23/09/2025: We were a club of older gentlemen who were invited to lunch at Restaurant Kongedybet in Husum. Easy to find and get to and even free parking right outside, classy. We were a little surprised to have to choose dishes for a brunch at 1 pm, but that's okay, because then there was room for more of the excellent dishes that you could choose from. Absolutely the best brunch/lunch I've ever had. One surprise was that you couldn't get beer or cava, but there were many good alternatives.

20/09/2025: Too expensive, not the best brunch for the expensive prices, won't try it again.

31/10/2026: Our server Helena was just super amazing and attentive to our needs. When we were seated, she quickly noticed that the table was not clean to her own high standards. She then rushed to clean the table quickly and efficiently. I was quite impressed with the level. When we were ready for drinks, we asked the sweet server for advice, where she made recommendations that we could not ignore. It ended up being the most pleasant day with the best drinks and best service I have experienced in a long time.

27/10/2026: Really bad and soulless food. Half-raw potatoes that had been in the deep fryer. Paris steak that was so minimalist it was a farce. Maybe ready-made that had just been defrosted. It will be many years before I come back

29/06/2026: I lived in the city 5 years ago and used to eat at this place often. Today I passed by and stopped for a Pita Kebab and it was just as good as I remembered.

12/04/2026: Traditional grill bar. They make some really good fries. Friendly staff. There is an adjoining room with tables and chairs so you can sit and eat on site.

25/07/2026: It costs 770 DKK per shelter per night. A bit too expensive for a primitive accommodation. We chose another place

26/05/2026: Great place to celebrate a special birthday. We were there about 25 people with great food, a fantastic view and incredibly helpful staff who always had a positive attitude. The prices are also very reasonable.

19/08/2026: We visited this bakery a few times over our staff around Copenhagen. It wasn’t stand out for us and we definitely had better pastries and coffee at other places across our stay. It’s a good background that this one one us to provide chains around Copenhagen however, as a few locals pointed out something was lost in the scaling up.

19/08/2026: Great food and service, had a lovely breakfast that was served very quickly. I see people have complained about the service before, but I guess it's been resolved since everything was great for us (we noticed one of the workers had just started, so I'm guessing they took those reviews to heart and had a staff change)

02/08/2026: Have visited the place 3 times, the first 2 the pastries were dry, this 3rd time there were ants crawling around in the pastries. Was promised a refund, but haven't heard anything further. Not really because I need the refund, because I really want to support the place, but all 3 good times I have unfortunately been disappointed.

22/10/2026: Delicious breakfast and a fun experience! I went here for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Choosing my dishes with a pencil on a paper menu was a new and unusual experience for me, but it made the meal feel fun and personal. The food was delicious and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. I'd definitely recommend it for a nice breakfast.
