26/12/2025: 4 very passive but nice people at work, the queue is growing, everything is in slow motion, have to give up drinking coffee on the spot because everything is going infinitely slowly. There is zero organization.

21/07/2025: You can feel the buttery goodness soar through the air as you pass by in the morning. Customers can select any bun on display and upgrade it with butter and cheese or other ingredients and “construct” a sandwich. Lovely atmosphere and smiling and friendly staff. The double shot espresso was decent.

21/10/2025: Pefect little spot for some tasty dumplings. Good selection to choose from and coming in at very reasonable prices.

16/10/2025: the service was really bad. He went out to smoke three times in an hour and the smoke would fly in. He didnt say hi to us and was overall really really cold and kept looking at us as though he was upset. I went to ask him about a charging outlet and he walked straight past me to go outside and smoke

03/10/2025: An Espresso House exactly like you would imagene it. It's cosy on the inside with the same great menu like everywhere else. The employees are a delight to interact with and the place is as tidy as you would like. It is however quite nice to sit "outside", beneath the glass ceiling, inside the mall of "Spinderiet" as it is not quite as cold as being truly outside while still having the fresh air.

25/12/2025: Very good food, but very small portions. It took a while to get everything, so the visit lasted almost two hours. One of the waitresses was not very familiar with how to make Cappuchino. She mentioned this when she served us, so we have sympathy in that sense. But we were not served any Cappuchino, it was more like some coffee with milk in it😅😅 The food was otherwise quite good, the toilets were quite nasty

23/12/2025: We are not big eaters, but the portions were a bit small. And pork roast without browned potatoes???. The waiter was nice, but didn't understand a word of what we were saying. (Danish!!!)

25/11/2025: Many years ago it was a great place to eat, but today, November 25, 2025, there were two of us who ordered pork roast with gravy and potatoes. It's the worst I've ever had, the potatoes were cold, the meat was a little colder but the gravy was lukewarm. The pork swords could be used for rubber bands. All in all, the worst thing to date, so a hot dog cart would be better. Finally, a waiter comes and asks about the food and gets the message. The waiter named Benjamin saves Clara's honor by offering coffee and chocolate which more than covers the "damage" so everything is now ok. The service has now become 5 stars.

27/12/2025: We had a reservation at PS Grill Bar at 7:00 PM. We were about 20 minutes late and called to inform them of this. However, our table had been given away when we arrived. It seemed extra unprofessional that we called afterwards and asked if there was space – and were told yes, even though we had just been told the opposite on site. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend others to visit PS Grill Bar after this experience.

21/12/2025: Copenhagen’s dining scene often promises a masterclass in "hygge" and high-end execution, but my recent visit to PS Bar & Grill left me caught between a genuine appreciation for the staff and a deep disappointment in the details. The Main Event: The Wagyu Burger At 225 DKK, the stakes for their hyped Wagyu burger are as high as the price tag. On paper, it sounds like a triumph; in reality, it was a tale of two textures. While the patty itself was succulent and well-seasoned—honoring the Wagyu name—the vessel was its downfall. The brioche bun had been toasted beyond the point of caramelization into a brittle, charred state that mimicked the texture of knækbrød (rye crackers). In a city known for its world-class bakeries, a burnt bun is a cardinal sin. It was a good burger, certainly, but far from the "life-changing" experience the hype suggests. Service & Atmosphere Where PS Bar truly shines is in its efficiency. The staff are charming, attentive, and operate with a polished speed that is rare in high-traffic city spots. We were seated, served, and attended to without a moment’s lag. If you are looking for a swift meal in a vibrant setting, the service team delivers. The Dealbreaker However, the sophisticated veneer of the dining room does not extend to the facilities. The state of the restrooms was, quite frankly, inexcusable. For a mid-to-high-tier establishment, encountering neglected and "unclean" toilets is a jarring contrast that lingers longer than the taste of the meal. It is a fundamental lapse in hospitality that makes it impossible to award a higher rating. The Verdict: PS Bar & Grill offers a lively atmosphere and friendly faces, but until they master the toaster and a cleaning schedule, it remains a "once-is-enough" destination.

19/10/2025: Attention, in this restaurant you're being cheated. We ate at the restaurant and paid with credit card. The card reader was programmed to request a tip. I wanted to round up the amount and asked what I should enter. The staff told me I had to enter the total amount as second number. However, the system was programmed to add the bill amount plus the newly entered amount, meaning I was now charged more than double the bill amount. I immediately complained about this. I was told that they couldn't correct it on-site and that they would refund the additional amount within a few days. As nothing happened within 14 days, I emailed the restaurant and received another response, stating that they needed a Danish bank account number. Since we're from abroad, I gave them the account details of my home bank. After that, despite three email inquiries, I never heard from this restaurant again. This constitutes the criminal offense of intentional fraud. I have filed a criminal complaint to the Danish police.

14/10/2025: The driest and most boring brownie I've ever had. And yet for 24 kr - it also costs that in Copenhagen where you get a COMPLETELY incomparable quality. Either it has been sitting for several days or it is just made completely poorly. More than a shortbread than a brownie... don't buy cakes from here

18/03/2026: The kebab place is alright. Service was standart, design inside is basic but their food was made quick and the pitabread kebab was pretty huge! Pricing wise it was a little to the more expensive end but the size of pitabread you get show for it.
