De bedste restauranter i Hovedstaden

22/08/2026: Unfortunately a sad experience, have been here before and had good burgers and fries. This time Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers with fries. There weren't many people on this rainy day. The bun was dry, the fries overcooked in the fryer, the burger tasteless. unfortunately so sad, I ate 2 bites and left the rest. Will not come again. Their toilets need a serious cleaning. Didn't look like they had been cleaned for several days.

15/08/2026: I have had a summer house near Lynæs for the last few years and have been to the Surfcenter countless times. Overall, it is a nice place with a good atmosphere, it is hard to beat the shallow water in the bay for families. It is also clear that more people have come over the last few years, and this has had an effect that means quality has decreased and prices have increased. The burgers are served a little too quickly and lack quality assurance, the salads are typically a little boring (cabbage & edamame seem to be 90% of the surfer salad) - and this is despite the fact that the menu has not really changed over the years. The coffee has an automatic milk steamer, and in general there is less attention to detail across the board. Now comes the question: can the location and the lack of selection in the immediate area compensate for the food that is only slightly better than average, and the price level that is on the same level as, for example, Gasoline Grill in Copenhagen or Københavns Bageri in Carlsberg Byen? The conclusion from my point of view is that the food at Surfcenteret (and unfortunately also Madbaren) can no longer justify the price level. But fortunately for Surfcenteret & co that there are not many alternatives nearby. I hope they will come in the future. And until then, I will probably come back every now and then - if only to get out into the bay on a SUP.

15/01/2026: Excellent atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, and superb pasta. I highly recommend the Tartufo! Portions are perfectly sized, and absolutely delicious. It’s nice to sit at communal tables and enjoy the laid back aesthetic. Will surely be visiting again!

26/08/2026: It’s a small Italian place with lovely staff and the best panini I’ve ever had. You can sit in a quiet backyard and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

15/08/2026: Very friendly and attentive service. A little chaotic but charming, almost like being in Italy. Very good sandwiches and excellent cannoli. The espresso wasn't hot enough for me, but it tasted fantastic.

16/08/2026: We had an absolute lovely dinner last night at Ripotot. The staff was incredible, super friendly and so attentive. The chefs presented us with a wonderful 10 course sharing menu. We loved every single dish and will be dreaming about the cheese soufflé, the catch of the day and the donut for dessert. It was such an amazing mix of flavours and different dishes and every single one was done so well. They were also incredibly accommodating to my grapefruit intolerance. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant :)

08/08/2026: Long queue, but so much choice of pastry and delicious. Only a couple seats inside so don’t count on that!

04/08/2026: A bit too much oil, Gordon would say it´s drowning. But it also was tremendously delicious. Would come back for more for sure 🤤.

10/07/2026: Tasting dinner menu: Ravioli was okay... Prawns were okay... Pork was fatty but okay... Veal tartare was mushy and a little sickening Tiramisu was not tiramisu - more like an overly sweatened mashed Victoria sponge. Service and atmosphere was good, food was not worth the price. Dishes could be inedible for either person depending on taste, leaving each only eating from one or two dishes.

16/08/2026: Great place if you're looking for a casual/relaxed place for dinner. There's nothing fancy about this restaurant, but the food is tasty and you won't leave hungry. The grilled chicken and the moqueca are excellent.

20/07/2026: Many friends and colleagues told me that this is the restaurant with the best south american food in Copenhagen, and they were not wrong. The meat I had was simply amazing, especially the chicken which was really tender and juicy despite being a lean cut. Other than that, good portions, kind staff, and down to earth place which it's something I prefer

30/08/2026: One of the best kebabs I've ever had. I definitely recommend it. The set menu is around €15. They spoke perfect English and a little Spanish, and were super friendly. Delicious!

25/07/2026: The food was amazing! We had oysters, octopus, scallops, steak and a dessert. Everything was top notch. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! But even more so were the staff! So attentive and friendly - made our anniversary dinner the highlight of the night! We can’t recommend it enough! And can’t wait to be back :)

31/07/2026: Mellow and charming place. Friendly and helpful staff. Mix of middle eastern and western decor, works well. Food was freshly prepared and delicious lovely presentation. Coffee and herbal tea hit the spot.
