09/11/2025: The location in Valby is very welcoming, including the staff. The food is also great, my only problem is the price, which is a bit more expensive that most burger joints, and, in my opinion, unnecessary and unjustified Probably not the first time they hear this: would be nice if a menu combo would be available

08/11/2025: Good burgers, nice atmosphere and friendly and helpful service.

06/11/2025: Lunch at Turesen, never again. Fish plate with white herring, crispy fried fish fillet that was delicious and a piece of gravad salmon. Warm dish was a tartelette and a piece of boiled ham, the one we buy in Lidl for 20, with a fried egg. Then a cookie from a can and a couple of chocolate buttons without coffee, no cheese. Never again.

20/09/2025: Fine ingredients except for rye bread. It looked like Schulstad's bagel bread - not much homemade there. Fine beer menu for my taste 🍻

26/12/2025: I was at the restaurant in question with my son at 8:00 PM today, and we had fond memories from two years ago! This time, however, it was a disaster. It started with the bartender throwing the coaster off my glass because he couldn't reach the spot where he wanted to put the drink. As a restaurant manager, that would be a clear warning! Then came the steak fritters, which we ordered medium-rare, but they arrived completely bloody. They did give us a complimentary drink to compensate. My duck was oversalted and arrived without cutlery, so I had to wait five minutes until some waiter finally came, whom I then had to ask to give me cutlery before I had to eat the dish with my hands. To top it all off, I waited 20 minutes for the tart dessert, which was included in the set menu. Only after the waitress asked if everything was alright did I tell her I was still waiting for my dessert… I feel sorry for the server who had to deal with the whole mess, even though it wasn't her fault! She tried her best to rectify the mistakes. Ultimately, it was really disappointing, even though we remembered it being so good. What a shame.

25/01/2026: Bought a plank steak, the steak tasted and smelled like old meat. Ate 1 piece and threw the rest out. Got a stomach ache today. Leave it to me.

09/10/2025: The taste is disappointing for the price, but the portions are generous and the service is decent. Be aware that there is a tipping ratio based on the total price.

23/09/2025: Lovely atmosphere. Service a touch slow but the food was prepared quickly. The cider was great and there were several creative non alcoholic cocktail options. We went for a la carte and got the Pithivier au Flétan to share which was very filling (completely understand why it is to share). It was prepared very well - the halibut was butter smooth and the pastry was delicious.

20/10/2025: Went here for dining week. It's sad to see a restaurant use it for a cash grab instead of highlighting their best to make people want to come back. The starter was nice, just like tapas should be. Overcooking a veal steak is really telling of the level here. 1000dkk for 2 people, I left disappointed.

01/12/2025: Unfortunately only 2 stars. The cheesecake looked delicious and inviting, but the jelly and cheese had too much galatine/house foam added. Skip the whipped cream as a garnish, it changes color and flavor when it's in the fridge for too long. My latte with extra spot was boring and tasteless. It was just hot milk added, rather than hot milk foam. But a cozy cafe with friendly service, even though it was 20 min. before closing time. 😊 Ps. The cafe uses real mugs/cups, but I asked for my latte in a to go cup. 😉

26/10/2025: The two young employees didn't seem to be in the mood to work. After our orders were taken, many guests were waiting for their orders to be taken. Some left because there was no one at the front counter.

24/10/2025: Very cozy and comfortable place to sit down and relax. Coffee is OK (I don't expect much from the chain coffee shop), food is OK as well. Staff very friendly.

15/11/2025: We had cappuccino, homemade carrot bread and rosemary bread. Coffees were very good. The breads were very interesting and delicious. Rosemary one had a crispy outer layer which was very cool. Our favorite was the carrot bread. It was so tasty and soft. The staff were very nice and kind.

19/10/2025: Sweet and friendly service. Nice selection. What we got tasted good and the prices are average. Level.

09/12/2025: We wanted lunch, and after several attempts at other places that were fully booked, ended up here at Il Gabbiano, and we will never regret it! A very nice girl welcomed us kindly, - the food came quickly after ordering, - the view is beautiful and the food…..FANTASTIC!!! We would LOVE to come back!!!

29/10/2025: Nice Italian restaurant. Well situated at the marina. Pizzas and other Italian dishes. Quick service. Fair priced. Perfect for a meal.

27/11/2025: A lovely café in the heart of Frederiksberg, right next to the shopping center. Friendly and tasty food. Really recommended. Back again - that Mexican burger was great - downed with a Christmas beer.

13/11/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The incredibly friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome right away. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. We chose the pizza – it was delicious, thin, crispy, and everyone loved it! The place has a very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for an autumn evening. A big plus is the available parking and plenty of seating – you can sit in the outdoor, covered garden or inside the restaurant. We definitely recommend it! 😊 ❤️

06/01/2026: It was definitely better than expected. There were really good portions and everything tasted really good. The spring rolls in particular were better than expected!
