04/08/2025: The location, an old slaughterhouse area, has something special about it, very hip, very trendy. I like alternative places like this. But it's a bit too sterile for very good food. It's not really cozy. You should book online in advance, otherwise you'll be waiting a long time for tables to become available. The service was friendly and the food came to the table quickly. The food is very good and fresh. It's creative, young and modern cuisine with daily and seasonal ingredients. The sourdough bread, salad, fish and chips, cod and squid were delicious. The strawberries and Flødeboller for dessert were also very good. The price is on the high side. Perhaps you pay a little for the hip status.

03/08/2025: Hela området erbjuder mycket god mat och Fiskebaren är inte ett undantag. Vi testade fish & chips och det var helt rätt. Bra panering, riktigt bra fisk, rätt frasighet på pommes mm. En god kall öl till det och lunchen är en succé. Uteserveringen är bra och enkel. Servicen är över förväntan bra, kanske för att det var rätt få kunder precis efter öppning denna dag.

24/07/2025: Quiet spot for an early morning coffee! I enjoyed the barista and the french press coffee. I tried a cardamom bun foe the first time here and it was yummy! I sat indoors but their outdoor front and back porch seemed pleasant too!

09/07/2025: UPDATE 9.7.25 Birthday lunch. There weren't many of us so the dishes came quickly. They've had a few more dishes. Among other things, salmon tartare and salmon salad, which are really tasty. Today we're very full ☺️ UPDATE 11.03.23: We visited the restaurant again yesterday. We started out with our electronic parking disc failing. And then it's bad to park in their parking space. We had to move the car to a place where we were sure not to get a fine. You can't buy parking fees and the restaurant can't issue parking tickets. It's a bit of a bummer. The food is still delicious, the concept is brilliant. This time we experienced that we waited a little long for the ordered dishes. Primarily the sushi dishes. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was almost full. We think that's one of the reasons and perhaps quite expected, that they couldn't really keep up, or maybe there's an illness in the staff group. We'd still like to come back. The staff is very smiling. ------ It was a coincidence that we ended up at Nishiki Sushi and we were actually happy with it. The interior itself is okay. It looks more like a Sushi restaurant, slightly stricter, than a hot Chinese restaurant, but that's what it is. The concept is so good when you think about food waste. Order only what you can eat. The You Sushi chain has the same thing, but here at Nishiki you order what you want to eat and drink on a tablet that belongs to the table. And it is so much closer than Hillerød or Allerød where You Sushi is located. The food itself was very nice. Nigiri was made with a moderate amount of rice and was lovely cold. Almost everything we ordered was tasty. And we didn't leave a crumb. If you leave more than 4 pieces of food, you have to pay 10 kr per piece. That's so good for food waste. We will definitely come back.

06/06/2025: An average experience. First an iPad that didn't work, then two sodas that were "flat" but were quickly fixed. Got small items that we hadn't ordered. OK good sushi but definitely can't recommend the Hot Wings that can be seen in the picture.

22/03/2025: Mhhhh... So... The burger was ok... Fries were absolutely terrible, but I've never had such soggy fries in my life. There was no crunch or crispness so they were good enough. The burger was probably excellent... But would 1000 times rather choose the retro burger or the other was the umbrella city where you get a delicious menu for 75 kr it looked much better crispy fries delicious simple burger rather than spending 190 kr.

25/04/2025: Abbiamo trovato questo locale quasi per caso nella zona del porto, dopo aver visitato il castello di Kronborg. L'edificio in realtà racchiude diverse realtà di street food, tra cui anche cucina internazionale (greca/indiana/marocchina...) Noi siamo stati attratti da The Fish Project, scegliendo un hamburger di pesce e una porzione di fish&chips, da accompagnare con delle ottime birre Carlsberg. Troverete sia dei tavoli dentro che qualche spazio all'aperto, da sfruttare nelle giornate di sole.

24/05/2025: We had a good meal. Everything was fresh, and the wait time was perfectly acceptable. The atmosphere outside was a bit lackluster, but we were sitting outside on a windy day, so perhaps they weren't expecting any customers outside.
