23/08/2025: Le Pave es excelente. Hemos cenado aquí a menudo a lo largo de los años. La comida siempre es excelente. Prueba los mejillones. Buen vino, también. Comer puede ser por dentro o por fuera. La cena afuera se encuentra en la histórica y pintoresca Plaza Greyfriars. No solo hemos tenido muchas cenas aquí, también es agradable parar a tomar un aperitivo por la tarde y beber para refrescarse después de un día de gira. Los propietarios de marido y mujer son increíblemente amable y hospitalario. ¡Incluso puedes saludar a Apollo, su lindo perrito!

16/08/2025: Fantastically good food and service! We had the 3-course set menu consisting of tuna carpaccio, beef fillet and for dessert pavlova. All dishes with very nice side dishes. Highly recommended!

25/09/2025: Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch with my brothers at the restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were "second to none" This will definitely be our go-to place when we are in North Jutland. Try it!

11/08/2025: A welcoming, family-friendly place in one of Denmark's most charming villages. A few dishes, carefully prepared and served: a couple of meat options and a couple of fish options, always accompanied by generous side dishes and tasty sauces. The vegetarian risotto was a pleasant surprise: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The desserts aren't unforgettable, the wine list is decent, and the price is more than fair. Recommended.

20/08/2025: A must try This is a top quality restaurant in every way. Highly recommend taking one of their wine tastings before you embark on a 3 course or ala'carte meal. Also look out for their student dinners, but be quick and book a table

02/10/2025: Tourist trap restaurant!!!! It used to be a delicious restaurant where you went when you wanted a gourmet experience. That's why we went there to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. But this was almost a disaster. Everything was bad. The service couldn't remember what the food was, they stood chatting up at the bar, where we had to go up 3 times to get more water. It took 55 minutes before the starter was served. Which was the worst starter I've ever tasted. A thin slice of cucumber with 2 flat-boiled scallops. Then we got their Ox Teres Major, which none of us could stomach.. The toughest piece of meat I've ever had in a restaurant. I don't understand how you can serve such bad food in a restaurant. Their toilet conditions were so dirty, there was water and paper everywhere on the floor and in the sink.. The water in the men's toilet didn't work and the staff were pretty indifferent. The door to their back porch was open most of the evening, when it was really drafty, so we had to sit with our jackets on. Complete bad place... Regards Malene

20/09/2025: The bread and pastries are good, but the whole concept and service are a real problem. It’s supposed to be self-service, but there’s no way to know that at first. Once you figure it out, you pick your items, pay at the screen, only to be told at the counter that the cookies you just bought—despite seeing dozens of them on the shelf at the entrance—are actually ‘reserved.’ After some discussion, it turns out they’re not reserved at all, but simply set aside to be sold the next day. Absolutely absurd. We were offered a refund… in cash (which is hardly useful for a tourist in Denmark). The staff didn’t even seem to realize how ridiculous the situation was.

19/09/2025: Great pastries, love their croissants is my weekend go-to bakery at this point. We go at least once a week.

The place not only delivers delicious food, but also an entire experience that takes you directly to the heart of Mexico. Taco Bello offers authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and an atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else. Every bite is filled with love and warm spices, and it's all served with a smile. It's not just good, it's truly an experience of a lifetime. You really get the feeling of being in Mexico, both through the food, the music and the colorful interior. It's a place that comes highly recommended, regardless of whether you're a taco lover or just looking for something new and exciting. 😍

06/08/2025: There is a lot of talk about AUTHENTICITY… At Hindsgavl this is delivered: the feeling of a manor house, service to the UG with crosses and snakes like a real gentleman, no strange new-fashioned inventions with gimmicks - on the other hand, "From the field to the table" is lived up to, whether it is the beautiful flower decorations everywhere or the menus of the day, where the extremely well-tended herb garden provides a considerable supplement. The attempt to find just a little swindle has NOT been successful……. Huge praise and thanks to everyone!

12/09/2025: Roast beef with side dishes for 229,- did not disappoint as usual. That and the always super service-minded service deserve 5 ⭐️. BUT 34,- kr per person for tap water even though we bought other drinks is NOT OK. Fair enough with payment for water if the customer does not buy drinks - but absolutely not otherwise 🙄

02/09/2025: I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review oft he restaurant Riva Bistro & Bar at the marina of Rungsted, Denmark. This restaurant is located right by a beautiful marina, and I highly recommend not only eating here but also taking the time to stroll along the docks, enjoy the views, and admire the boats. There’s also a beach on the opposite side of the marina, which makes the setting even more special. The service stood out – we asked if one person from our group could sit on the terrace for just a coffee while the rest of us went for a short walk before coming back for dinner. The waiter immediately agreed and kindly set everything up. Later, I had a lemon tartlet, which was nicely done – nothing overly sophisticated, but tasty and enjoyable. With its welcoming service, pleasant cuisine, and truly stunning setting, this is one of the restaurants around the marina that I can warmly recommend.

21/09/2025: Great, authentic Italian pizza. Owner was super nice, had a couple of different Italian beers to pair with the pizza. Definitely recommended. Beer and pizza, decent size, less than 110dkk. I’d tell you to get the “Molino” pizza. Will ong come back.

23/09/2025: Super good food, been here three times now and it's always just as good! The fresh spring rolls are a must 😍 The staff are great and speak both English and Swedish Fast service, but sometimes you have to book a table because it's often full

07/08/2025: Recommended to us by friends, we ended up coming here four times within the few days we were staying nearby. Each time, we ordered the pork sandwich (flækesteg); both the regular and large (smor) sizes were amazing. This was one of our favourite places to have the fried pork sandwich. Also, definitely the cheapest meal out we had!

18/09/2025: The bread rolls and højsnegle (sandwich bread) are highly recommended. I cycled there every morning from the campsite because the food was so delicious and fresh.
