17/11/2025: I had an excellent experience at Mangai Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and very welcoming. The employees were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The food was exceptionally tasty, full of rich flavors, and beautifully presented. The wine selection was also impressive, and the glass I had paired wonderfully with my meal. Overall, Mangai is a place I would happily visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.

21/12/2025: Silky smooth cocktails that are delicious - but tiny. Cute bartenders and doorman. Young crowd, nice rooms and DJ, but it was difficult to have a conversation.

05/12/2025: I don't know if I just don't understand the place. But I've never waited so long for a draft beer. I've never paid so much for a draft beer either. (65 kr. for a small one). The mulled wine costs more than twice as much as at Hvids on the other side of Kgs. Nytorv. With the competition among bars in Copenhagen, I can't see a single reason to come back. The place is cozy

06/06/2025: A unique bowl with almonds. This added a sense of sweetness and nuttiness that went hand in hand with the Asian flavors. The rice was quite simple compared to other sushi rice, however. Very tasty.

03/05/2025: Everything from customer service to food was good. The only thing to put a finger on was the seating. We sat in the back end of the restaurant and the chairs/tables became very uncomfortable after not so long sadly

31/01/2026: Surprising place to find good sushi, but for the price (which was also very reasonable) it is some of the best in the area. The staff is always smiling and service-minded, and the food is tasty and fresh. Cons: -The restaurant could be a bit more authentically Japanese. -It was a bit chilly on a January evening, so bring a sweater :) But that doesn't change the fact that we will definitely come back.

14/01/2026: The quality of sushi has become very poor. The last two times I took sushi home, the tuna roll and the roll with lobster and shrimp were very bad in taste, they were not fresh and tasted of iodine. The rice was very poorly cooked last time, almost like porridge. These sushi were thrown in the trash.

05/01/2026: The coziest place to start the day, have a break with a friend or pick up a delicious lunch. Really worth a visit and always a big smile from the staff. Thank you for everything❤️

02/01/2026: Cozy cafe with a lovely view of the water and delicious organic bread. We had to take some bread home. The rye bread was delicious, but very difficult to cut when it was freshly baked. Their apple toppings are heavenly.

09/03/2026: Really nice sushi and sticks. When there are no guests it goes well, but as soon as there are more guests at the tables it can take a loooooong time. So I would recommend ordering ALL you can eat to start and not having more orders.

20/12/2025: I would say 4.5 stars. The food was delicious. The wine was a bit expensive but good The rice salad lacked a bit more flavor in our eyes, it could have been more vanilla..

10/12/2025: When you have good experiences it is ok to share and when below expectations ... However The cevichi was strange, different...then real cevichis from Peru The risotto was ok simple rice with some dehidrated mushrooms on top The red wine Marguax was served below its recommended temperature. Then the service lacking experience Mind you ...I have been around on planet earth and dine 3 to 4 times a week in restaurants

16/07/2025: Cozy little cafe where you can get refreshed after a long bike/walk. The food is standard cafe food, and you probably shouldn't go here to expand your gastronomic horizons, but with that said, the atmosphere is great, the staff and service are fantastic and the location is even better. If you're out walking in the area, or a walk on the beach, you should definitely stop and get something refreshing, but you shouldn't come from far.

05/08/2025: great pizza for a good price, the combo menu is 155kr for a drink a good pizza and a drink which is really affordable in this city. also very great service.

06/01/2026: On-line orders only which I am not fond of. The waiter did not take our order manually and told us to leave. We always go here with my daughter when we travel, she was so disappointed. Went to Sommelier instead.

02/01/2026: I ordered a burger, it took 50 minutes, and it was just average. If you're pressed for time at the airport, don't come here.
