01/10/2025: Loved the visit. Very classic smoerrebroed. They have three types of tartar. The server helped us to select one that went well with other smoerrebroed. Staff are cheerful and friendly.

21/10/2025: Bought 2 croissants and a French bread. 111 kr. The croissants were really good, the bread was unfortunately soggy on the bottom, but still edible.

It doesn't skimp on the meat filling, or the love for what they stand for. You can feel that it's just quality, fresh bread everyday, it all plays. I would recommend this place to everyone. 07/09/2025: Great beer, fun atmosphere and 1 good bartender. The bartender with the longish black hair was pleasant and informative. The other bartender on this Saturday couldn’t be bothered. Was only concerned about hanging with his boys on the outside table.

21/08/2025: A small brewery brewing beer with hemp in Christiania with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy drinks. It’s sort of tucked away but that was nice as it was very quiet and felt intimate and like a real gem of a find! They have other drinks- a few feature cocktails (the Summer Peel Gin was fantastic!!!) and an array of soft drink options too, so don’t be put off if you aren’t really a beer person.

14/10/2025: Large delicious buffet for every taste. It is supposed to be the largest restaurant in Denmark with almost room for 500 guests. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Restaurant Flammen delivers a really solid experience, especially if you appreciate a large selection and friendly service. The staff takes their time with the guests, and the service feels both welcoming and efficient, you quickly feel welcome, regardless of whether you come as a family, couple or a larger group. The buffet is impressively wide with something for almost all taste buds. The meat selection is top-notch, juicy roast beef, roast pork, turkey, spare ribs and several types of preparations, all freshly prepared and constantly replenished. In addition, there is a good selection of salads, potatoes and sauces, so you can easily put together your own plate. The dessert table and soft ice cream are the icing on the cake, especially for those with a sweet tooth. All in all, Flammen is a place where you get a lot for your money. It is not gourmet, but a cozy and satisfying dining experience, where both the food and the service make you leave full and happy.

It’s such a relief to find delicious halal options while traveling, and this place exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. Everything is made to order, you feel seen and welcomed by the staff.
