16/03/2025: The food is far too expensive and drinks in particular are overcharged. It is difficult to get service during busy periods. We were served food to 4 out of 5 people and had to wait a long time for the last dish. We had ordered two portions of nachos and were told that they only have one microwave oven and can therefore only make one portion at a time, hence the extra waiting time 🥴

11/04/2025: Service was almost non-existent and the staff seemed stressed despite the fact that the restaurant was not even 5% full. Appetizer tasted like nothing. I wouldn't order the starter again. Had two types of meat for main course and was disappointed with the meager amount of meat served - until I got my teeth into the meat, one of which was dry and the other rubbery. The dessert was an uninspiring rhubarb crumble..all in all not a place I would visit again.

10/09/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Zenshi Sushi and I must say it was an experience that really stands out. Something that really impressed was the freshness and quality of the sushi. It tastes incredibly fresh and the ingredients are of high quality. The creative presentation of the dishes was also a feast for the eyes. When it comes to taste, the flavors were in perfect balance. Acidity and sweetness were combined in a way that gave an authentic experience. The quality of the rice must also be emphasized; it was perfectly cooked and had just the right texture, which is important in good sushi. The menu was varied and exciting with something for every taste. In addition, the service was excellent, the staff were always friendly and welcoming and you felt really welcome from start to finish. All in all, it was a great experience that I highly recommend to any sushi lover.

18/03/2025: The surroundings are good, the atmosphere is nice and it is a nice place. But the food is boring. Considering the price of the experience, the buffet is far too narrow and monotonous. Not that it should be compared to traditional buffets - But at Bryggeriet, the buffet is just "boring". Conversely, the concept is good and good wines are served. But since it's the food you come for, it's an unfortunate experience. But why is it so narrow and monotonous? Yes, it is narrow because the selection of dishes. For example, potatoes and meat are served without any sauce. Two salads are served (A simple one consisting of heart salad, pomegranate and cranberry - Tastes fine, but is primarily just salad. No dressing is offered for this) in addition (A red scallion salad, which mostly tastes of cheese / heavy cream - Not very appetizing). In addition, the buffet primarily consists of crisp bread, pesto, onions, olives and other small items. The meat tastes good, but seems very similar. Here the duck was quite dry - the pig and the chicken tasted unremarkable. But at that price point and with the understanding you have of the concept, either beef, veal or lamb should also be served here. So all in all - So the framework is there. They just need to be filled in as expected. Ice cream and dessert were delicious - Some carved fruits (e.g. Melon) would be able to elevate the dessert even more. Will we come again? Hardly with the current buffet, given the price. But should the selection be improved / reassessed, we will gladly try it again.

13/03/2025: Fantastic place with the most wonderful atmosphere and fantastic staff. The whole concept of the food and drinks is superb and the quality is top notch. Their home-brewed beer and ale are super quality and delicious. The place can only be highly recommended.👍

03/06/2025: Delicious pastries and coffee. We found it expensive but I guess it's normal prices in Denmark. Not the friendliest Barista but I guess it's normal in Denmark.

11/04/2025: Bad service for regular customer. Bought 3 bags of unroasted beans by mistake as they look like the old black bags. Also have 3 bags roasted and not being asked if I'm sure I want green beans. They will not be taken back, even if the bean is heated to a high temperature when it is to be roasted. So stop that shop.
