21/10/2024: I really have no idea what went wrong with my order. The fries were cooked very well but they were so salty. The garlic mayo used to be one of my favourite parts of this meal but this time it was just SO SALTY, probably even saltier than the fries, to the point that it was absolutely inedible. I ended up throwing away both the fries and the sauce. The burger on the other hand was good.

11/10/2024: Have had food from there twice. Both times you could eat the burger with a straw. Splashing wet.. what a round of smacking.

03/10/2024: Threw a surprise baby shower in their event section. Staff was lovely and very accomodating! And food was great as always :D Apart from the ugly brown paint on the walls 🙈 it was a great venue and I will definitely be choosing them again in the future 😁

05/10/2024: Huge disappointment from there the last few times when it comes to their smørrebrød. I know a lot of time is spent blaming rising food prices and inflation for price increases across the board, and cutting back on quality and quantity on the same grounds…. BUT, it's really a shame that smørrebrød, which used to be both at a really good price (3 pcs. 55.-) and of impressive quality, has now been reduced from whole fish fillets to half so that you can see close to half of the slice of rye bread underneath - mayonnaise and remoulade are obviously being rationalized, because it was actually impossible to see it on both egg dishes, fish fillets and the roast beef... The amount of prawns on fish fillets, egg dishes etc. also almost halved! Before, the slices of rye bread were totally hidden under both salad, copious amounts of cold cuts, and the correct/appropriate amount of garnish on top - and yes - whole fish fillets. Pickled olives, I allow myself to assume, are not what the majority like, so why experiment when it is already well known with red onion, tomato slices, cloud and, to make matters worse, watercress, at Dyrlægen's Night Food!? And the toppings, which have also been reduced in number of slices, are uninspired and not very inviting to look at, almost messy arranged on the bread, and look like something you might as well have prepared yourself in a hurry for the packed lunch for work 15 minutes before departure! You haven't even been able to keep away from the cucumber slices on the egg dish, so they are now ALSO reduced in number. And then the price also got a fair bit behind to 69.- for 3 pieces. An increase of 25%!! It must be said that it is violent, if you absolutely have to compare it with the current inflation and the prices of food, which, quite frankly, have not all increased by approximately 25%. (In fact, several foods have fallen back slightly in price to previous levels). If quality was as it was before, yes, then you MAYBE could live with a price increase, because YES, everything goes up... but when the quality/quantity has also taken a brutal blow in a negative direction... Yes, then listen to our future orders of smørrebrød at Huusom. I have heard from several people that it smells a bit like the "lemon" had to be squeezed, as they could tell their smørrebrød was popular... So the price had to be adjusted up, the amount of toppings on the rye bread adjusted down. Practice, Huusom's! We will do it ourselves in the future, and I know from several people that they are as disappointed as we are. It would be great if you would come back with the news that the quality and not least the quantity of toppings etc. on the smørrebrød had returned to previous standards. We will NOT return before that. Only gives one star, as price and quality have gone drastically in different directions... not right! And before anyone, or you, come up with acid regurgitation, we have extensive visual material to substantiate our review, here, but will not wade into it any more.

07/08/2024: Yes, the food was very good, the staff had time and control over the Menu card Pizza crispy base and chicken juicy but not fatty in any way

27/10/2024: Still good but not the top level of yesteryear. Most other restaurants are at this level and seen in that context it is a little over-priced.

26/10/2024: Without a doubt the best place I have eaten in Aarhus so far. We had to try I love sota, which is a concept where you have your table for 2.5 hours and you can order all you can eat for 2 hours. We arrived at 18:30 and got our first serving at 19:30. When we pointed this out to the waiter, the answer was, we are busy and yes you only have the table for 2.5 hours. As we got the drinks long before the food was ready, I couldn't enjoy my sake ice cold with my food. The quality of the food was definitely marked by the fact that they were busy. The rice for the sushi was lukewarm and tasteless. The meat you got for the starter was ice cold, and the deep fried tempura prawns were also cold. It's still a mystery to me how it is possible to spoil edamame beans?? We were also placed in the middle of the way to the toilet, where several people had to go to and from the toilet while they were rubbing against my chair to get past. I would have been a happier person if I had thrown my money out the window and not once were we asked how the experience was for us while we were there. We were, however, entertained by the bearded critters crawling around on the floor.

13/11/2024: Cozy and relaxing place. Just had a break with coffee and cake in the café before I went home. You don't do that in many places.

31/10/2024: Overall good experience! Good atmosphere and the food was ok.

26/10/2024: Cocktails are canned. We got this confirmed after we complained about some Pina Coladas that didn't taste as they should. You are allowed to pay a premium price for a cocktail even if it is just pre-mixed canned drinks that taste bad. It's not ok.

01/11/2024: The food was completely over salted. There are no delicious fish dishes when you come from Hamburg, every fish stall has delicious and more selection. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all

13/11/2024: Booked a table at 6.45pm, we were only in at around 7pm. We stood at least 30-40 and waited at the weekend. It's too bad!. Otherwise super good food and all.
