14/06/2026: I ordered two x pad thai yesterday, which is usually a classic. It tasted of absolutely nothing, even the vegetables tasted of nothing. My boyfriend and I shared one because we were hungry and threw the other one out because it was honestly so boring food. Really a shame, service was sweet and good enough, but the food had no taste at all.

15/08/2026: I actually really love this cafe, but the entire experience is ruined again and again because of understaffing. The workers truly do a great job with what they have, but it’s clear that they’re way too busy and stressed to provide good service. There’s no host, so when you’ve booked a table you have to stand in line to be assigned to your table, and due to understaffing there’s often a 20 minutes queue. It’s truly a shame and I hope the owner wakes up and does better by their staff and their customers by staffing appropriately.

29/06/2026: The guy was probably new because when I asked him if there is any place to charge my phone he gave me a cold look saying no rudely. Then I found a socket in the back and charged my phone. Coffee was also not so good.

22/08/2026: Good carbonara on the cheese wheel but we had to wait one hour for it. The waiters are nice but the attention to the costumers is terrible.

16/08/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Really good ingredients, delicious tomato sauce and mozzarella and an excellent dough. Maybe a bit too expensive. The service was nothing special though. The restaurant was almost empty and only had one other table with two people, but we were placed right next to them. And we are two men of about 190 cm. When we left, there were still plenty of empty tables. But the pizza is definitely worth it!

27/07/2026: Hipster dufus coffee obsessed enters hipster coffee obsessed cafe. It went well. Very well. Then again. Very, very well. Terrific coffee well made with fun cakes that are more sugar than culinary experience. The service is great. Yeah, the place could use a scrub, but hey, couldn't we all? Im a huge fan of their cheese bun. Very different. Very much for the better.

21/04/2026: We have visited Restaurant Ellegården several times for parties, and it is always a pleasure. There is a very special calm and atmosphere in the idyllic premises that makes you feel welcome immediately. The food is always top-notch – classic dishes made with good ingredients, where nothing is ever lacking. The details are well thought out, and the service is professional and with a smile, even if there are many people at the table. It is clear that they have extensive experience in handling parties, so that as a host you can just sit back and enjoy the party. If you are looking for a place in Hillerød with soul, good food and personal service, Ellegården can be highly recommended. We are already looking forward to the next time!

11/08/2026: Overall a good and easy place to grab a sandwich, the food came quick and the atmosphere inside was cozy. The backyard however wasn’t as cozy and it didn’t match the interior atmosphere at all

30/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to come by Det LUC's. Cozy, delicious food, great shakes. Their salad bowl is probably the biggest I've ever had! Their sandwiches are always delicious! Our kids also love having lunch or just a shake at Det LUC'S 🤗☀️🌿

03/08/2026: I tried the Chicken Tikka pizza at Venus Punjab Palace, and it was really delicious. The pizza was fresh, full of flavor, and had a good amount of toppings. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. I would definitely order it again. Highly recommended!

07/08/2026: Good and tasty breakfast at a fair price. Really good coffee. The place is small but cozy. You can bring a dog (dog allowed), which is a big bonus. The staff is always so friendly and service-minded.

18/05/2026: ordered homemade pita bread. the bread smells extremely disgusting, have lost my appetite.

15/08/2026: We ordered shooting stars, but it was a bit of a sad shooting star, tasted okay, but it wasn't made with rare ingredients. However, it didn't cost more than 145 privates. It's not the price that should determine whether you cook with pleasure.

20/05/2026: The food is as expected, not bad but not wow from previous visits either. Closes when it suits them, their "opening hours" are not followed, they open and close as the wind blows. Feels a little racist towards whites because I came a quarter past closing time and couldn't get food, even though others of other ethnic backgrounds were standing around eating and drinking. Then they have to close when it's time to close and clean up afterwards. Won't be back, luckily I have another favorite place close by.
