01/12/2025: What a jewel of a find! One misty morning I went in search of coffee, and the only place open before 9AM on a Sunday was Impact Roasters. Located in the train station, I was served by sweet Samuel, and although I meant to take the coffee to go, I stayed for the soothing sounds of Ethiopian music playing. The coffee was terrific -- made of their freshly ground Ethiopian beans. The croissant was fresh & flaky, but the cheese and butter sandwich on a crunchy round roll with seeds on it was outstanding. What a great treat to have found this roaster!!

11/10/2025: Fruity, aromatic, rich Ethiopian espresso roasted and brewed by skilful craftsman here in Valby. The barista Christian is friendly and passionate about coffee. Hidden gem in an S tog station indeed - one that made me return here after spending 7 years away from Copenhagen!

25/07/2026: Build-your-own burger?? You have to expect the price to be a bit pricey when the restaurant has both the words "Gentofte" and "Bistro" in its name, and even though they say price and quality go hand in hand, the mole is being ripped off without any special gastronomic experience.

16/07/2026: Good open sandwiches, but very poor service. We ordered both regular and vegan open sandwiches, and I had written exactly what was supposed to be on them. However, we got vegan open sandwiches with butter, so it was vegetarian, but not vegan. I had not written in my order that butter was needed. When I called the restaurant, the employee was very rude and did not even apologize. When I wrote an email later in the day, I received an apology, but no solution was offered, such as a refund. The restaurant clearly did not know what vegan means. Although the open sandwiches were good, we will not order from there again.

07/08/2026: Tasty and well-served dishes, excellent drinks!

02/08/2026: We ordered tap water, juice and food. It was two people there, and not many customers. It took very long for the water and juice to come, and the food took at least 30 minutes. When another person in the grop ordered it took so long, that she cancelled the order (which they hadn’t began making yet). Then she got the wrong amount of money back, and had to go back.

15/07/2026: Very nice hotel in the middle of the city. The location is unbeatable. It's right next to the main train station and literally across from Tivoli Garden. I don't think there could be any hotel better situated than this one. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bathroom is a little on the smaller side, especially the entry door to the shower cabin, but the water pressure was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is also quite nice. I would recommend getting that. I particularly loved their elevator, which is an old style elevator but completely made out of glass. It's gorgeous.

12/07/2026: We did NOT get the rooms we reserved and they are not addressing this appropriately. I do not recommend this property.

13/08/2026: The food was good, but perhaps a bit on the expensive side for the quality. Very inexperienced waiter.

30/06/2026: Unbeatable restaurants/cafe, located in a slightly surprising place. It has become our favorite place, even though we live 8-10 km away. The food is delicious, the service is top notch and there is the most beautiful light inside. Rebæk Brasserie has our warmest recommendation

09/07/2026: The food here was outstanding! Such a cute place with a funky interior and I was not expecting such good food. Definitely recommend the scallop tartlets! Staff were friendly too

08/07/2026: The food isn't bad, but it is too salty. The pork neck dish is served with a puree, which was severely salty; I even kept chewing on undissolved salt crystals. The other dishes were all salty as well, though not as much as the puree with the pork neck. I really prefer salty food to bland food, but this was serious. The saltiness completely overwhelms the flavors and aromas of the food.

05/08/2026: the service was incredibly poor, the lady didn’t even want to give chopsticks for the sushi. and was really hostile, wouldn’t recommend for families and people that want to have some food in peace

02/08/2026: Asian giant buffet of the cool kind with a good selection on the grill. Generally good prices, but drinks are expensive ♿️: Wheelchair accessible. A few steps from street level, but there is an adjustable ramp on the steps that makes access possible.

31/07/2026: For 105,- DKK you would think you would get 2-3 slices of ham spread across the pizza, and not just one piece of ham divided into three parts... however, there was a good sprinkling of mushrooms.
