence. We asked about the aged garlic/lemon gel for the duroc and chef came up to explain. Not only that, he gave us a container with that sauce on our way out! Incredible experience!!

11/07/2026: Cozy basement restaurant. The benches are not the most comfortable. The food was delicious. Main course and dessert clearly preferable to the appetizers. Grilled lobster tails with delicious bisque. A little too spicy with its curry notes for me and a little too low acidity. The veal sprat was unfortunately not a hit. The sauce was amazing, but the sprats were not that meaty and consisted primarily of breading. The monkfish tail was a nice little dish, but not the wild flavor profile. The main courses The North Sea cod was amazing. The whole dish beautifully put together and with perfect sauce and vegetables. The veal tenderloin tasted wonderful and the sauce and vegetables were also delicious. The rhubarb strawberry dessert was completely outstanding. Was stuffed, but it's been a long time since I've had something so fantastic and incredibly well-harmonized

27/08/2026: A real find in the middle of the tourist area (where everything is usually expensive and mediocre). A charming place with typical Danish cuisine, an atmosphere frequented by locals and very reasonable prices for the location. Although the portions are a bit small, everything is exquisite and the service is very friendly. It is advisable to book, but it is easily done from their website. Ideal option if you get hungry in the Nyhavn area or near the Royal Palace!

16/08/2026: An absolutely unforgettable experience! It’s incredible to see how seamlessly the kitchen and front of house flow together, truly a deeply personable dining experience without compromise. Knockout dish after knockout dish. Our server Adrian was just lovely and an absolute charmer with deep seated knowledge about wine. A rare combo to find indeed. The chef presenting nearly all of our dishes gave Adrian a run for his money in terms of loveliness. The room itself is also a charmer in it’s own right. Cozy without being kitsch, elegant without the bourgeois. Kudos to all the team at Kadeau! Head chef Leo’s incredible management, the detailed work of the kitchen staff, the friendliness in the air. We left with our bellies full and heads spinning with flavour!

31/08/2026: Best pastries in Copenhagen! Their cardamom buns are legendary. Everything is freshly baked and made with love. There can be a long queue on the weekend but it goes quickly. The prices are on the high end but the quality is impeccable. A must for pastry lovers!

26/07/2026: Lovely and authentic food. We were 6 people tonight and shared 4 appetizers, 5 main courses and 4 desserts. We did everything as a "table sharing" and honestly, every single dish was so tasty. Do book in advance as the place is quite small. Outside tables are available also. Situated in a quiet street with plenty of atmosphere.

24/09/2025: Absolute gem of a restaurant! It’s a set menu but they do surprise you with some extra courses. The potato was the best thing ever. Overall really enjoyed the menu, unique flavours and textures. Highly recommend making a booking and stopping by. Perfect for a moody date night

22/09/2025: We had a great time at Høst, it’s clearly a very busy place and due to that it is very systematic and quick service, each course arrived very quickly after another. Maybe even too quickly but it suited us well. We had the 3 course menu and bottle of Albariño wine that was both nice. Few surprise courses came during the meal.

13/08/2026: I have often come to their coffee shop at Sydhavnen in Aarhus. It is a lovely place. I have always experienced good, efficient and fast service - even with many guests or a small queue. The buns taste good, are not too sour, and there is always a delicious selection of sweet pastries. This time I was also looking for decaffeinated coffee, and they had that, so I got a decaffeinated iced latte. Super good experience, and I definitely recommend everyone to stop by here

12/08/2026: Perfect spot for a quiet and classic Danish breakfast. I had a sourdough roll with butter, cheese, and jam, along with a cappuccino made with oat milk. The staff was incredibly friendly, and ordering in English was no problem at all. This place is definitely worth the hype!
