05/06/2026: The best experience ever. Our service for the evening, a big smile all through the evening at our and other tables. Always time to answer a question about the food, the restaurant, the staff, the thoughts and what they've been building up through the last 5 years. The food was exquisite, perfectly balanced and a real joy. The view also adds to feeling of calmness and the possibility to just relax and enjoy. This restaurant is on the top of my list to revisit, not only once, but hopefully once a year.

13/09/2026: I loved this meal more than I can convey so please excuse the fact that my description can’t possibly encompass it. My husband and I travel often specifically to eat good food and sometimes I wonder if we’ve reached the top most limits of deliciousness in our travels. Our dinner at Jordnær helped remind me that there will always be gems of deliciousness around the world to get excited by. The space is stunning and incredibly elegant with a team that’s professional to complement it. It’s so beautiful and the evening feels special as soon as you walk in. I was only the slightest bit worried that there would be some instances of style of substance with the space and dishes being so beautiful (as can sometimes be the case) but there is no risk of that here. The food is unparalleled and easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I won’t break down each dish, especially since it changes of course, but I will just say that everything was scrumptious (unsure if I’ve ever even used that word in earnest before), there were flavor combinations that you’ll never have again and that will unlock something within you, you can tell just how much thought and cleverness went behind the construction of each dish, and of course the quality of ingredients was unbelievable. This meal could be served in an alley on a shady street and it would still be one of my favorite meals from flavor alone. The service was also not stuffy and it’s clear they want you to be comfortable (the music showcases that as well). I felt like we were all in it together. Even with a few very minor hiccups (I almost received a dish that was meant for my husband but they remedied it immediately and were very apologetic), you can’t help but feel totally enchanted here. Meeting Tina and Chef Eric was also a highlight of our evening and our whole trip. They’re just honestly so cool and wonderful to talk to. I will always remember this meal and I cannot wait to go back someday! It’s worth every penny (unless you don’t want to have to dream incessantly about it and miss it until you get to go back at some point).

22/10/2026: Absolutely some of the best pizzas you can get in Denmark, and without a doubt the best for the price which is really fair. In addition to this, both the service and the atmosphere are also top notch. Can definitely be recommended to anyone who comes by.

10/09/2026: We were greeted at the door by the chef. Marco was incredible at serving and explaining the 6 course meal. Food was exquisitely curated in a perfect sequence. We asked about the aged garlic/lemon gel for the duroc and chef came up to explain. Not only that, he gave us a container with that sauce on our way out! Incredible experience!!

10/10/2026: The food is truly excellent, both in taste and quality. There are only a few, very good dishes to choose from, which makes deciding easy. The only downside is that the basement dining area feels a bit like a student apartment. The prices are very, very reasonable for Copenhagen. We especially loved the 1.5-liter soft drink for 40 DKK. You simply pay when you leave. Overall, we found it very good value for money. We highly recommend it.

05/11/2026: I love visiting Told&Snaps (I do it too rarely), their smørrebrød is top class and served quickly, but with style and elegance. If you're into fried herring, then it's an absolute "must try" here, it doesn't get much better. The service is also always top notch! See you again soon.

25/10/2026: Told & Snaps delivers a perfect dining experience wrapped in a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. The physical space is quite small, but this translates into an incredibly cozy environment rather than feeling cramped. The wonderful decoration adds a welcoming, traditional charm to the room that makes you want to settle in and truly enjoy the meal. The kitchen execution is absolutely flawless. Every element of the food is perfect, with the seafood being a particular standout. The shrimps are exceptionally fresh, sweet, and prepared with genuine care, making them a must-order. The only real drawback is the highly restrictive operating schedule. It is a genuine shame that the restaurant closes so early, and visitors need to be aware that the kitchen stops taking orders entirely at 4:00 PM. This means it is strictly a lunch or mid-afternoon destination. As long as you plan your visit around these early daytime hours, this is an outstanding place to eat and highly recommended.
