20/06/2025: Gigantic restaurant. Friendly staff. Ordering was easy on one of their few self serve kiosks. Had to wait a long time for the food. It tasted fine and was hot. New review 31st of May 2023. Removed two stars as I tried to get a meal today but had to give up. Two of their self serve kiosks was not working and the remaining one could not scan coupons (and I had a coupon). Tried to order at counter but gave up after being ignored. New review 4th of October 2023. I have been coming here a lot lately but will probably find another restaurant after today’s visit. I usually use a coupon which all of their 3 self serve kiosks will not scan despite of numerous attempts different days and kiosks. So if you want to use a coupon you have to use their counter which I tried today after yet again failing at scanning at their kiosks. Today they refused to take my order at the counter and told me to use their kiosks which I can’t because they will not scan. So basically I had to leave after being denied service. Removed a star because of being denied service. Review of new visit 20th of June 2025. Not much have changed. Their staff are ignorant. As usual their self serve machines doesn’t scan coupons. Went to the counter to place an order but the staff doesn’t have time for this. One employee was doing trays but did see me. He said I will be with you in a moment. That never happened. He was doing other tasks than taking orders. Another employee came by and started cleaning the soft ice machine ignoring me the waiting customer. I left - once again - without being able to place an order and it will a long time before - if ever - I come back. Went to another Burger King restaurant where I could scan coupons and have my food delivered to table (which this restaurant doesn’t offer).

28/05/2025: I have eaten here 5-6 times (always pepperoni pizza) Every time has been a great pleasure. The pizza guy is super nice and nice, and when they say ten minutes on the phone, it always fits. The prices are lower than most other places in town, but the quality is significantly higher. There is always a perfect amount of tomato sauce on the pizzas, and a little more cheese than you would expect from an Italian pizza. You can taste that it is a quality mozzarella that is used. The only point of improvement is the temperature of the oven, I think the crust would be better if the heat was turned up a little.

07/05/2025: Super høfligt personale og virkelig lækker mad! Jeg vil give maden 8 ud af 10 – den var velsmagende og kom hurtigt til bordet. Tjeneren åbnede vinen ved bordet og lod os smage, inden han skænkede op, hvilket gav en rigtig god oplevelse. Før maden kom, fik vi lidt brød og olivenolie – en fin lille gestus. Til hovedret fik vi: • Tagliatelle con pollo til 145 kr. • Saltimbocca alla Romana til 229 kr. Begge retter var rigtig gode, og man kunne tydeligt smage, at de laver få men veltilberedte retter. Menuen er ikke stor, men det gør kun, at de få retter, de har, virkelig er gennemførte. Desserten var også i top! Vi valgte Dolce Misto til 129 kr – en lækker kombination af is, panna cotta og tiramisu. Alt smagte skønt. Restauranten ligger cirka 10 minutters gang fra Hovedbanegården. Den er ikke kæmpestor, så husk at bestille bord for at være sikker på at få plads. Når det er sagt, virkede personalet meget imødekommende og akkommoderende – de afviste ikke "pop-up" gæster uden reservation, men forsøgte i stedet at finde plads til dem, hvilket var meget positivt. Personalet taler både engelsk og italiensk. Alt i alt et virkelig lækkert sted med fantastisk mad og super god betjening. Kan varmt anbefales!

02/05/2025: Ottimo ristorantino, di vera cucina italiana a pochi passi dall' hotel in cui soggiornavamo. Trovato per caso tramite web in quanto dopo, 3 giorni di cibo fast food o tipicamente danese sentivamo il bisogno di gustare piatti italiani. Materie prime di alta qualità,servizio rapido e professionale,locale piccolo ma accogliente. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Super consigliato!

22/05/2025: I got a falafel in durum that was not only delicious but also huge. The price was reasonable and the staff was nice.

12/06/2025: Great restaurant, staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. There is a huge wine list! But it’s not cheap. The food was very interesting and a little different … in a good way.

08/06/2025: If you like big, tender and well-cooked steaks, Louisekroen is the place to visit on Bornholm. The atmosphere is cozy and the menu is simple but really good. There are also chicken and vegetarian alternatives to steak - but it is the good steaks that the place is known for. Steaks are available in moped sizes and if you are extra fond of meat, special sizes can be cut on site. Definitely recommended.

23/05/2025: Excellent dining experience! The steaks are some of the best I've ever eaten and the side dishes were also delicious. It's very classic food and the place is in a cozy, classic interior. The service was nice and fast and although the prices are on the high end, it's worth the money.

15/06/2025: By far the most authentic Italian restaurant in Copenhagen. From food, to service, to atmosphere, this is perhaps one of the few left hidden gems of the city (for now)
