28/06/2025: Booked many weeks in advance and were seated at a table under the stairs in between the kitchen hen doors and the waiters” station. No other options available. The restaurant really should not seat people here. We left. Very disappointed as we had traveled from another country to visit.
27/06/2025: What an amazing gem in CPH. I highly recommend Vaekst. Such a lovely experience. Cheers to the Vaekst team for their creativity and hard work.
Food: Delightful, flavorful, fresh, and creative vegetarian Green Menu. I absolutely would recommend the 3-course Green Menu.
Service: Warm, attentive, friendly
Atmosphere: inviting, not fussy, I appreciate all the greenery and plants in the restaurant

13/06/2025: Great bakery with very delicious local pastries. I would definitely recommend this bakery, if you specially stay in Ibis Styles hotel which is only 1 minute away. Danish cinnamon rolls, Marzipan/Almond croissant and pesto focaccia are really tasty and belong to the must try list. There are some other famous bakeries in Copenhagen, if you search in the internet and we have been in all of them. However, this bakery is to be honest much better im comparison to the others

27/06/2025: The food tasted good but I thought it was totally ridiculous to be asked if we wanted a jug of water on the table which we ended up having to pay 130 kr for. There were 5 of us. I didn't think that was right at all 😱

18/06/2025: We came just after opening time. Literally all tables were empty but the staff (young, blond girl) told us everything is booked. We checked online, bookings for that time were available. I showed it to the waitress and the older waitress. They just shrugged the shoulders and send us away.

Delicious and visually appealing food. Friendly service and a fantastic view. We sat outside in the nice weather, and our dog wasn't a problem. The restaurant is very busy, and rightly so. We were seated immediately without an appointment.

05/07/2025: I visited right after opening on Friday. There weren't many people there yet. But after about 30 minutes, more and more tourists started coming in, and everyone was drinking outside. It was Oasis' reunion day, so Oasis music was echoing inside the store. The staff were very hospitable, and when I asked them for recommendations, they gave me lots of recommendations, which I ordered. I also bought a T-shirt as a souvenir.
01/07/2025: Absolutely stellar spot for any beer lover. Mikkeller Bar Copenhagen delivers on all fronts — the selection of sour beers is out of this world, and the vibe is relaxed but buzzing. Special shoutout to the Greek bartender: her effortless, friendly service made the whole experience even better. This place is a must if you’re serious about beer.

10/06/2025: I found this restaurant when I was browsing the Michelin website. I tried the lunch menu dkk300 for starter and main course, I think it is good value, quality is high, the beef tarter and the sauce are matching well. The daily fish is cooked just right, you can taste the softness and juicy. The bread and cream butter were superb, I finished the whole bread myself. I would definitely come back in the future.
