16/12/2025: I had oysters, steamed shrimp, steak, and eggplant, all accompanied by wine. Everything was delicious. It was a Tuesday, but the place was packed, and the staff were friendly despite their busy schedule. I appreciated the restaurant's thoughtfulness, even changing my steak order when I made a mistake. It's a bit outside of downtown Copenhagen, but I highly recommend it as a local favorite in Copenhagen!

23/09/2025: Super good food, been here three times now and it's always just as good! The fresh spring rolls are a must 😍 The staff are great and speak both English and Swedish Fast service, but sometimes you have to book a table because it's often full

12/12/2025: The place is anonymous from the outside, but when you step inside it is super cozy, and almost like eating in a wine shop in the good and cozy way. The food is excellent, no fancy food here, it is rustic and tasty like mama would make it. The menu changes from day to day, so there is no excuse not to come back again and again. The waiters are Italian and we had an excellent chemistry with them, and we ended up sitting and enjoying ourselves for 4 hours, also because when you order their wine menu, they leave the bottles on the table, so you can take more yourself, without extra charge.. and since we have previously worked in the restaurant industry and love to talk wine, they brought new/extra bottles for us to taste, again without extra charge. This is one of Copenhagen's best Italian restaurants and you get extremely high quality, taste and coziness for the money. See you again!

23/09/2025: Having lived abroad for over three decades this place reminds me of an American diner. Basic goodness and milieu and food served with pride: I had the fish and I can’t wait to return. A limited menu - and do make reservations bc the chef honors the reservations in and that those customers are guaranteed a full choice from the menu. The place gives you the feeling of a home cooked dinner. I enjoyed the wines as well.

04/09/2025: It's not so often we get such friendly and warm staff at a restaurant. Menu is short, which is the best sign of freshness according to me. Veggie burger is astonishing with fresh vegetables and the best veggie patty I've tasted to far. I would come back regularly if I lived here :-)

04/03/2026: We had booked a table for 5pm. They couldn't find our reservation. But they had a table we could borrow for 6:30pm. The female waitress was very apologetic. She was the reason we didn't go again. The food was, as usual, super good.

26/02/2026: Best danish dishes ever 👍 visited the restaurant based on hotel recommendation. Was wowed by the dishes we had. Certainly recommend tourist that dropped by Aarhus to visit this restaurant for good Danish dish. The staffs were very attentive.

18/09/2025: This café has truly beautiful candles and decorative items, and you can also buy clothes here, but the prices are quite high! Nevertheless, it's definitely worth a visit.

16/09/2025: I've been going here for many years. I buy candles or make my own. You can always find something nice to take home in the shop. Then I can enjoy a cake in the café and relax.

31/01/2026: Super good service and super delicious food. I loved their vegetarian plank, it was a good imitation of meat and their mashed potatoes were lovely and fluffy. The salad bar had a large selection of greens and mixed goodies. It was a bit on the expensive side (300kr for a steak), but it is definitely recommended for a special occasion.

17/09/2025: What a place! Hidden behind a row of shops is Lydolph's Ice Cream Bar. We enjoyed the best ice cream here in years. The elderly owner was really friendly and gave us good advice, which was necessary given the sometimes quite large portions. Great ice cream and soft serve. We hope to return soon.
