24/06/2025: Cozy surroundings with lots of potential. I'm sure they have many delicious dishes, and the Caesar salad I ordered was also really nicely prepared. Unfortunately, it tasted of absolutely nothing. In addition, the woman who served me at the checkout was a bit absent-minded when I was about to order.

20/05/2025: Fantastic food and service from Café N for our son's confirmation We chose to order food from Café N for our son's confirmation – and it was without a doubt the best decision we could have made! The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and made with obvious love and care. The menu was put together with us, and it was a big plus that we could help decide the menu ourselves and Lonni had lots of ideas to offer. The menu offered a sumptuous buffet with something for every taste. Among the highlights were tapas, cold-smoked salmon from Vestergade Fisk, melon/strawberry salad, tenderloin salad and tiger prawns on salad – all fresh and tasty. Rye bread sandwich with salmon and tuna and the creamy Caesar salad also quickly became favorites among the guests. The cold pea soup with chili/lime shrimp was a hit, and it was great to see classics like meatballs, pasta salad and various cheeses like Vesterhavsost and Gammelknas on the table. There were also small snacks like salted almonds, olives and dip – perfect for those who wanted to snack on the go. Delicious Panna Cotta for dessert at the request of the confirmation candidate – all so delicious that several guests asked where we had gotten it from. Café N delivered the food on time, and everything was prepared so that it was ready to be displayed. It made the day both much easier and extra festive. We can highly recommend Café N if you are facing a festive event and want high-quality food that will impress your guests. We will definitely be back the next time we have a party. 16/07/2025: 6 people, all got either a fish platter or a fish fillet. Tasted really good. The fish fritter lacked structure, but that's just taste and comfort. Very mediocre service.

12/07/2025: Rigtig god oplevelse! Stor portion for pengene og meget venligt personale, som smilede og var snakslige. Rigtig gode fiskefrikadeller, gode pomfritter og hjemmerørt remoulade.

04/07/2025: Had a really nice meal here. Danish food done simply and well. I had the pork escalope with mushroom sauce. Friendly service and nice old school atmosphere.

11/05/2025: Det bedste sushi jeg har nogensinde smagt !!! Nok Århus besdte ! Søde tjenere. Men selvom man har bestilt bord, skal man vente udenfor i kø for at komme ind. Det tog et kvarters tid for overhovedet at komme ind i restauranten. Man må være der i 2 timer. Okay fint nok, men det tog en time, før vi fik maden. Ikke optimalt. Vi blev i tvivl om vi overhovedet kunne nå at bestille mere end en gang. Vi havde familinens yngste medlem med på restauranten - 3 år gammel. Jeg kan ikke anbefale, at man tager små børn med derind. Det gør de lange ventetider ret stressende.

30/09/2024: Der var for lidt mad. Starter var majs, der skulle være en slags ribs. Næste var tomat i tomat. Der kunne godt have været noget brød da man stadig var sulten efter en time. Generelt ikke særlig smagfuldt. Hovedretten var en wrap der sejlede i olie og vi valgte med kylling. Men det var så udsolgt da vi fik vores mad, så vi fik med broccoli, der smagte brændt. Desserten var god.

28/06/2025: Update: visited here again tonight, and once again it was a first-class experience!!!! Fantastic wine bar! 🍷 Here you don't just get good wine, but a real experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wine — they can tell the stories behind each bottle and guide you safely through both classics and exciting new releases. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and you feel welcome from the first moment. An obvious place for both wine lovers and people who just want a good evening with top-class service.

03/04/2025: AWESOME WINES - EXCELLENT SERVICE I dropped by for a glass of of wine in early APR 2025. The wine bar was well visited but I was able to get a table right away. A few other tables were available also. I got the menu - and it offers really some nice wine selections - as well as some good food offerings - snacks, charcuterie etc. The bar tender / wine server was real knowledgeable. Tell him what you like and he’ll find you a good glad of wine to your liking. A real pleasant visit here. Definitely a place to visit if in Herning.

11/08/2024: Really good pizzas, but unfortunately one of the pizzas was not up to par with the others. We had ordered pizza with salsiccia, with potato, ham, and they were all absolutely terrific and among the best I've had outside of Italy. The last pizza was with meatballs, and here the quality was lower. Regular grated mozzarella was used instead of buffalo mozzarella, and it drags it down. However, it is important to say that the standard for their pizza is very high and somewhat higher than pizza that you get elsewhere in Aarhus. It is authentically Italian - or as close as you can get in Denmark. In addition, the two owners are very nice, and the atmosphere is top notch! All in all a place we will come again.
