03/09/2026: Madam Blå's friendly hostess opened her restaurant on a Monday evening, just for me. I was celebrating my 70th birthday and there were eight of us in total, who had a really tasty three-course menu with accompanying wines. There is no doubt that we will be back and hope that the weather will be good so that we can sit outside in the lovely covered garden.
14/08/2026: Super cozy place, we sat in the courtyard and had the August menu (there was nothing else) and if you want something other than burgers and fries, which the local area has so much of, then here is a nice alternative. The food was good, not gourmet. Friendly service and the price is ok seen from Copenhagen's eyes, probably just on the high side "out here". Vh Niels Carlsen

18/08/2026: Best homemade kebabs, all from scratch.
09/07/2026: Love the place but we came all the way from Aarhus to Herning to eat here today and they are closed 🥲🥲 we had checked both Google Maps and their website before we left and it wasn't mentioned that they were closed for the holidays. So it's a huge bummer.
They are closed for the holidays all of July right now, just in case anyone else sees this review.

01/08/2026: €44 for three soggy overly salty lukewarm pizzas. Cheese not melted, artichokes chunks the size of my thumb with fluid from the can in s puddle on the pizza. Guy that came in after me to order left before I was served. This was a truly bad experience and a total rip-off. Called in the order and still had to wait 20 minutes after pickup time. Not recommended.
29/07/2026: The roll is big and the meat is ok. But there are only 2 slices of tomatoes and the rest is iceberg lettuce, it doesn't taste good, and you have to pay for onions.

22/07/2026: The best pizzas we've had anywhere in the world! Sublime flavor combination of, for example, beech hat, yellow tomato, truffle mayo and thyme. A completely fantastic experience!!!

18/07/2026: There were 3 of us who bought durum with kebab. I've never tried not to eat my durum anyway. It was the worst I've ever had. Tasted strange. None of the 3 of us ate more than half, because the thought was whether it was bad. I have to say, no one got sick here.

13/08/2026: I’ve been here a few years ago and was hoping things have improved. The food is decent enough it just needs a little help. Today I had one bite of my pizza and packed it togo so I could add some flavour. It just needed some salt pepper and garlic. After some flavor was added it went from tasting like a take awake box to something worth putting in a take away box. My recommendation: take the pizza home and give it some life
11/08/2026: We ended up at this restaurant by chance. There were two of us, and we had pizza and pasta. The food was really delicious. The service is very friendly, and there is a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant.
For us, it was a great evening.

13/07/2026: A bit disappointed, we ordered old fashioned apple pie, that's not what we got, Pancake (with ice cream) was not very tasty, tasted almost like flour. Super sad that the delicacies are not of a satisfactory standard. The place is otherwise cozy, we sat in the courtyard.

06/08/2026: 2 chose pepper steak which both should have the same degree of doneness, medium, neither was right. The sauce tasted nothing otherwise ok.
2 schnitzels which were edible but so-so.
The children took homemade breaded chicken, however they forgot to write that it was coconut breaded which changes the dish a lot.
The children's burger we were supposed to have was supposed to be an "empty burger" came with cheese and a lot of vegetables (which didn't exactly fit in a children's burger).
21/07/2026: We celebrated my husband's birthday and the weather was lovely. We got a table outside in the courtyard. Really nice.
We all ordered 3 House Steaks. One 300g and 2 200g. Also rosé wine which was kept cold and topped up when the glasses were almost empty.
It tasted really good.

17/08/2026: The beer selection is great. The prices are Danish (i.e. 25-30% more expensive than a Budapest pub at least). But it's acceptable if you consider that you're on vacation. Small ruin pub style but cozy :D
12/08/2026: We just stumbled in here as we wandered through the streets of Aarhus. Great staff, good drinks...it has that old world local charm.

A definite recommendation when visiting Aarhus.
