15/12/2025: I'm disappointed because my room wasn't cleaned. Apparently, you have to request cleaning via a QR code. It's crazy to have to request a paid service. I realized this when I went back to the hotel at noon and asked reception to take care of it (because I don't know how to use QR codes), but apparently it was too late because my room still wasn't cleaned.

10/12/2025: A very disappointing stay, far below the standards expected from an international hotel. I stayed at Scandic Palace Copenhagen and encountered several issues that were never resolved. Most importantly, housekeeping was not performed, despite submitting a request through the hotel’s own QR system. By the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I had to take clean towels from the corridor myself. A hotel of this category should never require a guest to do that. Several in-room amenities were also missing or non-functional: – the safe was unusable, – the minibar was completely empty, – no complimentary water or standard comforts were provided. Instead of addressing these concerns, management repeatedly justified everything by internal Scandic policies or “sustainability concepts,” which does not change the fact that essential services were not delivered. Breakfast quality was also disappointing: hard bread, unpleasant-smelling juice glasses, and equipment not functioning properly. This does not correspond to the image of a top-rated Scandinavian breakfast. What I found most concerning was the handling of my complaint. Rather than acknowledging the problems, management focused on denying responsibility and defending procedures. The tone was corporate and dismissive, with no willingness to offer a simple corrective action or gesture of goodwill. For travellers expecting reliability, comfort, and professionalism, this hotel did not meet those expectations. Not recommended.

21/07/2025: Absolutely crazy place. Been my local for the last 5 years and never disappointed. I don't even have to mention what I want the owner has it covered🙌 Huge recommendation from here, whether it's pizza or durum ;)

26/10/2025: Drove 20 minutes to get here and the door we have been told that there was no table available due the lack of staff , even know restaurant was empty

19/09/2025: We have ordered food for delivery several times. It always arrives within Max 30 min and everything is hot and delicious. We have several pizzarias closer to where we live. But amigo always delivers hot crispy fries and good pizza.

24/07/2025: The food was good, but if you're going to order from here, I can't recommend using their ordering system. Call or use JE instead. Why? Thanks for not asking! I wanted to order, but when their ordering hours expired before they could respond, I got a message that they didn't receive my order. 15-30 minutes later, a delivery guy showed up at my door with the order I have in writing that DID NOT go through. Luckily for Amigo, they were my last place in my search for takeaway before I gave up, and the order for 150 kr. that I hadn't paid for yet didn't go to waste. But it could have quickly become boring for them to waste time and ingredients if I had cooked the food myself or ordered from somewhere else, because then I would have rejected the offer.

19/11/2025: I've had the best experience at this bar. Came in a little too drunk the first time but have always been greeted with openness, kindness and understanding. Bartenders Magnus and Paprika have especially treated me so well. Finally came in and said hello :)

06/02/2025: Then we also got to try it. Umut had borrowed the restaurant for 2 weeks as a pop up event. The idea is nice enough, and Umut was also quite entertaining and came down and chatted at the tables 😊. The place from the outside looks really cozy, nice view over the rampart. The food, on the other hand, was not something I was very impressed with for the price, the starter was ok but lukewarm 👎 the wine menu was poured into the same glass, there is apparently no such thing as a red wine and white wine glass 👎 strange. There was no salt and pepper on the table either, we had to ask for that, not ok either. The fried pork with parsley sauce and potatoes was again only ok, but then nothing more, it has tasted better in many other places. Our dessert tasted good, maybe in fact the best of the whole evening 🙈 as an overall impression I would say it's worth a try, but it's not something I can recommend at the price, which was perhaps a bit too much Umut, and which has certainly also lured many people in, simply because he was there and cooked some food, since his heyday at the gold inn 😊

31/01/2025: Hyggeligt sted, og hyggelig atmosfære - det skal siges! Jeg synes ikke maden var til den relativt høje pris. Når maven rumler efterfølgende er der ikke nok på tallerkener, det giver vidt sig selv også selvom man ikke skal trille derfra. Og når maden er velsmagende, men heller ikke “Wauw”, og man lidt føler at det er noget man selv kunne lave på en god lørdag aften, så er der ikke sammenhæng. Derfor 2 stjerner.

23/11/2025: Delicious Thai and other buffets, with the option to create your own dish. Reasonable prices, excellent ingredients.

11/10/2025: Had a really good experience here yesterday ordered a bagel and a sandwich it was a great experience I have been to the northwest department a few times which is really good and of a high quality

27/11/2025: The best slice (and pizza!) in town 🤝 Highly recommended. I especially recommend their potato/spinach pizza.

11/10/2025: Unique and very good pizza, excellent dough. A wide selection of flavor combinations. A pleasant surprise for pizza abroad, truly delicious. Recommended in nice weather (tables outside).

07/11/2025: When I enter, I am greeted by a sweet and smiling employee who quickly gives me a cozy seat in the corner. There is good service and the food is good and tastes really good. I would love to come back and eat there again.
