11/05/2025: Very underrated place. Humble service. I took the signature one. It had beef and kimchi. The more you eat you realise the last bite it extremely juicy and sticky. The caramelised beef with tangy and slightly spicy kimchi makes the perfect combination alongside the waffly bun.

19/06/2025: If you eat here, you’ll be wise to also drink the suggested schnapps to each dish! The food is superb, and the schnapps elevates it to heavenly levels! The service was also top notch, our party of four enjoyed our lunch here very much- a favorite of our visit to Copenhagen.
11/06/2025: A bit disappointing. Fried lukewarm herring. It was warm in the middle and not crispy, looked like it had been microwaved.
Beef brisket, it was dry and chewy.

25/05/2025: In questo ristorante si trova davvero un pezzo di Italia!!! Materie prime favolose e sapori divini. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo mangiato qui una pizza più buona di quella che mangiamo a Roma: impasto ottimo e tanta qualità. Assolutamente da assaggiare anche le polpette al sugo e lo spezzatino preparati dalla simpaticissima Vicky, così come i dolci davvero superlativi! Abbiamo mangiato anche affettati e formaggi provenienti dalla Campania, da leccarsi i baffi. Super consigliato. Complimenti, continuate così perché siete fortissimi!!!

27/06/2025: Very delicious pastries and great coffee! The only downside is that they only serve take-away cups, which isn't acceptable these days. You're sitting between high-rise buildings, so you have to like it. Otherwise, highly recommended.

24/06/2025: A friend recommended this place and I am so glad I had the opportunity to enjoy food here. A tiny corner of Japan, with delicious sushi and smaller warm plates made in front of you. I was with my wife and we shared shrimp gyoza and a set menu of 20 sushi pieces. Everything was fantastic, from the quality of the ingredients to their presentation. Incredibly friendly staff too, and a nice outdoor seating in a relatively quiet street in central Copenhagen. Really recommended!

16/04/2025: Sublim - exceptionel - and yet so unbelievable simple! Sushi Anaba was everything we dreamed it would be. Guided by quiet mastery, chef Mads Battefeld crafted each piece with intent — not to impress, but to express pure, uncompromising perfection & tradition. We were blown away! Why this hasn’t 1 or 2 Michelin stars, is still a mystery, but that doesn’t change the fact that this is one of Copenhagen’s best food experiences!

10/06/2025: If you are looking for great food, this is place to book ( which I recommend). Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, food exceptional we had danish meatballs and old fashioned roast beef. Thankfully we did not have starters as mains were large portions. Great atmosphere, this was by far the best meal we have had in Copenhagen on our third day. Highly recommend.
09/06/2025: Great service, fair prices. Would highly recommend to visit in case you are interested in "Smørbrod". Traditional place with fresh produce and excellent food.
