11/03/2025: Betjeningen er fortravlet og upersonlig/ uengageret.
Vi bestilte forretter og 2 ens hovedretter,Perpadelle med oksemørbrad, den ene portion var noget mindre end den anden og manglede både sause og der var MEGET FÅ stykker kød i.
Det er ikke et sted vi vender tilbage til

19/12/2024: Overall nice experience at the counter, mesmerized, as always, by the cutting of fish.. whether herring or tuna, this discipline deserves an uncommented youtube channel.. Food was great and ambience was beautiful, almost serene. We (4 people) all agreed missed some variety to the nigiri on rice with brown vinegar base. A white wine served between sakes seemed to be squeezed in for the sake (!) of it but felt way too sour among the fatty fish and mellow sakes. We also missed some engagement from the itamae who didnt really take charge of the experience and we needed to ask about servings. All in all, good but some room for improvement.
13/12/2024: Authentic perfection: every other place serving sushi in Denmark will present you with salmon caught 2000 miles from Copenhagen, tuna with highly variable quality and "white fish".
Not so at Sushi Anaba: here the fish is carefully sourced in Scandinavia only, and prepared just in front of you. If you want Sushi the Edomae way, as prepared in Tokyo, with every detail explained there's simply no one else in Denmark willing to go the distance.
EDIT (Dec 2024): 12th visit before location change. Still fantastic.

23/03/2025: Delicious food and for a very decent price! I loved it ❤️ As we came without a reservation it was super nice that the waiter found us places to sit very quick! I recommend it.
18/03/2025: Unassuming sushi restaurant but a pleasant suprise with amazing taste! Highly recommend the fried rice balls,kimchi and fresh tuna nigiri 🍣

20/01/2025: We visited Sidecar in Copenhagen for breakfast – and what can we say? We're still absolutely amazed! The ambience is modern and cozy, with just the right vibe to start the day relaxed. The team was super friendly, attentive and looked after us perfectly - it just makes you feel good.
And then the breakfast buffet: Guys, that was by far one of the best we've ever experienced! The selection is a dream, from fresh, crunchy salads to incredibly good, handmade bread and these waffles! Christ, the waffles are just next level. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
Sidecar, we will definitely be back! If you're ever in Copenhagen, treat yourself to this breakfast - you won't regret it!

It has inviting atmosphere with friendly service and great food. I had the Scramble eggs & baked beans also a cup of freshly brewed coffee, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. The café has a cozy vibe, perfect for a casual meal or coffee break, and while it’s a bit on the pricier side, the quality of the food makes it worth it.

16/01/2025: Friendly waiters and nicely cooked seafood. They add 3.5% on non European cards which is a bit odd to me but maybe that’s the norm in Denmark.

The food was good, but nothing more than that.
The main course in particular was a bit strange as the sauce was very strong, like a sauce for roast, so the fish had completely disappeared.
