11/10/2025: The food didn't meet expectations for a restaurant supposedly in this league

19/09/2025: Had a mixed experience here at TRIO. The location is excellent with a full view out over the central Copenhagen facing west so make sure to book table and watch the sun set. The dinner was ok, but there were some minor flaws. Like we had to ask the waiters to slow down the serving at one point. Some dishes was truly excellent but some were a bit below expectations compared to what we eventually paid. Not a cheap dinner. But worth a visit. And you can visit the bar without a dinner and still enjoy the vie from then 9th flor.

19/12/2025: Amazing place. One of the most recommended places in Copenhagen, amazing sourdough bread; amazing service! There is a waitress/manager named Carolina with curly hair, charming and very professional. We had a blast!

08/12/2025: 2 people, we chose the menu. A number of sharing dishes, excellent without being amazing. We should have read the menu better because we were surprised that the main course was a lumpy pommes Anna and cabbage. It tasted fine but to serve it as a main course...... 🤔. Nice service, cozy place. Ok experience but it won't be a return visit.

22/05/2026: Ordered 85 pieces of sushi for 4 adults thought it was enough 😂 But it wasn't, the sushi pieces were only half of what Sushi normally is - so that's why their offer on Sushi wasn't a good offer. So you just got cheated again 😂😂 By the way, it was very difficult to communicate with the staff. We were 4 adults I write and a child of 1 1/2 years who by the way didn't like Sushi - and don't say I'm lying 😡 EXCELLENT SUSHI, BUT VERY SMALL PIECES. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH !!

01/08/2025: They have a nice courtyard, but it needs to be cleaned up and the garden needs a loving hand. There is the opportunity to cook something really good. The staff is friendly. But the food was terrible! There was an incredibly thin chicken fillet in the chicken burger. At first I actually thought they had forgotten the chicken. The fries looked like something from the bottom of the fryer. 1/3 were inedible. In short. Everything was dry. The chicken salad was also boring with dry chicken. Really disappointing, because it is nice to sit in their courtyard, despite the lack of loving hand.

08/07/2025: From the time we arrived until we received our order, it took 45 minutes. There was a lack of oversight. Orders were taken haphazardly, and when the waiter came with orders, it was difficult for him to find the right table.

21/06/2026: Really delicious charcuterie board, and good variety of wines at a nice price level - although extremely busy on a normal weekday afternoon in the sun, it was noticeable by the staff. But cozy place with good outdoor seating and also a few seats inside.

25/05/2026: Gotland accepted a table reservation for 7:45 p.m. with the requirement that we also eat, but without making it known that they intended to close at 9:15 p.m., move us to finish even though we clearly still had food on our plates, and clean up around us so they could be off duty at 10 p.m. sharp. Far too expensive for that level of service.

11/05/2026: 9pm on May 11, 2024. Tuna sandwich. 10pm violent vomiting and later diarrhea. And 20 kr extra for jalapenos - which were all in a bunch at the end of the sandwich! --- Tere years ago: Really good and tasty food. Perfect pizzas and bread from the stone oven. Helpful owner and staff.

21/03/2026: Looks like something a blind person made. Way too little topping and way too expensive for the quality.

02/07/2026: The falafel was really tasty and crispy. Sometimes falafel can be dry, but these were really good

29/06/2026: Unfortunately the clerk could neither speak English nor Danish, so he made my order wrong. The food is otherwise ok and at a semi-ok price. I won't be back.

22/04/2025: Great Italian Restaurant with great food&drinks&workers! You can find a warm atmosphere here. Food tastes so good, stuff care about every detail. It is a wonderful restaurant to have a dinner 🫶🏻

20/04/2025: Very good food, the nicest waiter ever! Very polite and there for you whenever you need him. Gluten free is no problem here

19/02/2026: Got there before 11:30pm because Google said it was open until 12:00am. 15 min wasted and a group of 4 people disappointed. Wow!

07/07/2026: Excellent place to find everything for less money than buying new, but of significantly better quality than a flea market.

11/05/2026: Unfortunately disappointing. Completely overpriced for what's offered. Far too expensive, and everything seems haphazard and cluttered rather than well-designed or inviting. Overall, I can't recommend it. We expected much more and wouldn't be coming back.

03/05/2026: I ordered a large order/takeaway from Mezz madhus in November for an event I was holding. On the day I was supposed to pick up the food, I received this message. Good morning Unfortunately, we have to cancel your order today. We have an urgent challenge in the kitchen and therefore cannot make the 120 plates as planned. You will of course be given the opportunity to choose a new date that suits you. We will get back to you as soon as possible with information about rebooking and compensation. Would you like to confirm that you have received this message? We really apologize for the inconvenience. Best regards Gunnar Milberg I will then write back and confirm that I have received the message, but since then I have not heard from Mezz/Gunnar at all. The food was bought and paid for, and I am now burned with a lot of money and no food.

03/04/2026: Nowadays they try to scam people, when you have a voucher bought on their website, clearly stating that is valid for up to 12 people, the owner started arguing that it’s for max 4 people on one table, after checking the rules, we confirmed that was for 12 max, but the owner was very stubborn and even during service he was rude, at a point that we had to call him out and remind him that we were customers and his behavior towards us was not acceptable. I would reccomend to eat somewhere else, at half of this price you can enjoy a nice Middle Eastern meal, with good service.

16/06/2026: A bit of an unfortunate start, where our food was forgotten due to a large party, but a very professional bartender fixed it with a free drink. That's how it should be done :-)

17/12/2025: We have bought food there several times, and the food has been ok for the price. The service, on the other hand, is absolutely terrible. The website is down, so we have gone up to them 3 times to order. The two times they did not accept more orders - it would have been great if it was on the website... The 3rd time they would not accept our order up there, as they only accepted orders online... Today we tried to order online at 17.10 - we could then order for tomorrow...
