27/10/2026: Honestly, this is a pretty mediocre experience in every way. Service lala, the main course Hanzo red curry is not made from scratch. The chicken is just thrown on top in some sauce. The table was wobbly. Bad lighting. And then you are asked if you want to tip at the terminal. No thanks. Why on earth would I?

02/10/2026: Dear friends at Flamingos Shawarma Nørrebrogade, I have been a loyal customer here for years. I've been here since it opened and I'm leaving this review to show my loyalty. I've noticed a few changes recently: Prices have increased, hummus is now an extra charge. The 4-mix (chicken + meat) portions have shrunk, and the amount of filling in the pita has decreased. How it used to be presented (meat at the bottom, chicken on top, pita full), now it's the other way around and the pita looks less full. I don't go anywhere else but I would like to know the reason for these changes. I hope that we, as customers, are valued and that the portion sizes and quality are maintained along with the prices. Tidligere var kødet og kyllingen ovenpå med en rigeligt fyldt pita – nu er det omvendt, og pita’en føles tyndere. I am happy to see you again and again and again. 16/09/2026: Favorite kebab place… always coming back to this OG. It tastes just spot on. Tried another biks on Nørrebro a few days ago, just to try something different. Regretted it a lot, because it didn't taste nearly as good as Flamingo 🥲

19/09/2025: I must admit, I haven't eaten such delicious vegan food in a long time. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, not only for the delicious food but also for the very friendly service. And the owner is incredibly nice. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

31/01/2026: Nice decor, and actually excellent food. I didn't think the taste and price were related. But that's also a very subjective assessment. However, I'm not so good at places with hipster/normcore types who squat down to explain the concept and lecture me that I can't expect the same menu in real life as on the internet. You should probably complain more about your own sloppiness. He's also so rude to claim that they don't have time to change the menu on the internet from time to time when the ingredients change!!??u? Then you shouldn't slap a menu on the website. I also ask for two quick glasses of bubbles to start, and the waiter won't give me that until she brings me the card. I say that she can just choose herself...but still, it's up for discussion, and I have to accept her decision. My problem with the place is that it exudes quality and good knowledge of Japanese food culture. But it is run by a reasonably smart guy who is unfortunately a lot too smug in his attitude towards my girlfriend and I. 3000kr for that experience is too expensive. I would have been better off with cheaper prices for that level of service.
