11/05/2026: Really poor service as the store charges 90 kr for a durum even though it says 75 kr on signs outside and inside the store. Bad ingredients with meat strips that are just tough meat lumps. Not recommended.

22/08/2026: Last week, me and a friend, have been in the restaurant, and I would like to share my experience which was amazing! We ordered the risotto with porcini and the ossobuco with zafron risotto. They were both well cooked and tasty, they remind us exactly the same dishes that we ate in Italy. The personal was very kind, especially the chef “Jesus”, I suppose, who was friendly and welcoming. If i live in Copenhagen, I will always go to “La Pausa”!

06/08/2026: Perfect balanced meal. My wife is vegetarian and had very little options to eat anywhere. Joe & juice avocado sandwich is her staple food choice.

30/07/2026: I was there yesterday, and it was a really good experience. The store looks nice and inviting, clean, well-organized and with the right atmosphere. The new manager was particularly impressive. She was very professional, calm and clearly skilled at her job. She spoke clearly and enthusiastically about the products, without it feeling like sales. Just genuine knowledge and a desire to help. And she had the sweetest smile the whole time, which made the whole visit even better. It is clear that she is new to the role, but already you can feel that she has it under control and is giving the store a good boost. Big praise to her, it is something like that that makes you want to come back.

16/05/2026: Great products and friendly service; but the prices are also crazy in some areas. The taste is fantastic - no doubt about it. But expect almost 700 kr. for a whole ice cream cake, 70 kr. for a small milkshake, etc. etc. I go here when quality is paramount. But the prices are prohibitively high compared to making impulse purchases "when you're passing by anyway".

26/05/2026: Great place to celebrate a special birthday. We were there about 25 people with great food, a fantastic view and incredibly helpful staff who always had a positive attitude. The prices are also very reasonable.

03/05/2026: You can buy sandwiches and cakes. They have some delicious cakes and coffee, tea, matcha, etc. Super nice staff and there is room for all ages.

14/04/2026: Absurdly high prices for some of the worst coffee I've had in a long time. Yes, a latte contains milk – but their iced coffee is really just a glass of milk with syrup and ice. The coffee is almost non-existent, and it tastes exactly like that. 62 kr. for that? That's ridiculous. You're basically paying for the water from the ice cubes and a liter of milk. It gets even worse if you say anything: no apology, no service – just a message to pay extra, even though it's their own lousy preparation that's the problem. The staff seems completely indifferent and downright difficult to deal with. And as a bonus, they never clean up, so you have to remove other people's dirty dishes yourself if you want to sit down. The only positive thing about an espresso house experience is good space and good side tables and decor. Overall: expensive, sloppy and a thoroughly bad experience.

26/12/2025: It shouldn't take an hour to get a bad burger. Gasolin has clearly sold out completely and the quality is totally unacceptable. The interior is simply downright depressing

20/12/2025: Ordered a classic burger alone without fries or drink, waited 32 minutes and still had not gotten it, asked for a refund and left

29/08/2026: They only serve coffee in takeaway cups — both plastic and paper. When I asked for a glass because we were sitting inside, they told me they don’t have any because they don’t have a dishwasher. I honestly find that a bit hard to understand. If you’re running a café, a dishwasher doesn’t seem like an unreasonable expense — to me, it feels like a basic necessity.

08/08/2026: Really good local bakery. Good jordbærtærte and their fancy breads are almost as good as those modern fancy ones you see on Instagram, and after 3 hours it’s the same anyway! Toasts great too and they can slice breads at the shop, which is too much to ask for in many hip places. I really like the durum option. I think these guys hit the good sweet spot: some immigrant influenced stuff, some classic Danish stuff, the hip sour dough bread almost as good as the insanely expensive places, and they’re also very consistent (places like Andersen & Maillard and Hart sometimes have a bad day and these Brødhjørnet guys are always just good). And they’re super friendly too, sometimes they chat. Prices are as expected, not super cheap but they’re a decent bakery so that’s fine. Their hindbærsnitte is BIG, good value for money!

Waiting and waiting, while I am in dialogue with customer service, who keeps fooling me that the food was on its way and that there were few other deliveries before then. Until 9:19 PM the order is canceled. Really poor service

18/04/2026: I called and he said there was cheese sweets. He said it would arrive in an hour, but then he told me it was finished. It was only 6 PM on Saturday.

If you're looking for genuine, soul-warming Indian food paired with a welcoming atmosphere, Deep Indisk Restaurant is an absolute gem. The food here is delicious and packed with authentic flavor. Everything tastes fresh They also have fantastic vegetarian and vegan selections that don't skimp on flavor. Overall, great food, lovely seating, and top-tier hospitality at very fair prices. Easily one of my favorite spots for Indian cuisine in Copenhagen—I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟

15/07/2026: I had matcha with blueberry here; I found it tasted quite artificial. What a shame! The coffee was good though, and it was nice that you could grab a piece of cake to go with your drink. I didn't buy any pastries, but they did look delicious!

28/05/2026: Friendly staff. The coffee and pastries are delicious, and the price-performance ratio is reasonable for Copenhagen.
