27/05/2025: I've tried pita bread all over the place, but this one... it's something special. The bread is freshly baked and crispy, the meat is juicy and seasoned perfectly, and the vegetables are just as deliciously crunchy as they should be. And the dressing is homemade, you can taste it!
If you live in Randers and haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on one of the city's best tasting experiences. Do yourself a favor and come!
11/04/2025: Good pizza, roll kebab. Delicious service, even got a 1.5l coke for free.

24/07/2025: For the price of the wine I thought there would be good service and a knowledgeable person working at the bar. I asked a question about one of the wines and received a snarky response and it still didn’t answer the question. The guy did let me taste the wine though and it was good, and I decided to have a glass. That was my mistake.
I sat at the tiny bar and a few minutes later the bartender’s friends came and I learned more about the bartender and his friends than I cared for. The whole experience was not great and I should have saved my money for one of the other stalls in the market.

20/07/2025: Our regular spot during vacation. Whether just for a drink or lunch, it was always delicious. Especially since it's vegetarian and vegan. The waitresses were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I already miss Bistro Verde.
18/07/2025: Unfortunately very mediocre. A Summer Bowl for 170 Dkr turned out to be a few soggy canned white beans, some dry yellow long-grain rice, a few roast potatoes with no seasoning, a few cocktail tomatoes with no aroma, about 1,5 tablespoons of hummous, three baby carrots, a few tiny tofu cubes, some wilted spinach and a couple of pumpkin seeds. This chef needs some vegan cooking inspiration.

28/06/2025: As always, a pleasure to visit this fantastic restaurant. Classic Danish food wrapped in a cultural twist.
09/06/2025: Good Danish service like in the old days, you feel welcome without it being too much, the one missing star for the food is a small detail, we had fried pork and it was absolutely fine, but could have perhaps liked it a little more fried, but I know it's a matter of taste, we could probably have just asked for it.
Apart from that small detail, everything was in perfect order, the starter was salmon which can also be recommended and then of course everything is served in schnapps.

20/06/2025: A colorful farm with lots of animals. A large garden, clean rooms, all on the ground floor, friendly staff, and a good breakfast delivered to your room. Bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for a fee.

25/07/2025: The food was delicious and filling. I had pasta number 32. The portion was ample and included shrimp and fish. My wife had chicken schnitzel. We were both satisfied. The desserts and coffee were also delicious. We'd also like to thank our waiter, Osman. He was very attentive and hospitable.
21/07/2025: We have eaten at Bollinis many times every year, and can say that it is our favorite place in town. The only downside is that there are so many guests every opening day, so we have to book a table every time.
