28/12/2024: Super nice place. Unlike many other places,,, The music especially supported the atmosphere in a good way. It was just right in strength and the music selection was right in the cupboard this evening on 27 December. The music was co-creative for the calm laid back, wine bar atmosphere that is cool. The service was charming, professional and pleasant. Didn't eat. Will come again.

21/02/2025: Great place, ordered a main course and 7 minutes later it was served on the table 👍 really good pancake with chili con carne for me and one with chicken for my wife, for dessert we got a pancake with a really good ice cream, friendly and smiling staff

17/01/2025: It was the first time at the pancake house and it was just fantastic. Really good flavors without the pancake filling too much (also children's dishes). Very friendly staff and a nice cozy atmosphere. Can definitely be recommended and only regret that we hadn't tried it before.

19/02/2025: Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had. 8 beautiful dishes, well prepared and so clear that they are made by people who love food and go for quality. No meat at all, but so much else that a meat lover like me didn't lack for anything. The last course that the chef presented as the highlight of the evening, the dessert, was disappointing and far below standard. A pear sorbet without much flavor, topped with cocoa powder that gave the sensation of eating a Nesquik spoon straight from the bag. Everything else was just SO perfect it doesn't matter. Definitely worth a visit. PS- try their homemade juice.

05/01/2025: A great concept to make top cuisine sustainable. If possible, everything comes from our own cultivation. Imaginative dishes, extremely tasty and healthy. Absolute recommendation.

27/03/2025: The location is fantastic, perfect for enjoying the sun ! The menu is small but offers surprisingly good quality for this type of place. The fries were crispy and generously portioned, and the hotdog was flavorful. However, the coffee and hot chocolate were mediocre. Service was friendly but quite slow. While the food is tasty and the setting beautiful, the very high prices take away from the overall experience.

08/02/2025: This restaurant is very bad. The workers do not use gloves, and no one cares about the cleanliness of the work. I saw more than once insects hovering around the ice cream, and the waitress does not tie her hair when working, and this is very, very annoying. 😡😡😡😡

11/03/2025: Platform K is its very own little cultural gem tucked away behind the train station in Horsens. It is a wonderful place with a good atmosphere and reasonably priced.

02/03/2025: Havde virkelig glædet os til at besøge Brasseriet, men hvor var det bare en skuffelse. Der var ikke mulighed for at få deres menu med 3 eller flere retter. Fik at vide at der var Grand Prix og koncert i byen, så de havde kun et reduceret menukort hvor alene en hovedret kostede det samme som en menu der bare ikke kunne købes, det burde de oplyse om ved bord bestilling, men det blev ikke nævnt overhovedet. Svampesuppen som vi bestilte indeholdt 2 jeg gentager 2 bittesmå stykker Karl Johan svampe og så ellers bare en ubestemmelig suppe. Så kom turen til hovedretten, US Greater Omaha Boeuf Bernaise, ingen (en udenlandsk talende ung pige) spurgte om hvordan vi ønskede bøffen stegt, så det vi fik serveret var en fuldstændig tør og sej bøf. En venlig tjener spurgte om alt var vel hvortil vi svarede som sandt var at det var en træls bøf som var både tør og sej, og at der ikke var blevet spurgt om hvordan vi ønskede kødet stegt. Den blev prompte fjernet og kort tid efter kom en ny bøf som var væsentlig bedre end den første, men stadig ikke pengene værd. Sauce og pommes frites var super gode. En sød ung pige anbefalede to forskellige vine som vi fik lov til at smage inden vi bestilte. Skal vi igen besøge Brasseriet vil vi først undersøge om der er koncerter eller lignende i byen, og er der det, vil vi finde et andet sted at spise

21/02/2025: A nice meal with a good wine list and excellent service. The chef had just gotten the night off but stayed to make our dinner, most appreciated! Top 3 of dining experiences in Herning, can happily recommend!

14/12/2024: One of the volunteers stole cigarets from me lol.. also it can't be compared to a normal bar. It's obvious they aren't payed.. the Volunteers spend a lot of time talking to each other. Not much service or chit chat with new customers. They Didn't seem very welcoming, most of those i met/talked to. I suggest u go there with a group, not alone, if you wanna go at all. Reminds of other places with simular issues. It has Kinda, cult vibes.

21/12/2024: If you really think about it, it's either two socks or no socks. There's no point in one sock, unless you want to intimidate someone. Can't ever trust a person with only one sock. It's weird as Fring to be honest. It's really frungling strange. Anyways, never been to the bar. Five stars.

19/03/2025: Would recommend going out of your way to find this place. It's well worth it. The staff and the owners are absolutely lovely. Were very helpful and accommodating. The sandwiches are great! Everything tastes super fresh and well seasoned. Bread has a nice texture, and the sauce is generous but not overwhelming. I would say I have not had a better smoothie in this city. Genuinely, worth visiting for one of these alone.
